Food was fresh and hot, staff was friendly and ensured I had all items before handing me my order... clean restaurant, no chaos, nor did I have to wait in line for my food. read more

Nothing worse than an employee lying to you when I asked was this barbecue sauce in the bag and you say yes. But then I get home and there's no barbecue sauce for my son to enjoy his nuggets. The worst McDonald's in Charlotte dishonest employees, dirty restaurant and yeah, you want guest to patronize you I hope everybody on the app reads this review and stop going there. This dude literally looked me in my face and said yes in the bag- big liar. read more

Everytime I come here, they manage to mess my order up. Unfortunately, with this being the closest mcdonalds to my work, I have to go here if Im in the mood for it. On this occasion, I asked for extra breakfast sauce on my bagel and they gave me none. My girl ordered a regular soda and they gave her diet. It baffles me that all you have to do at mcdonalds is read and assemble the order. They also always make you pull forward even if there is nobody in line so that they can save their line times. Actually refused to pull forward one time and they threatened to not give me my food and issue a refund. Mcdonalds needs to fire this entire crew and rehire. Do better, your job is not difficult you high school dropouts. read more

Customer service is horrible. Orders are usually wrong and they won't replace your order even when it's their mistake.

They need to close this joint, quick. I had to Go back to the drive-through at least three different times and still never got my order right. read more

The drive through moves fast but I'm pretty sure even if you have one item they will park you in a spot. No matter what I ordered I'm always parked and made to wait longer. I've been sitting here waiting and I ordered my food 10 minutes ago. read more

Ohhh they just leave meat out of the burgers. Poor customer service and they basically put extra extra extra extra salt on my fries being malicious once I explained to them I needed meat in my burger and asked for a replacement meal. I think the employee wanted to fight me they way I " held up her drive thru line". Poor service and the managers do t care. read more

I would give it NO STARS. If you're in a rush or going to work do not stop at this McDonald's they will take forever you will be stuck in the line forever! Once you do get to order they are very rude very slow and they get your order mixed up I do not recommend this McDonald's at all! read more

So every one complains about this location and there's not one good review. But I have yet to have a bad experience at this McDonalds. I come to the drive-thru and inside and I never have a wait. Regardless if there is a car or two on line it goes by fast. But tell me what busy fast food restaurant and there's never a car in front that you have to wait... a lot of people just seem patient. This is not New York, relax. Anyways, my food is always hot and taste just made. I always get asked if I need any sauces. One thing I liek is that they always bake my chocolate chip cookies fresh and let me know. I love it. The staff is very nice to me and they smile. I honestly do not mind this location. Thanks guys... I know you all work so hard keep it up. read more

The least you could do is turn the second sign off or put a sign so people know you're not using both drive thrus instead of letting people sit there. Guess that would be too much effort. I don't even leave reviews for fast food restaurants but this was pretty dumb. read more

Never been to a McDonald's where they don't have fries . I don't mean fries not ready but they literally had no fries . They also had no coke soda . First of all, I frequent this restaurant. Second of all, I have not once seen masks pulled over their noses in the entire pandemic. There is no take your time to place your order, you're always rushed. This particular visit, neither lady at either window greeted me. Yes, they do greet you before you place your order, and then if you ask for a moment, they continue to check back every 10 seconds. I ordered two sets of six piece nuggets, I was able to eat four. The other eight had obviously been sitting for a while and were hard and dry. They were the same temperature as the newer nuggets, but it's not something I would feed a child. The lady at the second window who handed me my food was more busy talking about music with her colleagues that even greeting me. She handed me my nuggets and I waited. She held my Sundae in her hand and continue to talk about music to another employee. Finally, she looked back at me and handed my sundae and never said a word to me. I keep going back and giving more chances. Idk how high of an expectation I should have for McDs. Am I to blame? read more

Went through the drive-thru for a dose of Egg McMuffins and not only was the line (technically, TWO lines since there are two ordering boards) not moving much at all, but it was super slow. We pulled up at 10:15 and were immediately blocked in by cars behind us. At 10:32 when we finally got to the ordering board, we were pleased to find that they were still serving breakfast. Seriously, it took us 25 minutes to get Egg McMuffins. We'd have left, but we were stuck! Booo! read more

