Honestly this is probably the most consistent McDonald's I've gone to! They're always making my order fresh and they still manage to have it out to you quickly. Not to mention everyone is also very nice. It's a pretty convenient location as well off of county line rd. I am not a big fast food person but occasionally I do enjoy a quarter pounder, however this place is a shit show! They constantly screw up orders and the prices are way too high! I have tried a few times to order a quarter pounder with NO CHEESE and they constantly give me it with cheese. I'm done! I actually really like the new fresh beef quarter pounder. Visited Sunday night due to everything being closed at 9:30 pm and had a quarter pounder with cheese value meal. Fries were terrible, cold and dry but ate them any way due to starvation. I was impressed with the fresh beef and am looking forward to trying the new gourmet burgers 12-2018 This entire location has bee completely remodeled and the outdoor play area is gone. Eat in service and customers get put in the back of the line behind drive thru, Door Dash and curbside. If you actually plan on eating in, plan on waiting - a lot. 22 minutes for us and then the order was incomplete. read more

Food was okay but concern about signs that say employees wear gloves and masks but did not see any wearing them. To be fair, I went through the drive through so I only saw about four employees. If those employees are not adhering to those requirements, take down the signs at the windows. read more

Horrified. I used to go to this local ovation 3x day or more (having a son with autism he only eats nuggets and fries). I've been a customer to Chalfont's location for 26 years. After Yesterday I made my decision to never go again. Not only did they get my order wrong, she still refused to correct it after two attempts of explaining why it was wrong. She simply didn't care and was trying to hand me the bag. I have tried calling many times to speak to the owner however they do not answer the phones. Just your average McDonalds, I guess. The young staff is super friendly for a fast food establishment, but I've heard some pretty brutal horror stories about the kitchen. My friend who once worked at this location says he dropped a bun on the floor and went to chuck it in the trash. The manager stopped him, took the bun, wiped it off, and used it. UHM EW?! And after he spoke out (in disgust) they fired him for being "slow." I'm Servsafe certified and I'm pretty sure everything about that situation is not okay. Anyway, I've gotten stale fries and old, unappetizing burgers on more than one occasion. Really the only reason I ever come here is if I'm really in a rush and need a quick bite (on my way to work, on my way to class, running errands, etc). Oh...and the older woman manager with the short white hair can be really freaking rude if you catch her on a bad day or make the mistake of asking her a stupid question. Fin. read more

The food from this restaurant is normal for fast food. The reason for the two stars is the new renovation. This McDonalds looks hideous from the outside. If you didn't know a McDonalds was there, you'd go right by it. No sign facing County Line and the color is so drab. Once inside, it looks like a minimalist impression of what you might find in Europe. There is a screen to order and only two places to order with a human. Very slow service. The restaurant is depressing to be in. Notice in the picture the lack of places to sit. Will only use drive thru from now on. read more

I have tried this location several times, and it's always a disappointing experience. My most recent visit at the drive-thru ended up in confusion over something simple. Bad attitudes start at the top and work their way down through the ranks . I have called before when I had a problem with another visit, and nothing ever changes. The staff is poorly trained, and VERY unprofessional. The employees I have dealt with are snotty and entitled, and not at all interested in giving good customer service. They screw up and then give you an attitude when you ask them to fix the problem. I am so done with this place, and I will not be back to give them another chance. read more

Food is old and service is slow. Don't even bother using the drive thru. It's way quicker to just go inside. And even that takes forever. I know it's McDonald's but wow the food is awful. Young staff is very nice and definitely try their best but obviously there's no management and if there is they should be ashamed of themselves. read more
