They relocated from Fairmont to Bridgeport and I couldn't be happier. With the recent closures of all restaurant dining rooms due to the coronavirus, making take out or delivery the only option, it was good timing for a take out pizza place to open. I only picked up a pizza and will definitely be trying the salads, calzones, and hoagies. All the bread is home made and you can tell. The pizza dough was very good and the bread for the hoagies (even though I haven't tried it) looks amazing. The regular crust is very heavy, but good. The sauce was excellent and topping were spot on. I recommend this place and can't wait to try the other options.

Our host ordered a huge, thick 16"x16" pepperoni and sausage Sicilian pizza that had 16 square slices. The taste was amazing. I loved the pizza overall, but especially the crunchy crust. If I were to order it again, I'd probably skip the pepperoni as it was a bit too spicy for my personal taste, and I would add some veggie toppings (mushrooms, black olives, tomatoes, onions) -- but surely each of us has our own personal favorites. The value was also excellent. A one topping, large Sicilian pizza is $21, plus $2.50 for the extra topping. Five adults and a toddler shared the pizza; a few slices were left over. Service. While there were many food vendors with great-looking food options available, we were looking for a place to eat lunch away from the crowds, out of the sun, and that offered salads. Johnny D's was our choice. Food (4.5/5). The three of us, all adults, ordered three entrees. The two were from their Greek Specialties part of the menu --first, a Gyro (lamb meat, Tzatziki sauce, lettuce, tomato, and red onion on Pita bread with a side Greek salad. ($10.75). The Greek salad featured iceberg lettuce, tomato, red onion, green pepper, and cucumber. Second, a large Greek salad with Gyro meat ($12.75). Finally, from the Salads menu, a Grilled Chicken Salad ($9.75), with the same salad ingredients mentioned above plus grilled chicken cubes and choice of dressing. Upon ordering the honey mustard, the server mentioned that their creamy ranch is homemade, so I switched to the ranch. Overall, the food, and especially the Gyro and the homemade ranch dressing, was excellent, and the quantities were excellent So overall a very good value. In fact, we took the side salad + a bit more salad home. Slight mark-down in our rating because the salads were made with iceberg rather our preferred romaine. Service (5+/5). We were well taken care of by our friendly server, who may have been the owner. We were particularly impressed that, it being near closing time, he was preparing to distribute leftover prepared foods to the homeless "rather than letting it go to waste." Ambiance. (3/5). Note that the restaurant offers take-out and delivery. We would definitely eat here again when next in Clarksburg.
