This McDonald's is a clown show. Ordered a hamburger happy meal. Only ketchup and pickle. I got a burger patty with ketchup and pickle in a chicken nugget box, no bun, no fries, but they remembered the toy. Wow. This was a first. I waited in the drive through parking area for 7 minutes. Upon discovering the missing fries and bun, I went in to show the manager and then waited another 12 minutes for them to remake the happy meal. Wow. read more

I have gone to this McDonald's three times over the past two months each time they have got the order wrong. First a simple Diet Coke, they gave me dr.pepper. Second I ordered a vanilla milkshake they gave me strawberry. Third a caramel latte I ordered a medium they gave me a small with the cup covered in caramel. Every Saturday Hubby goes & picks up our order I place through the app. He usually gets a sausage McMuffi. It has sausage, eggs & cheese on an English muffin. I always get a biscuit with bacon & cheese; no eggs. We get 2 hash browns & a large unsweetened iced tea. His is always good, but they never cook the biscuits enough. The are mushy. Sometimes they mess up the iced tea & give us sweet tea. For people who don't drink sugar in their tea, the sweet tea is undrinkable for us. Even though this location is closest to our home, we will not be ordering breakfast on Saturdays here any longer. read more

Really unfortunate. The store manager Sana here decided to let us know that our children are not allowed to play on the equipment even though the playground states 4 to 12 years old. I have a special needs nephew and really really unfortunate and there's only one child playing on it. We will make sure we won't be back here even though we visit the KTR often next door. read more

I recently gave a review prematurely. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and on the news it said that it's safe to do that now and I waited a few weeks and when I ordered the quarter pounder with cheese, there were no onions on it at all and the spicy chicken nuggets has a lot less chicken or filler or whatever it is, then usual for the regular chicken nuggets and you have to wait 15 minutes to get spicy nuggets. I also did not get all of the french fries that I was supposed to get for my family. At the price I pay for McDonald's for my family. I could get In-N-Out Burger for the same cost. read more

Food gave me food poisoning. Never ever ever go to this McDonalds. Service was slow and food was bad.

Always poor service It's no fault to the minors working there- more a reflection of poor management. Bags are properly prepared, tops of bags are never folded, but worse yet- custom orders are likely to be followed improperly if acknowledged at all. Plus the evening post-work rush is poorly handled by staff - long wait times. Lastly the attitude of the girls in the back could use some work. read more

Made a rare trip to McD drive-thru for a breakfast meal. They gave me just the sandwich. When I reminded them I ordered a meal, they spent a couple minutes checking their receipts and finally apologized and gave me a bag with a sandwich and hash browns. When I asked about my drink, they apologized again and gave me my drink. After I left, I discovered it was the wrong (cheaper) sandwich. Total fail. read more

Atmosphere - We used the drive thru so I am not rating this. Food Drink - I normally drink black coffee at home so I treat myself with a hot mocha while out and about.  My mocha was super hot, I finished my two sandwiches and it was still too hot. Sandwiches - I went with my standard Sausage Egg McMuffin (English muffin), this is why I go to McDonald's.  I ordered two of them and both  English muffins were burnt.  The first one was tough and chewy.  The second one was better as it was good except the over toasting.  The sausage and egg in the sandwich was what I expect.  I had to re-stack both sandwiches and they were all of components were all over the place. Stopped in at this location to have a quick bite. Drive thru was empty, we ordered a Big Mac meal and a Quarter Pounder meal. The servers were very nice and expedited the process very well. We pulled into a spot and ate our meals. These two meals were the BEST McDonalds meals we'd had here over the past 4 years here. We have eaten in McDonalds across the country and have done so because of their consistency. Lately we have wondered what had happened to McDonalds. Well this franchise is doing it right. In my 58 years of life, this was the most ridiculous experience I have ever had at any McDonalds. A little background first. It's Thanksgiving morning 2020. My wife and I are headed to relatives in the morning to start cooking. It's 9:30 AM. Yes, granted it's Thanksgiving but it's 9:30AM. There are no signs indicating the McDonald's is closed and in fact it's quite the opposite. Not only were other area McDonalds open but there were no less than six cars in the drive through and the drive through sign is on, working and lit. So we enter the drive through line and wait...and wait...and wait. Car's are slowly going through when we make it to the drive through menu display which keep in mind is on. But all of the breakfast sandwiches are sold out!!! All of them (see attached photos). The only thing that is not crossed out are specialty coffees and pastries!!! Ok, we'll that pisses me off but we're hungry so a coffee and a McDonalds Apple Fritter will have to do... So we wait again at the speaker...and wait...and wait! WFT?!?!? I yell into it "hello!" No response... This is ridiculous, I tell my wife that we are leaving. We leave the menu board, head through the drive thru and that's when we realize the place is closed!!! All the lights are on, not one sign indicating they're closed, menu board lit up and six cars in front of us and six cars behind us as we were in line. Not only that but other McDonalds in the area were open!!! I guess it was too much for management to spend 30 seconds and make a paper sign saying "Closed for the Thanksgiving Holiday" and tape it to the drive thru menu board? What a joke... read more

