I hate to pile on, but this is the location closest to my work and I try to give it chance after change and SOMETIMES they get it right, speed, quality, friendliness, service, order, etc. But it's RARE. One time out of ten, maybe. I just gave it a shot, again, and miserable experience. 22 minutes for one biscuit and an ice tea. I would have just left 10 minutes in if I hadn't already paid through the app. Rude cashier who first didn't ring order in right, then had obvious problems with car before me (and likely others). Gives attitude when asked why taking so long and suggests customers just go elsewhere because they're not staffed. (this is usually the excuse, just from a new girl this time). While she's griping at me she's then taking another order and telling the kitchen not to make that because that car apparently just pulled away. There's one bag, with my food, sitting there getting cold and no drink. She gives me that, slams the window.I have to hit my horn to get her back to window because she's ignoring me. Then I finally get my drink. Get to work, just my biscuit in the bag, no napkin (just like last time I gave them a chance 2-3 weeks ago). This is two years now, and through a major renovation in which they rebuilt the store. The location across town can move customers and get it right. This one is wholly pathetic and terrible. Avoid at all costs. They move at the speed of a slug with cars backed out into the street, serving one car every 4-5 or more minutes, and they STILL can't do the orders right. McDonald's basic principals of customer service, consistency and speed came to DIE at the hands of the Ebert Corporation. At this point, it's clearly an ownership and management issue that they can't staff and pay competent staff appropriately. read more
