Wanted to give negative 1 Waited in drive thru for 10-minutes no one answered ... pulled up to 1-of the three windows..guy was laughing and talking on his phone. 4-people walked back and forth - still no one even bothered to answer. Pulled to the 2nd window- someone came to the window... we asked if they were even open? She walked away like unsure of how to answer ... then the guy who was talking on his phone or computer off to the side - came and gave the same expression ... HUH? "Well I guess you could back up and I can take your order" Seriously!?! What the heck?! Crazy! Glad this isn't my business. read more

I am leaving a review in the hopes that this McDonalds will improve. It's an excellent location for attracting customers otherwise there wouldn't be a line around the corner because it is not the service or food attracting this kind of line. My order was sent in using the App and delivered to curbside pickup so I don't know the condition of the inside of the restaurant. The parking lot was packed as well as the drive thru. My order was correct on the receipt and that is the only thing that was correct. I got the $5 McDouble special. Got the wrong drink, no sauce or ketchup, no napkins, the McNuggets looked as if they through the box in the bag because it was open and they were scattered all over the bottom of the bag, and one was missing. They did give 2 straws but I had only ordered 1 drink. It took them 10 minutes to bring it to my car. It would have been nice if the person bringing the food to my car could have said sorry about your wait and have a good day rather than here's your food. I will not be using this McDonalds any time soon. On the positive side the fries were warm and the McDouble had no issues. Don't go there if you're in a hurry! read more

Ah McDonald's, how I expect absolutely nothing from you, so when I get anything more than the bare minimum, I'm truly happy. Okay, this location is not one I'd normally ever stop at, but I needed gas so I grabbed a bite to eat before filling up. The restaurant was empty, including the front line. I had to wait a few minutes before I was even waited on. I ordered and fortunately it didn't take too long to get my cheeseburger(s). The ketchup was empty. The ice tea was empty. I ended up with a Diet Coke since there was nothing else I personally wanted to drink. The fries and sandwiches were at least made fresh. The fries were hot so I feel like that adds a start if nothing else. How many times have you had cold fries? I only wish they were accompanied with some ketchup, but you can't have it all, right? read more

After shopping for cars all morning I saw McDonald's across the street and I stopped in. The service was good. I used the kiosk. The food was good and hot. The atmosphere was nice and friendly. What really impressed me was the cleanliness of the whole place. The housekeeper was wiping everything down. The floors were cleaner than any McDonald's I've ever visited. Omg I swear they have nothing but morons working here. I used the mobile app to place my order and then left for the restaurant, which is only 5 minutes away. Let them know I was there and had to wait in the drive thru for 20 minutes!!!! The moron at the window handed me the first drink and couldn't even tell me which one it was. He had to take it back and dump it. Finally got the drinks and food, and the fries were cold. Went inside and they replaced the fries. We got home and the fries they said they just took out of the fryer were cold too and both burgers were cold. I'm not going to believe that everything was cold in just a 5 minute drive. WARNING: This store does not even charge what their display menu shows as a price. When pointed out to the manager, he has a melt down and says the customer is causing him issues. The customer just wanted to pay the displayed price. I called the 800-504-2189 number displayed in the store to file a complaint and was told Allison would call within a couple of hours; it has now been more than a couple of weeks, and of course, no call. This store obviously does not care about the customer experience, they are located right off the interstate and I am sure they figure they will never see most customers again. Overcharged-ordered a number 1 Big Mac meal regular and one deluxe burger with no cheese & only w/ glass of water Paid almost 14.00 (told my husband that didn't sound right after we were discussing our disappointment) Then no lettuce or tomato on deluxe, asked to please give me a piece of lettuce & tomato but she took my burger and said she had to redo it-so I had to wait... burger came with cheese on it so I picked it off rather than take it back again. My wife and I stopped at this McDonalds on our way from Orlando Airport to Vero Beach. We ordered 3 fish sandwiches and 1 hamburger at around 8:30pm on 5/27/22. I must tell you our food was so overcooked we could not eat it. The sandwiches were like rubber and tasted aweful. I would not feed this crap to my dog. The first thing I would do is hire employees that care about their job and fire the existing employees. I told my wife that I hope I do not get food poisoning. I feel bad for the people who live in the area and have to go to this lousy McDonalds. Doesn't the owner care? Stay away from this place! read more

Once I managed to squeeze into one, the wifi worked perfectly well while I caught up on what i needed to do for work. I love McDonald's and have been eating there for three decades now. This McDonald's hands down is the absolute worst one I've been to in my entire life. There was no one else in the drive through and I still had to wait 5 minutes before talking to someone. I had already placed my order on the mobile app so everything should have been easy. The worker told me to pull up to the first window but no one was there. I waited there for 5 minutes before I finally decided to continue to the next window ..... It became clear that no one was coming to help. I pulled up to the second window and had to wait ten more minutes for them to bring me a McChicken, a mcdouble, and a large fries. The food I received was absolutely horrid. It was clear the food was sitting for hours and honestly I think the fries I got were intentionally multi day old fries. They tasted spoiled. I am appalled. This location needs to be investigated and food inspectors need to check it out. I've contacted corporate as well. I'm sure they won't do anything though. read more

We live in the area and for some reason it's me who is dumb enough to choose to go to this place and my wife suffers. Every time we go here the food is terrible, over cooked and cold at the same time. They used to be slower than a snail at this place, I don't know if they still are but the food has always been terrible. I even warn friends and family who visit not to go here. If you were the owner you would honestly shut down and take your franchise else where. Over 2 years you haven't had 1 good day. I only stopped here for the bathroom. But this was a perfect place to stop. I have 2 kids both in diapers so a lot of times my husband and I will tag team the diaper changing. This McDonald's has changing tables in both men and women's bathrooms! Bonus: The bathrooms were clean!!! read more