I ordered four burgers, a french fry and three drinks. When I got to the food window they gave me my drinks and then parked me to wait for the rest of my food. I watched 15 to 20 cars get served in the drive-thru while I sat there waiting for my food for 20 minutes then I decided to go in, another guy that was waiting longer than me had also gone in. I walked in and asked the lady why it was taking so long. She never apologized. She just took my receipt and 7-10 minutes later another kid finally handed me my food. I checked the order and it was missing my french fries. I pointed it out to him. He said nothing and just took my bag. I did say 'and another fry would be nice for my wait' which he did give me. So 30 minutes later I'm finally leaving the parking lot and I get home and now the drinks are a little bit watered down because the ice has melted and I eat one of my burgers and then realize that they are undercooked, Hope I don't get sick! I will never return to this location again and it will probably even be a while before I go to McDonald's read more

I've been yelled at, given attitude, gotten wrong order without it being fixed easily, or the person working the window can't speak English... but back to my original reason for the complaint.........if your not gonna be open till your hours post a sign or something, that's shady and embarrassing you can't post a simple sign you closed early?? Save yourself about 15-minutes (or plan for it), pick your desire. This location has a consistently slow drive-thru (15+ minute wait in line). For fast-food, it lacks efficiency and speed that defines it as "fast-food." Generally, we are willing to sacrifice quality for speed, but we all know McDonald's isn't known for "quality" food so they really only have one thing going for them and can't get that right. read more

Happy Meal was missing the cheeseburger, and the fries for the filet-o-fish combo were dumped in the paper bag with the fry container laying on top of the sandwich box. Also, they only gave me about half the amount of fries. Been in here before and the play place was disgusting. It seems like this location has low standards. I wish we could give a minus star! This is the closest McDonalds on my way to /from work. Once in awhile my son will want breatfast and on occasion a shake and burger. We visit with such infrequency you would think the odds of getting our order right would be in our favor ! NOPE, it doesn't matter when we go or what we order it will be incorrect or just gross (today the shake has a hair and the shake cup had a hole which prompted us to take the lid off ) barf and thank goodness for that hole! My biggest problem is the unprofessionalism of the crew or crew leader inside. There is a women always yelling either at unruly teens ordering or yelling at employees. It never fails ! I was hoping with the remodel some retraining would occur- that doesn't seem to be the case. Please Get a more mature, level headed manager/crew leader . If inn and out can do it so can you ! This is a cool little location that does a lot of business! It's quite busy in the back & kitchen but it's extremely quaint, and youre able to enjoy the sitting area which is nicely updated. There are touchscreens for ordering and also a playplace. I like this location for their kind employees & for how low-key & chill the environment is. Went on a Saturday at 11:30pm and after 5 minutes waiting for someone to take my order I went to the window and the people inside ignored me. Finally someone came to the window and said we are closed. First of all why 30 min early? Second, put a sign or a cone in the drive thru so people aren't waiting for someone to take there order.
