Everytime I come here, they manage to mess my order up. Unfortunately, with this being the closest mcdonalds to my work, I have to go here if Im in the mood for it. On this occasion, I asked for extra breakfast sauce on my bagel and they gave me none. My girl ordered a regular soda and they gave her diet. It baffles me that all you have to do at mcdonalds is read and assemble the order. They also always make you pull forward even if there is nobody in line so that they can save their line times. Actually refused to pull forward one time and they threatened to not give me my food and issue a refund. Mcdonalds needs to fire this entire crew and rehire. So every one complains about this location and there's not one good review. But I have yet to have a bad experience at this McDonalds. I come to the drive-thru and inside and I never have a wait. Regardless if there is a car or two on line it goes by fast. But tell me what busy fast food restaurant and there's never a car in front that you have to wait... a lot of people just seem patient. First of all, I frequent this restaurant. Second of all, I have not once seen masks pulled over their noses in the entire pandemic. There is no take your time to place your order, you're always rushed. This particular visit, neither lady at either window greeted me. Yes, they do greet you before you place your order, and then if you ask for a moment, they continue to check back every 10 seconds. I ordered two sets of six piece nuggets, I was able to eat four. The other eight had obviously been sitting for a while and were hard and dry. They were the same temperature as the newer nuggets, but it's not something I would feed a child. The lady at the second window who handed me my food was more busy talking about music with her colleagues that even greeting me. She handed me my nuggets and I waited. She held my Sundae in her hand and continue to talk about music to another employee. Finally, she looked back at me and handed my sundae and never said a word to me. Slow service is usual here. But today was the worst. I was in line behind four cars at the pickup window and they were asking everyone to park so they could bring food out. First things first, I HATE this "pull up and we will bring it out to you" new thing that fast food places do. If I'm in line and I'm the next at the window I should get my food before people behind me who ordered after me. Then as five of us were sitting in their cars why others behind us were picking their food up at the window we watched as they randomly brought food to each of us in no particular order. This morning I pulled up to the speaker and before anyone said anything to me the other Lane took 3 orders. Then they charged me for the wrong order.
