This location was renovated a while back and it's still a hot spot! The drive thru line is almost always out the driveway entrance, due to being in a popular area. However, it's still worth the wait. Been here numerous times and the staff is always friendly (as with any Chic-Fil-A location) and you move through the line fairly quickly. I went here and I came to get a simple sandwich constructed for dinner at this "restaurant" they like to claim to be, I order a spicy crispy chicken sandwich , with an extra filet on top. I told them server I wanted American cheese on the top filet , pepper jack in the middle , Colby Jack on the bottom. When I arrived at the window I was greeting with rude disturbed faces like this Asian girl & Latina as if what I ordered was disgusting, or confusing. I was then asked what I ordered and I the manager spoke over me serveral times and laughed in my face when I tried to order my sanwhich, asked if I knew Chick-fil-A rules ? Hospitality is supposed to be shown at a Chick-fil-A "restaurant" but today I felt as if this were a fast food joint. The manager walks back and everyone made funny jokes and remarks about the order and what I liked to get from other locations that so kindly took care of me like Whitehalls CFA. When I got my ordered and multiple tubs of cheese I was greeted by an Asian Boy , and was told "here if your lunchable" , I asked if they made my sandwhich hoping the kitchen and they're team were capable of creating a sandwhich so simple . It's been several years since I've visited this CFA, but since I was working nearby I decided to stop in today. I ordered ahead when they opened- for inside pickup vs. the drive thru. I was excited to see that this location allows you to order lunch items during breakfast, so I was able to get my favorite lunch items at 8 am. The only thing is that the app warns you that you may have to wait 15-20 minutes for your meal to be prepared AFTER you arrive. That wasn't ideal, so when I was about 10 minutes away, I went into the app and hit the "I'm at the Restaurant" button, which worked out perfectly. When I arrived, my order was ready. As for the location, it's perfectly located in a Park Rd shopping center. There is also a pretty awesome walk up window concept that caught me by surprise. I think the worker at the window could tell by my face too.. I was looking for a door to walk INTO the restaurant and to a pickup shelf and she said I could grab my order right there. Sweet. There's also a nice covered patio in the front so you can sit outside and enjoy your meal. I should have done that or at least ate it in the car since my order was barely warm when I got to my destination. Not CFA's fault, and the reason I usually pull over and eat my meal in the car. Next time. And I'd return to this location in a heartbeat too. read more

We came here to eat dinner, parked, and lo and behold, this location has no indoor seating despite being the size of any other CFA. There needs to be clear signage saying there's no indoor dining to avoid the inconvenience of people coming here with the expectation of eating inside and then trying to explain to young kids why we can't eat there. read more

Absolutely terrible first time here, I had troubles with a mobile order and this male associate told me to wait on the other side, I notified him about being new to the location. As I was waiting I get looks from other workers as if I was doing something wrong, I waited like 10 minutes until I finally go in and tell them the problem, my order was never in. Brought my order home to find surprise pieces of bacon bombs hidden throughout my suppose to be healthy salad (which does not come with bacon, so it's weird that this found it's way in there). I can't have red meat so I had to throw the whole $10 salad out. This location tends not to give receipts either so I hope I didn't pay extra for that unwanted bacon. I ordered thru the app during the coronavirus lockdown. My order was correct with the extra pickles and the exact number of ketchup packets I asked for! I actually live near the South Blvd location, but their food is so damn salty that I drove the extra 10 minutes to the Woodlawn location to see if their food is better, and IT IS SO MUCH BETTER. I ordered the kale salad, a chick-fil-a sandwich with extra pickles, and waffle fries. As I was waiting for my order to be brought out to my car, I watched the drive thru line and it was going really quickly. This is my absolute favorites Chick-fil-a in the Charlotte area!!! And that's saying a lot cause the others try but these guys really represent!!I've been coming to this Chick-fil-A forever. I can remember back to my days at Myers Park High school and making quick runs to grab food. Beware of the dreaded drive thru line. Today it was backed all the way up to the gas station on the corner of Woodlawn and Park Road. That being said I normally park on the other side of the drive thru because if you park on the side with the drive thru line you will have to inch your way out when you leave. This Chick-fil-A always cook their food correctly and everything is always above the standard. I'm kinda picky and some of the other guys don't cook the hashbrowns correctly but here they are always crispy and never over cooked. 07/24/23: 20 min wait on Mac & cheese in the drive thru!!! Did nobody notice that the Mac & cheese was getting low BEFORE it ran out?! What kind of managers are running this place?! Service is horrible. Food is always old & reheated. This place continues to go downhill each day! I remember the days when this location was the absolute BEST in the area & now it's the absolute bottom of the barrel!! Previous experience: I hope the store owner Abby knows how poorly Jackie "the manager" treats customers who is a regular customer at this location. Today I ordered Chick-fil-a Catering for my office to enjoy during our CPR training. The catering service was outstanding, and I was very impressed. Online I placed my order online using my Chickfila account which was very quick and super easy to use. I selected everything we needed and checked out. I also earned my Chick-fil-a reward points in the process as well {if you track your rewards and do catering heres your tip...you're welcome}. The online service allows 48 hours to make any changes or cancel your order. Once that 48 hours is complete there are no cancellations or edits. Arrival I scheduled our delivery for 11:30 am. I contacted the Chick-fil-a to ensure our meal was ready for delivery. Our catering arrived promptly at 11:20 am. The two gentleman set everything up within 10 minutes. Friendly folks at this CFA, which had something wrong with their ordering board so they were taking orders in person. Very organized, very slick and super friendly folks. I even kidded the gal at the window that she had a CFA jacket and she actually has a sweater, hat and more. Funny! Yep, my chicken sandwich with no pickle was perfect. Nice and hot, nice and fresh. This is my most convenient Chick-fil-A. Plus the one over on South Blvd can be a pain most of the time. Here they reflect the standard level of service found at any location. A flood of "My pleasure!" in response to every "thank you" from a customer. Valentine's Day led to a heart shaped container of 30 piece nuggets that I could not finish. This is also in conjunction with the Feed the Children charity where they donate a portion of your purchase. As long as you don't generate food waste in the process I guess it's a good thing. Chick-fil-A is pricey but you always get the quality and service you pay for. Plus if you get the app you can build up loyalty points for freebies. read more

I would normally give this place a five. The service is usually very good and the food is outstanding and fresh. Tonight, was not the case. As always, the service was very good. I can usually count on the food being just as good as the service. That was not the case tonight. I had takeout, and when I got home, the fries were stale cold. My Chick-fil-A sandwich was mediocre and the bread did not taste fresh. It was after 9 PM, but I still expect the same freshness. I would get at 7 PM. She has stellar customer service, and she also guided both myself and my partner through the app for Chick-fil-A rewards! Just add your food the cart (don''t forget the sauces), select method of payment, you are almost all set - laatly you can select carry out or drive-thru. I hesitated to use drive thtu because this location is super backed up at lunch. Today about 6pm was a breeze. Just told them we had a mobile order and the bag was ready when we got to thr window. Pros: this CFA is pretty fast. The service is nice. Cons: they intentionally are stingy with their sauces. When I asked for "a lot of sauce," they gave me 1 sauce per sandwich, even though I am entitled to 2. My kids love their sauce. Just give me what I am paying for. Thank you. read more
