I'm a DoorDash driver, been to this McDonald's countless times to pick up orders. Sometimes they outright do not want to make the order, will say something along the lines of "we cant make that right now" when it's a mcChicken? Telling me to cancel orders multiple times just because they choose not to make the food they are paid to make. read more

absolutely terrible. the breakfast burritos had little to nothing in them, ordered a LARGE iced Carmel macchiato n got a hot coffee n she just dumped the hot coffee into a medium cup n added milk n gave me an extra small cup of ice, once i told her we didn't order a hot coffee she the rolled her eyes n said give me a minute. service was terrible. Hash browns tasted like they were heated up/sitting there for a while. and had hair in the wrapper. Right as the window opened i got a whiff of straight cigarette smoke. read more

This is the worst eatery I have ever eaten at in my life! The bathrooms were covered in urine and feces and didn't look like they had been cleaned at least since the prior day as the trash was overflowing all over the floor. The staff was all standing around laughing and goofing off not paying attention to people waiting to order or stocking the self service area which out of ice, straws and napkins. the final straw was my iced tea tasted like someone had dropped a cigarette in the dispenser. At this point I'm praying I don't get but this McDonald's needs corporate and the WV health departments attention immediately! I can't give the review a 0 rating. It certainly doesn't deserve a 1 rating. read more

The food did not come as ordered. When advised the staff (which was a manager) rolled their eyes. The soda machine was broke. The restaurant was filthy. The food quality was terrible read more

Great customer service especially Logan. He is great. He will go far in the McDonald's company. Food is carefully prepared. Enjoy

I love my mocha frappe, usually get an extra shot of espresso. I think they say they give me the shot and dont. Also this has happened to me twice. Chunky frappe isn't easy to drink through a straw. read more

Ordered Big Macs to eat in, service was fast and friendly but food was cold! When it was brought to attention of front counter worker there was no response. Ordered another hamburger and took it back to with same problem COLD! Remade it and it was a little warmer. Another customer ordered a shake and questioned the thinness of it and the counter person told them that's how their shakes are not thick! Really!! Won't recommend this place based on poor attitude. read more

After staying at the hotel next door and their breakfast not being available, our only choice was McDonalds. Totally fine, we ordered some hash browns, an egg and cheese biscuit and some biscuits and gravy. The wait time in the drive through from ordering to getting our food was 17 minutes. Our daughter was screaming in the background so we were a little annoyed with that after waiting with it for 17 minutes. When we finally got our food, everyone, and I mean everyone in visible distance through the drive through was just standing there. They then began making our drinks and we waited another 5 minutes at the drive through window for stuff that you would think was already made. Getting on the road, we realize that there are no utensils for the biscuits and gravy that we ordered. So we werent able to eat it. All these minor imperfections led to a very unpleasant experience. Hopefully with some constructive criticism, this McDonalds can improve their time and happy customers will follow. read more

Extra clean and extra friendly staff bathroom are clean and they have free WiFi which is a plus

Horrible !! Slowest drive thru on the planet & crappy attitudes from the 'help' What's wrong ? Can't you staff ??? read more

The food is horrible. Sandwiches have either soggy buns or stale buns. Drive thru never gets the order correct. So make sure you check before you leave. Morning crew is the worst. Rude and the food is bad. Biscuits are way overcooked, and the hot beverages are Luke warm except the coffee witch is way too hot. The restaurant is disgusting!!! It looks to not have been cleaned in years. Gravy, ketchup, and other substances are slung on the walls and tables. The floor is sticky or slick. Depending on if it was just mopped from the grease. read more

Several people in the lobby on drugs. I ordered from the kiosk that's suppose to bring your food to your table. The guy yelled my table number instead of bringing me my food and looked at me like I was stupid instead of bringing me my food. I'm always disappointed every time I eat here. Probably won't return, this is a constant repeated mistake. read more

This morning my wife and I had to wait an additional 6-minutes for a hot French Vanilla Latte. We were asked to pull-forward when we made it to the pick-up window. The reason I was given it the milk had to be changed. This has occurred more than once in the past as well. Of course I don't know the circumstances inside, but upon placing the order this should alert the team that the milk was low and needed changed. I frequent this store often, primarily in the morning's before work. And this and past similar instances have made me late. Other than an apology upon delivery, no other compensation was offered. I didn't complain. read more

After leading a mission trip for a week in the mountains with a crew of highschoolers all I wanted was a breakfast sand. We stopped on the way back to MN. The eggs were really eggs and the biscut was not made and frozen it was made from scratch there. They really do some things in the hills right. I have never before or since had such a great meal at a mcdonalds. The staff was interesting and the food was great. Never before at a MCdonalds for me has the food been great. read more

I got a Chocolate Smoothie, Coke, Iced coffee, with a quarter pounder combo. Very tasty.

Consistently the freshest food I've had in years, from by far the fastest grill team McDonalds has at least in the tri-state area.

Weak. Good spot for a potty break and great spot to watch the drug dealers in the parking lot. Clean yes. ..

Dirtiest McDonald's I've ever visited...every table was a mess. Floor was disgusting. Soda came out as soda water. Ketchup station a disaster. Nothing stocked. Spitwads on the pictures on the wall. We won't be back on future trips. Except to pee. At least the ladies room was clean-ish. read more

Very dirty. All tables were dirty. Drink area a mess. Ketchup everywhere Not good. Employees standing around after rush hour.

I have gone in this place a few times now, in store and drive thru. Always disappointed. I know it's fast food and I'm not expecting gourmet but please don't just slop it together and that it be at least warm. Plus with what fast food cost now it should be better. I won't go back in this one read more
