The McDonalds in Clearfield is probably the worst quality McDonalds that I have ever visited. I decided to try it one last time tonight after multiple bad experiences. Well, I should have gone elsewhere......anywhere. Once again the bun was stale and hard around the edges. The french fries were half full, maybe. The worst was the quarter pound burger. The burger was almost raw. Very rare. The top and bottom was brown but after biting into my dinner, I discovered the blood red middle. I realize that you don't expect a perfect experience from McDonalds but I know they can do much better. This was a horrible experience, we waited over 35 minutes for our to go order and they didn't have our order on the board even though we received a receipt and paid... Then when we got our meals finally after having to ask management for our order, we were missing some of our meal and then they tried to replace our hash browns with old French fries... some people waiting next to us canceled their orders due to it taking too long... read more

Order from the app! When I pulled into the lot, saw drive thru line was super long. Decided to order from the app. It was easy and efficient. Our food was brought to our vehicle rather quickly compared to the slow speed of the drive thru line. The person who brought the food to the vehicle thanked me for ordering on the app. Food stayed hot on the drive back to my relative's house. Used mobile app for the first time ( I am up there in age)! No problems with the app just the restaurant. After placing my order, I drove 2 miles to pick up my order. When I got close to McDonald's I received my code for the order. The lines at the drive thru were quite long so I changed my order to curbside pickup. After 10 minutes of waiting I went inside and waited another 5 minutes. When I finally got my order it was missing some of the order and guess what, the food was cold. Had to wait over ten minutes... in the drive thru...then was asked to pull into a wait in a parking spot for three breakfast sandwiches which were totally made wrong and cost $14.00.
