this McDonald's is sanitary, which I like and the employees all seem really hard-working HOWEVER this location is SUPER CHEAP on the sauces, toppings (onions, etc.) and even fries. What you'll want to do is make sure you're not getting ripped off after you get your order then walk over to the counter and demand more sauce, fries onions, or whatever is lacking on the order. They also have a number in the front to report concerns. Hopefully they can change their way before people start filing more complaints. read more

The staff can't handle pressure when they are busy. They took an hour to even start making my order. I understand they was busy making other orders from uber eats, the drive thru, & other mobile orders, but I was a "walk in" and it felt like my order was being skipped or something. They have to learn how to organize themselves and make sure they make every order efficiently In a reasonable amount of time. Everytime I would ask for my order they would just look at my ticket and go back to work on another order. Even on a day they aren't busy, they take a little long to make my order; so just imagine how it went when they were really busy that day. My cashier even smiled; which I think she deserves credit for good customer service because this does not exist in other McDonalds. Came here a few times after shopping in Target and BJ's. Small McDonald's with limited seating. Forget trying to look for a place to sit during rush hour. Just order take-out. Dirty tables. I've been to this McDonald's multiple times, as it's convenient for me to swing by for a quick snack. But this location is a joke. First of, the drive thru is extremely narrow and you can only enter by making a left turn. If you drive an SUV, minivan, or even a large sedan I would not even attempt to enter it. I've literally seen a person wreck their minivan attempting to make a right hand turn into the drive thru. Not to mention there is about a 1-2 foot drop after the window where you collect your food. Beware folks with low cars! Now, on to the food. The french fries: I manage to get this fresh and hot every time. However, anytime I've ordered a burger, particularly the quarter pounder, there is always an issue with it. The first time I ordered it, the meat with dry and tasteless. The second time, as if I had not learned my lesson the first time, the meat was okay but the bun was hard and crunchy. As if it was sitting on the counter for a couple days and then toasted to hide the truth. Gross. The cheese was obviously stale and probably was the bottom of the bunch - never again. Customer Service? For the most part the staff are quite nice. However, there has been an occasions where they would literally be standing behind the cash register and having a personal conversation amongst themselves - while people are waiting in line directly in front of them! This McDonald's hardly ever gets my orders correct. I constantly have to check my order here. The worst McDonald's drive thru is here. It's hard to get into the drive thru and difficult to get out. When they hand you your order at the drive thru the employee always closes the window so fast so if I am missing anything or have a problem with my order...I have to honk forever to get their attention here. Only reason why employee comes back is because the line is not moving. Does it hurt them to get the orders correct? Or at least make it easier to get service in the window when there is a problem. This is a really scammy place, the only scammy McDonald's I've ever been. Ordered two Filet-O-Fish from their very short McPick 2 menu that lists two Filet-O-Fish for $4.49 and the cashier say that don't have McPick 2 deals. I say that Filet-O-Fish is literally the first thing on the menu (McPick 2 is the first thing on the leftmost display and Filet-O-Fish is the first of three McPick 2 available) and she check the menu and say she will ring it up as 2 For $5 for me. I am not going to argue the additional $0.51 charge so let that go. Also ordered two large McCafé smoothies which I thought was $3.29 each for large but ringed up $3.89 but that might be my mistake. Getting my order and the two smoothies are only filled to 80%. I ask the woman that handed it to me is this a medium in a large cup and the manager(?) came over and tell me the machine is programmed to fill to the ICE-line on the side of the cup (short horizontal line about 1.25-inch below the brim). Alright, I guess. I see the ICE-line on the side of the cup even though my smoothies from the rest of the city are filled to just below the cap. Come home and check images of McCafé smoothies online and whether it's McDonald's official image or customers upload all show smoothies filled way above the ICE-line. WTF is this place trying to pull? I think they know they are the only fast food place in this shopping center so they can do whatever they want. read more

What can one say? Confessing to dining at Mickey Deez is akin to admitting to Republican party membership in the lobby of your friendly neighborhood LGBT Center. But screw it. The fries are the shit. PRO TIP: In order to avoid the booty-clenching disappointment of an order of fries that have been sitting around for a while, or a scoop that consists only of the gross little end bits instead of the looooong delicious fries (yep, spud size queen) I always ask for an order of fries with "No salt."
