I enjoy the food at this McDonald's. The food always comes out hot and fresh with little wait time in the drive through. I also enjoy their milkshakes. I typically go through the drive through when I come here, and I always enjoy the ambiance while driving through. I believe this McDonald's used to be open 24/7, and if so, I'd love to see them go back to being a 24/7 restaurant. We don't have any others that I can think of now on the Space Coast area of FL. read more

Unfortunately, the service at this McDonald's was very disappointing. The staff was unprofessional, the service was slow, and the overall experience did not meet expectations. I hope management takes steps to improve customer service and the overall experience for future customers. read more

I just got this sander from my favorites MC. What's wrong with it? If you compare the advertisement it surely does not compare. It supposed to a loaded sandwich. What o got is top with 2 slices of pickles, a grain of lettuce, and no tomato. They did not forget the sprinkler of onions. Shameful. The staff should have a picture with the item they are preparing in front's of them to match sure the sandwich meets the customer expectations. read more

I used the mobile app so I don't know what the inside of the McDonalds was like, I do know that the people that I dealt with were polite and friendly and got me my food quickly. In the past I have been asked to pull over to curbside but not this time. The food was good and I like going to this McDonalds vs. some others locally. read more

McDonald's? More like slow Donald's because it's so slow. All we ordered was a McGriddle and they made us pull over and wait along with every other customer. It took forever for us to get our food and we almost missed our cruise. The ambiance was just like every other McDonalds. read more

McDonald's - Armadillo not by McDonalds but I saw it yesterday and thought it was cool :) - Burgers Near Me - Cocoa, Florida

I've been to this McDonalds a few times in the past. Run of the mill experience. Predictable. What you like to see from this type of business. Not today though. I ordered a Double QP meal through the drive thru. After pulling up to the window and receiving my drink, I was told to pull up to the secondary waiting spot. Not a good sign. I proceed to watch SEVENTEEN cars behind me get their orders and drive off without being told to wait. Finally, I walk inside to ask what's up. After waiting at the counter for several minutes, I'm told my order was "tucked away in a corner" while they made more fries before presumably being forgotten. "A few more minutes," I'm told. A total of twenty seven minutes go by between the time I placed my order and when I'm handed a greasy bag containing a cold hamburger and a half full container of fries. Yelp says I should comment on the ambience too so I'll add this: While I waited in the dining room, I overheard an employee loudly disparaging his coworkers because of their race while being cheered on by other employees. Nicely done, McDonalds. read more

So I just wanna state that the one lady working early mornings, her attitude is unmatched. I had asked for a decaf coffee and I could physically hear her huff and puff over the speaker just for her to say that she needed to brew it. I physically cannot have caffeinated coffee right now cause I am pregnant and all I wanted was just something like actual coffee....anyways, I told her that I was fine with waiting and when I get to the window there was absolutely no wait and didn't even seem like she had brewed the decaf coffee or it was already brewed and she was just inconvenienced by the little extra work of making a decaf. All in all I now know to not go back there and just go to dunkin or Starbucks but I just want to say do not go and ask for a special request early mornings. Super ridiculous. read more

Looking for an insanely long wait? Want to be completely ignored by staff for 5-10 minutes after you arrive? Interested in experiencing the worst food poisoning you could think of? McDonald's - Fully staffed and still waited 45 min - Burgers Near Me - Cocoa, Florida

Slowest McDonald's ever. Don't waste your time coming here. Not only are they inexcusably slow, they do not have a full menu.

Hello I was going there with my 5 kids and all of us wanted coffee and I ordered it and I pay in the front because it didn't let me pay in the machine and the worker said that there was cleaning the coffee area and I was unhappy so I got a Big Mac and 3 min go by and a group of 2 couple came in and ordered coffee and they made it to them and everything and I'm so mad cuz I have my 5 kids and I'm pregnant and I was craving something and they just told me that there was mo coffee and they was cleaning it and that there was not going make no more because it was night time but it's okie because I took myself and my 5 kids to wawa to get a coffee at least they have coffee and won't lie to my pregnant ass I wanted to give it a 0 review but I couldn't and I am so mad about it but please stop lying to my face when u guys are making coffee I AM read more

