It would be zero stars if possible. Went inside to order because drive thru was insanely long. I ordered at 12:20 at 12:33 still waiting on 1 drink. Lady who ordered before me still waiting! I asked how much longer for my drink? "We are very backed up". No shit! Do I asked for a refund. That took 5 more minutes and was met with an attitude. I'm sorry you are backed up, but customers inside are just as important as customers in drive thru. No way all those people ordered before me, maybe 5 of them. So here is some advice, if you are too backed up to be able to provide adequate customer service, you could.... Close the lobby Put up a sign on door that says "sorry for the inconvenience, we are extremely busy at this time. Drinks ordered inside could take up to 15 minutes." Then it's on me to decide to wait or go to a different location. Shut down online ordering Have the girl who just took off her apron to stay a while. Iced Carmel Brûlée Latte Stopped at Starbucks on Emily Drive at 8:45pm on January 3, 2026. I've ordered this exact drink at multiple Starbucks locations, including this one and cold foam has always been included. When my drink was made no cold foam was included. I asked them about the cold foam and they would not fix it, or even allow me to pay for cold foam to be added. The employees were rude and do not meet the usually high standards of Starbucks. Most of the time the service whether you go inside or out is very good. I like that hot beverages are actually hot. The reason for the 4 stars: once the lobby was opened to customers I noticed the store not as clean as before the pandemic. Tables, counters, floors, and the outside need cleaned. read more

I hate doing this but I felt it was necessary. I came in there to grab a coffee, there was no customers inside. I stood at the counter and waited and waited while three young people chitchatted. Total of seven employees, while four were working the drive-through. Backed up 10 cars at drive-through. Manager had to holler over to the three people talking and asked them to please handle food and the front counter, they ignored her. She asked again and one finally came over and took my order. Meanwhile the place is dirty, the parking lot is filled with trash and the condiment counter was despicable! There is no excuse for this at a Starbucks. Shame on you Starbucks! I'm a daily-weekly attendee and have been ordering a water with lemon and strawberries. They have been making this drink for me for over a year. They don't have fresh lemon so they do a tablespoon of lemonade and charged me for 2 fruit additives. This week they didn't know what to charge and kept asking each other, I told them what I was told by the shift leader which was to charge for 2 fruit additives. They come to the window and tell me there was a new policy change and they had to charge me for a refresher bc it had lemonade in it. I contacted Starbucks hotline bc I have been a manager and know this is a response they like to tell ppl when they don't know the answer and just want to get them out the door. They literally train you to do this LOL they tell me it didn't sound right and they would have a district manager call me to talk about this. This district manager tells me there was recently a policy change on the number of additives you can have and "have to draw the line" bc it doesn't matter how much you get added to a drink, you have to charge for the cup size of that beverage. So, previously $1.08 has now turned into $6 for a tablespoon of lemonade bc they don't carry fresh lemons. There is a significant price difference in 1tbsp and 7 large pumps of syrup concentrate. They don't charge the same price for a tall as a grande, venti, or trenta. I find this to be utter load of crap. Not to mention the lady at the window shoved my drink at me and I had to try to get grip of the cup bc she was so rude. Customers can ask questions anymore. You pay what they say or you're a disregarded customer that doesn't deserve respect. That I do NOT appreciate at all. read more

This was the fastest serving Starbucks I have ever been to. What a great team you have here. And to comment to the person who saw a man coming out of the women's restroom: they may have been out of toilet paper. When I went to the women's restroom they were out of toilet paper and when I went to ask for a roll everyone was so busy. I did think twice to just use the men's restroom but then a cashier noticed me standing at the register and quickly replaced the rolls. read more

I worked at Starbucks for years, so when I go I know what to expect. I'm super disappointed. My ice coffee is extremely watery. My sisters venti drink only came with two shots not the standard three. They didn't put whip cream on one of the mochas which is a standard. No name tags on the baristas. I watched them place lids on improperly which is a QASA and won't mean anything to them unless you work at Starbucks. Barista was rude. Don't put the least friendliest person on drive thru. Just put them on bar or customer support. read more

My Shaken Iced Green Tea was the perfect refresher after a long drive (and still about half way to go!). This is your basic highway interchange Starbucks, but it serves its purpose well. read more

They frequently forget to include a sleeve on my hot coffee, but the coffee is great. Service is always reasonably fast as well.

This Starbucks is very small. I recommend not going inside but just using the Drive-Thru. The staff is very nice and quick, too. They just remodeled so the inside is much better than it was before the remodeling. I don't drink coffee though, but the Cupcake Frappuccinos and Cotton Candy Frappuccinos are amazing. + The Starbucks app will help you save money and time. I highly recommended it!! read more

They used to be able to brew pour-over coffee, but I guess that policy just got phased out. Not even the (brusque/rude) shift manager can consistently do it right. Plus, dirty store while a tall barista guy was stuffing his face with danishes and playing on his smartphone (who also cannot make a basic-quality pour-over)--nobody tending to the dirty lobby in at least two hours (crumbs/smudging or paper fragments all over tables). And, the brunette barista felt it was all good to have the kitchen door wide open while whatever crappy music is playing in the kitchen competes with the lobby's music. Apparently in this place the customers work for the staff: at least we are expected to accommodate them, rather than anticipate basic expectations being met. read more

Being a Starbucks gold card member for years, I have very high standards for Starbucks. This location is incredibly consistent and awesome every time I go in. I just moved to the area and have lived in cities with many many Starbucks locations and this one is my new favorite! They make winter better (and the other three seasons) :-). I do wish there was more seating inside but who knows, maybe they will expand one day... read more
