This is the worst McD I've ever been to. The service is slow, they always get the order wrong, and the cashiers' attitude sucks. It's also also one of the smallest McD I've ever seen so the seats are few and dirty. Unfortunately for us there's not much other choice of restaurants near the 20th Ave shopping strip, otherwise they'll sure go out of business . Tip. This has got to be the only McDonald's that was out of various available items. Didn't have the chicken Caesar wrap, chicken caesar salad and I swear they told a kid they were out of ice cream! I've been to this location several times and it's the slowest McDonald's I've ever been to in my entire life. And I've been to a lot! It also seems to attract a lot of annoying people for some reason. Almost every time I go in, someone chooses to sit in a seat directly across from me or next to me where they end up staring at me from about 6 feet away while we both eat. The worst Mcdanolds drive through I ever been through. First the rent a Indian tough guy security guard with a whistle telling people to turn here and there like a idiot, causing more traffic & confusion. Then the drive through Employees are slow and stupid. The idiot working the drive through station, had a whisper for a voice & took about 5 minutes just to get to the intercom, after that whole ordeal with this dummy here comes the next. One of the only places to eat in the area. Since it is in a shopping strip, there is always parking. The drive thru is a pain so don't even bother. I recommend just parking and going inside to order. Besides, you can always stop by the Starbucks next door for some coffee (McDonald's coffee taste like gasoline to me). I've gotten wrong orders here before or just really slow service. That's because it is a training spot. The workers are constantly changing and they never know what they are doing (You'll never see a smile either). Good thing the managers are super fast and reliable. There is a decent amount of seating if you want to eat in and some tables outside for when the weather is nice. This is probably one of the slowest mcdonald's i've ever been too. They are always short staffed. People who work there have very nasty attitudes and are rude. There are also very lazy. I asked for chocolate chip cookies and the guy said they did not have any. I get to the next window and ask the girl and she says "yes we do who told you that." This just proves that these people are so lazy. This mcdonald's location has at most 5 people working at the whole place, that is probably why they are so slow. Once i was in line in the drive thru for 30 minutes. They seem to forget about the people in the drive thru and tend to care more about the people in the store. This McDonald's could use a new manager. It seems like the people working there just need a team leader. From what I saw the manager was in and out of the restaurant on his cell phone. Didn't speak to one customer, didn't say thank you when a customer opened the door for him (should have been the other way around imo), criticized the employees and could not have seemed more disengaged. Plus the ac was broken in an 85 degree day. The service was very slow but I really think it was due to lack of management. Too bad because this McDonald's is in a great location. I'm only giving one star bc I have to in order to leave a review but really they deserve zero stars bc there was no response from the drive thru at 11:40pm. Posted hours are until midnight. I waited about five minutes and drove to the first window where I continued to be ignored by the person sweeping and then I left. The drive thru lights were on but the drive thru screen was off and again there was zero response indicating they might be busy with the zero customers ahead of me. Stopped off at the drive thru at 8:10 am for my son who was hungry. Had to wait another 10 mins on line and ordered him a Steak, Egg & Cheese meal and 2 hash browns for my son and I ordered a Latte and a Bacon, Egg & Cheese biscuit. Get to the window to be told that their Latte machine was not working and if I would like a Coffee in it's place. I said no because I was charged $2.29 for the latte and coffee does not cost the same. The staff looked confused and they were rude. I heard the manager "HR" say I would have to wait. I had waited long enough already. She wouldn't even look at me. I was then handed a bag with only the sandwiches and NO hash browns. Just to be told by one of the ladies that it was in a separate bag. Everyone was blaming someone else. Still had to wait for a refund. It was now 8:35 am and I still the manager hid and I never got my refund. I would never waste my time writing a review on McDonald's BUT the service in that location is absolutely horrible!!! I've gotten half cooked food from there before and shrugged it off to a bad day for them but the way I was treated this morning is a guarantee that I will never buy from that location again!! read more

This is the worst mc Donald's i've been!! First, the cheeseburger we ordered only came with cheese, where is the meat!!??? So we have to go back on line. Then they told us that they don't have the kiddie meal toys we wanted and we should go to another mc donald, so we just took whatever they gave us. Then we found out from another kid next to us that he got the toy we wanted. I went to the counter and told them that they do have what we asked and they said, I cannot exchange the toy because it was opened.