Several times going here, I've always been greeted and treated well by the one taking my order. The foods I've had here are great as far as fast food goes. I prefer this McDonalds over others in the area. The crispy chicken sandwich was perfect. Buns were evenly grilled to perfection. The pickles are very juicy. The chicken has a good layer of crunch but the breading is not overbearing. read more

I noticed the other newest review is a year old. That's about the age of the chicken nuggets I received on Saturday, Dec 9. I had to drive to Tampa and figured to grab some nice car ride food. Simple fries and McNuggets. The fries tasted slightly burned like the oil was old and not cleaned or changed. Then I ate the first nugget. It was dry and flavorless. Cardboard is the best description. I opened the BBQ sauce to dip thinking it might moisten the food and add flavor. I was half right. It added flavor. Like BBQ cardboard. I threw the other 8 away. What garbage from a franchise that has instructions for everything. It's obvious neither the owners or managers care at all about standards. I will never eat at this McDonald's again. It should be closed. read more

My husband and my 2 year old drank from this nasty thing, we were on a road trip back home, and stopped to get some food, they drank from the cup, then we went to pour a little bit for our son in another cup to keep going and thats what was there, looked horrible!! Just wanted a good chicken sandwich. They advertise it so much. Do not go to this McDonalds for anything. I'm pretty sure the overcooked soggy chicken patty was the one from the dollar menu sandwich. Paid full meal price for a disgusting sandwich. Burnt bun, soggy overcooked tiny patty, 2 tiny pickles and no mayo, no sauce no nothing. It was gross. read more

Absolutely disgusting. I went inside after getting a wrong order through the drive through. The food flung all over the floor both in the lobby and in the kitchen was horrid. I can't understand how the health department allows this. Cold fries. Wrong food. Clerk can not count change. Then seeing the gross conditions inside I refused to let my son eat the food from here. Worst experience I've had with fast food. Took 15 minutes to get my food. I had to repeat the order several times and he wasn't understanding what the sandwiches were I ordered a sausage egg and cheese McMuffin and he was confused asking "so, the sausage one?" "Yes sausage egg and cheese" "So you want egg on the sausage?" "Yes and cheese" "So egg and cheese on the sausage" it was like that for everything that I ordered. Go to the first window it takes a few minutes then I get to the second window and they asked me to pull up because they're making my food. 10 minutes later a guy comes up with a small bag I ordered more and said that's not it he comes out again with the wrong bag, then a girl brings out a bag with no drinks she just stands there when I kindly say I need two drinks and I'm just getting a blank look and ask if she can get them, she comes back with a frozen coffee I said no again just a blank stare I say I got a medium hot caramel coffee with cream and sugar and a large Diet Coke. After a minute of just starring at me she walks away and comes out with the soda and the wrong coffee she insisted I take it I said how is everyone so confused please get me the hot caramel, someone else comes out with it. Unbelievable. I swear all of them are smoking read more

I constantly order curbside from this location and they always make me wait longer than the drive through. i would think ordering my food before I arrived would help me get it quicker so I wouldn't have to spend my entire break waiting for it but unfortunately this location doesn't comprehend that concept. SLOWEST MCDONALDS E V E R don't go trust me drive throng with one car in front of me took 27 minutes .....

One of the worst McDonald's I've visited. My most recent experience was it for me. Tried to use a coupon from the McDonald's app, and it wouldn't work at first. That's OK, let me get a manager, she'll take care of it, they say. Manager comes, tries a few things. Finally says, is that coupon from another area? No, it's in your app. Well, if it won't scan, there's nothing I can do. Really? You're a manager, and you can't override what the computer is doing to make a situation right? In my opinion, that's a part of your job. Make it right when something is wrong. After giving one last chance, all I got was an "I'm sorry". Well, I'm sorry, too, but I plan to do something about the situation - not patronize this McDonald's. Go to the McDonald's on 520 at I-95, you'll be a lot happier. Seriously, check out my review of them. I went immediately there after the problem I had here, and THEY practice customer service. read more

This place was disgusting. The bathrooms had pee on the floor and the floors in the dining room were sticky. The wait was ridiculously long. The best McD's! It has solved any issues. I live nearby & drove across town to another McD'S. I gave them another try & was floored at the fresh, perfectly prepared & delicious food. Even though a chain it is better than other McD's. Staff has always been super nice. Now no mistakes. From the lines others agree. Hope others will rate because they deserve 5 stars!
