Kinda sucked that they were our of their frappes when I came in. On the other hand, it is cool that they have a playplace here. If you have a long enough layover on Indian Trails (it's usually about 25 minutes here) and you have small children with you, it might not be a bad idea to let them run around in it for a few minutes. Horrible service every time I go through. My order is always wrong, either mayo wasn't added like I asked or there was no pickles on a menu item that clearly displayed and should have been pickles on a sandwich. Today I got a medium fry and basically was half empty like even full like they usually are. Burgers are burnt missing ingredients. Not worth the money nor my time. I'll have better time traveling farther to mt. Pleasant or just another fast food joint in general. I'm already coming from farwell. read more

Today was the last straw. I've been a customer of this McDonald's since it opened and it's really gone downhill in the last year or so. Today, I placed an order on the app for a burrito meal, hot cakes, and a small diet coke. When I arrived at 9:45am, I gave my order number, I was told that they had run out of burritos. I asked what they wanted to do, since I had already paid for the order. The young woman at the drive thru window said that she'd have a manager come to the 1st window. I called the person who wanted the burrito meal and she said that she'd take a bacon, egg, cheese biscuit meal instead. When I got to the window, a manager was there doing a cash register shift change. I heard him tell the girl that the 2nd window would just have to be told about the order change. I waited while he did the cash tray switch. No one said a word to the new person taking over the window so we had to go through the whole thing again. I went to the 2nd window and they had no clue about what was going on. I explained it again. At this point I was becoming angry and I told them that their management sucked, there was no communication! I was given the beverages and asked to move to a waiting space. In all the years that I've done business with this McDonald's, regardless of how busy it was, I've never had to wait for an order until the last year or so. A different manager brought my meal out and told me that, even though I had already paid for my burrito meal order, they had run out before I got there. I told him that doesn't make up for the cluster once I pulled in and the fact that I, once again, had to pull into a parking spot to wait for my order. Whoever is in charge of this store has seriously dropped the ball. The only people there who seem to be interested in providing any degree of customer service are the front line people, management just wants to argue and make excuses. There are plenty other fast food places right there, we'll be going to those from now on. I never have to sit and wait for an order with them. Also, if an order is paid for through the app, those items shouldn't be allowed to sell out prior to the customer arriving to pick up their order. read more

This is the only McDonald's for miles around so they get lots of business. The downside to this is they are usually packed with people in the summer time. Wait times can exceed 30 minutes, (I know it's crazy) so keep this in mind if you're meeting other people there. Because they are so busy, the place is usually very dirty, bordering on filthy. The bathrooms are almost always a disaster. Imagine one toilet for the men's room after hundreds of people have used it. Yikes! The food orders are almost always wrong and very slow to arrive, so don't be in any hurry here. It's strange 'cause even on the odd occasion that there are few people, the service is still slow. The unique feature of this McDonald's is the occasional Amish boys who sit and watch the girls while drinking coffee, it's a hoot to see them pretend they aren't looking when the girls catch them. read more

Most of the people that work there are super nice and always helpful. Although there are a few that are so so slow! I stop there a few times a week for my coffee. Nothing special. No complaints. It's McDonald's; service was quick and courteous. Bathrooms were clean and stocked. Play area was large and entertaining. WiFi was easy to access. Associates were approachable and quick to respond to our needs. There is a bathroom in the play area for family's and this was a HUGE help with little people. read more

Just stopped for a quick bite. They were busy, but it really didn't take long for our order, they just forgot my pickles, but no biggie there. What I want to complain about is one of the girls that works there. I don't know if she was a manager or what, but her voice was annoying and she was very disrespectful to the other employees. Stopped this morning on our return to down state. It was busy as usual. But we had a to go order so we could continue our drive. I ordered two breakfast burritos. Both of them were wrapped very poorly. And the insides were cold. Not hot but like they took it out of the refrigerator and put it in the tortilla. I know that if corporate knew this was how you served your guest they would not be happy. Granted it only cost a couple of bucks to some people it still was wasted money. After my first bite I couldn't eat it for fear I would get sick. Hope the manager is bright enough to see the reviews. read more

Went to the Mcdonalds after going to the casino. It was a bit before closing and I ordered 2 of the jalapeno mcdoubles and the employee rolled his eyes and muttered that they had just cleaned up for the night. (Sorry but its how the world works) When i got my jalapeno mcdoubles I took a bite of it and was shocked to find 30-40 jalapenos on it. I was quite upset since I have had them before and they did not have nearly that many on it. I had to throw the burgers away as jalapenos were everywhere. I think that they did this out of spite. It is unfortunate that a few reviewers have had experiences less than favorable. This is a very busy McDonald's location so that is why they recently added a 2nd drive through lane. The local people employed here really do try hard to accommodate customers the best they can. I definitely have been at other locations MUCH less desirable than this one. As with any fast food eatery patience must be practiced. I do hope the establishment reads these reviews to isolate and retrain those employees in need of improvement. read more

Obviously McDonald's food is pretty good however I am only going to give this particular McDonald's restaurant only one out of five stars due simply for the LONG wait every single time I go through the drive thru. I cannot go to this McDonald's location before i go anywhere or have plans because they will make you pull over every time & make you wait 15 minutes atleast for a burger & fries. Seriously. I rarely ever go here anymore because of this. This certainly is not considered a "fast food" place anymore especially when if I go to any sit down restaurant in town I get my food faster. read more

Went to McDonald's after church to obtain breakfasts. Went through drive through, placed my order, paid my money and then sat at service window for 4 minutes before asking me to move forward. More minutes passed and employee brought order out for vehicle arriving after me. She apologized for delay and said they only had 3 cooks and they were backed up. After a total of 10 minutes my order was brought out and employee tried to give me free meal tickets because of my wait. I declined the offer, thanked her and drove off. Traveled 2 miles home, opened bag and order was not complete. In fact I had more items in the syrup bag (which was greasy and dirty) than what I ordered. Got in car and took everything back. Went inside and they were backed up around the room. Got the attention of a cleaning employee and he got the same employee that brought food to the car. Explained to her that my order was not complete and more items were inserted than what I ordered. Her response "well I knew you had waited a long time so just wanted to get you food". Told her no thanks "I would have liked my order", gave her the whole bag of food back and requested a refund. She spoke to manager (Renee), manager gave me my money, no I'm sorry, or response of any kind. Got out to my car and checked my money and she had shorted me my money. Back inside I went and went directly to the pick up counter and got Renee's attention. Told her she had shorted me, repeated again what she owed me. She was annoyed that she had to wait on me AGAIN to make this right. I like McDonald's food but this location has some serious problems and I will not be returning. read more