Fast food has its downside more than we would like. If you order food and pay for it that food should at least be somewhat fresh. Ordered 2 apple pies, easy enough. Opened them to find two aged apple briquets. They were dated yesterday. Called the store and was told my name is in the book. I am sorry but fast food is just that. Nobody appreciates having to make return trip for something that is cheap and you wanted when irdered not when you have time to return. In todays world we need more of yesterdays values and respect of customers from food retailers. read more

Slow service is usual here. But today was the worst. I was in line behind four cars at the pickup window and they were asking everyone to park so they could bring food out. First things first, I HATE this "pull up and we will bring it out to you" new thing that fast food places do. If I'm in line and I'm the next at the window I should get my food before people behind me who ordered after me. Then as five of us were sitting in their cars why others behind us were picking their food up at the window we watched as they randomly brought food to each of us in no particular order. I've been coming to this McDonald's for several days during the week's for lunch and for dinner on my way home but I'm seriously thinking about not coming here again Whoever is managing the team today July 9, 2015 is surely not doing a good job read more

This place absolutely sucks. My food sucks. And the service is terrible. People were extremely rude going through the drive thru.

I only came here for a smoothie, should have gone to smoothie King instead. But the cupt was not filled to the top and line was a little long for the drive thru. But hey, its McDonald's what do you expect. read more

Worst mcds that I have even been to, they made me wait 10 minutes just to serve for Lg cokes and on top of that I had to go inside and fill up my own drinks. It's ridiculous you pay what the service costs but the service you get is trash. Most of them are females with a nasty attitude. read more

BYE MCDONALDS, count ya damn days. Let me tell y'all how we sat the f*ck outside for an hour plus. Literally 20 minutes a car. We get to the got d*mn window & the manager gone say just to let you know we're only serving quarter pounders, nuggets and fries. I don't even quarter pounders but after dying in the drive through, why not? It ain't a lick of Mac sauce on this dry burger. Let me tell yall how they had the audacity to give me some old fries after the wait. I have never worked fast food a day in my life but dear rusty manager if y'all only are serving three things you should be faster than 20 minutes a car. He was so slow I thought he was on register and the grill. The cook even came out when I requested new fries and said the manager was on something and having problems. Cars literally were throwing out their food in the drive thru. If I was on my dying final minutes of hunger I would rather swallow my spit and eat a air burger. Find a new manager. read more

This has got to be the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. I've been three or four times, thinking each time that it will be worth it. Well, it isn't! Today will be the last day I go. This place. I would think you'd get better service in the seventh layer of hell before you get any type of good service from this place. Management definitely reflects only employees attitude towards customers and absolutely redefines what service is. Look I get it I would not want to work there either it would make my day a living hell realizing that I had to work there but stop being assholes towards people who come through there. This damned place. They're almost like Burger King but the they have stolen the crown of being complete ass-hats. They don't know what's going on or care about what transpires. They do not take the extra few moments to inform you that not all the items you asked for or in the bag or if they are unavailable. So just tell you to please move up so they can get the next person in and out. The manager...the main manager...that lady can definitely go eat one. She was a complete Queen of asshats. read more

Hello This Is My First Review To Start Off I'm Reviewing McDonalds So This Is My Thoughts On McDonalds First Food The Food Is Cooked Very Well The Burgers Taste Like Barbecue Ribs Without Barbecue So The Burgers Are Good But Are Better With Cheese The French Fries Are A Little Hard Taste Good But Cooked A Little Long So That's Okay The Chicken Nuggets Are One Of Main Menus They Are Obviously Better With Sauce So That's Good I Have Been To McDonald A Bunch Of Time I Have Never Had The Wrong Order McDonalds Has Some AWFUL Stuff But McDonalds Apologize For The AWFULNESS They Had I Definitely Recommend McDonalds 4 Stars read more

This McDonald's is consistent, in that it will ruin your morning every time. They have a double drive thru that there was apparently zero training for. This morning I pulled up to the speaker and before anyone said anything to me the other Lane took 3 orders. Then they charged me for the wrong order. Then they mistook my request for 'No Onions please' has 'Only onions please', Even though by the time i got it I had repeated my order several times. Then wanted me to pull over and wait while they figure it out. .. And trust me this is a typical breakfast run here. read more

This McDonalds is pathetic. I dont know why I continue to come here. My food was dry and improperly dressed and had been sitting out for a long time. This is an everyday occurrence at this location. I just dont see how the manager and crew still have a job. The owner of this store should be embarrassed of its product. But like all rich idiots, I am sure just doesnt care. Shame!!! read more
