My partner and I were looking for food on our way home on 77. We thought this would be a quick and easy stop. Finding parking and finding the curbside area was exceedingly difficult. If you decide to go into the mall to get your food, you have to go up three flights of escalators and across the entire mall just to get to the restaurant. Food was fine and order was correct. But due to the lack of convenience, I'd suggest going to the location about 15 minutes away. Still close to the highway but they run like a well oiled machine and will have you in and out much faster. Plus, you won't have to go up three floors just to use their bathroom. read more

Oh, I used to eat here ALL the time. I was such a mallrat in my teen years. The Town Center was like the only place to hang out where there would actually be people around, so we used to hang here all day looking for crap to do. Getting kicked out of the food court for "loitering" was a regular occurrence (because we looked funny). The chick-fil-a was a favorite of mine (I was a meat eater back then) because of those delicious lil pickles on the sandwich. Also, the sweet tea is pretty killer. And the waffle fries! Okay, there is a lot I liked about it. What I really hated about it was that they were closed on Sundays (as are all chick-fil-a locations) because I was also an ardent ATHEIST back then, and damn you for denying my secular ass some chick'n! Damn you straight to your god's hell! Now I'm agnostic. Maybe damn you to hell, maybe not. read more

First off, I object to a place that closes on Sunday for religious reasons. If the mall is open and so is everything else in the food court, you should be too. Makes me want to refuse to sell their workers anything on Sundays. Anyway....The food is alright, but don't let it get cold. Love this place, best fast food joint in the area. A lot of the other chains need to get with the program they are with. Very nice family nights, and awesome employees, always clean..they are doing it right! This is a fine example of how the other chains should treat customers and how the employees should act ( they always say "My Pleasure") My kids love this place, and to be honest so do I! Very disappointed in the service my girlfriend received. She ordered a sandwich with cheese, she was charged for it as well. Once she realized her sandwich did not have cheese, she brought the sandwich back and told a staff member her sandwich did not include the cheese she ordered. The staff member yelled back to another member for a piece of cheese and they literally handed my girlfriend a piece of cold cheese. You would think they would have handled the situation more professionally and replaced the sandwich. Very unusual service from chick-fila but we at least know never to go back to the one in the town centre mall. I tried to find a corp contact. No luck on their mobile website. Very inconsistent and the staff are not that friendly. They're very good at getting the orders out pretty quickly.

I travel all of the time and Chick is one of my favorites. Ben to this one at least 5 times- every time I have been here there has been a problem. This is the last time. I will NEVER go to this one again. Generally, the kids they hire are friendly, not so here. ALWAYS a mistake on the order and with drive thru, ALWAYS a 20 minute line. I like this place. Unlike other reviews, I will stick to this location, food, and service only. The service is fast and the staff is warm and accommodating. You get that consistent Chick-Fil-A taste as you would at any location. I did not see one unhappy face at this location. At this location, if you are eating in the general area of the restaurant, one of the employees will be around to see if you need a refill. Sure you get this at other Chick-Fil-A locations but you hardly ever find this type of service in a food court setting. I will continue to eat here as long as I shop at the Charleston Town Center. read more

I had two major client lunches today at my office. I placed my orders via the Chick-fil-A App on my phone. At the very end there was a glitch and the App kept kicking me out. Time was running out as it was fast approaching lunch break so I frantically called the Store and all I can say is - Belinda Paige worked her magic. The food was delivered curb side and was still hot when we got it back to the office. All were fed and happy. My sincerest praise to Belinda and the entire staff that made this happen. Chick-Fil-A is a wonderful organization which was built on high standards of service and concern for both customers and fellow man. My family highly admires the Christian ideals held by Chick-Fil-A and I would like to remind some of the other people who wrote negative reviews that the same freedom which gives you the right to think and say as you wish, also gives the organization the right to voice it's views and act on its beliefs concerning Sunday operation and feelings on same swx marriage or any other strongly held belief. I am sure the restaurant is happy to serve YOU no matter what your belief is. I also wonder what you might have done to help your community lately - fed the hungry? offered educational scholarships? The employees are super! The meat is good. I always ask for fresh fries, but 9 times out of 10 they give me whatever is sitting there and it is always mushy. Today I took my fries back and said that I didn't mind waiting for fresh ones to be made. They just gave me another order of mushy fries which I threw away. read more
