Left Starbucks because they couldn't move fast enough to get me back on the road, and ducked into McDonalds to get my coffee fix (to go). I thought all McDonalds have the new coffee line, apparently that's not the place. This is more like a 1970's McDonalds that has their basic, uninteresting black coffee. Ugh. But I was desperate for the caffeine, so off I went. Except that after paying for the coffee, I went over to the canister and it was dry. Had to wait AGAIN to talk to the guy at the counter and let him know that was the case, wait again for them to fill it, and wait again to get my coffee and get on the road. Fast food needs to be, first and foremost, fast. And coffee that just needs to be poured and taken should be lightning fast at a McDonalds. Worst experience! The line to register was not really long and did not take a lot of time. But after there was a looong time of waiting for the order. My number of order was 352. When I heard that they already had served 360+, I asked where was my order. The girl, who prepared that orders was not friendly. She asked to wait, without any apologises. While I was waiting, a guy come to me and said that he was number 351 (!!!). Took extremely long time. Also, the prices are ridiculously high. The line was extremely long, the lady at the register who took my order almost rushed me. I ordered two scrambled egg meals, an iced coffee, an egg mc muffin meal, and a strawberry-banana smoothie. Took around 30 minutes. They asked me to pull over into the 1 spot and wait for them to finish my order. They gave me the iced coffee and smoothie. However, I had to wait 8 more minutes for them to finish my order. They brought out the scrambled eggs but it was dumped into one container, and they provided only one fork. Along came the egg McMuffin. They forgot the orange juice so we asked them to go get it but apparently a simple task took another 5 minutes. Then we finally left, but little did I know, they forgot the hash brown that was supposed to come with the meal. Absolutely terrible, worst service, DO NOT EAT AT THIS RESTAURANT. read more

One of the servers named Anna walked around the restaurant as customers were eating to solicit positive feedback for McDonalds corporate. I saw her collecting customer receipts after customers left them on the tables or trays. She approached my friends and all the other diners to ask them to take the receipt and write a positive review for herself on the survey. I felt that this was unethical because she was taking customer receipts and attempting to get OTHER customers to submit positive reviews for herself. read more

This is a stand alone McDonald's wish is more dangerous than the McDonald's at a truck stop, i have been trying to warn the public about the photos enclosed...for yrs i always enjoy hash browns when i ask to cook them twice...its crispy and free of lard...you know that stuff that clogs your arteries and give you a heart attack well look at the pictures theses little boys and girls don't care...when you have this much grease on your hash brown..means they didn't let the hash brown go thru a complete cycle like its supposed to. Went to this McDonalds as I was on my way to Sacramento. I ordered to go the 2 cheeseburger meal and below is what I got. The cook must not have any self respect if they think this is acceptable to go out to a customer. That's not the only issue. The people working there were not professional, no smiles, no welcome to McDonald's. This McDonalds seems to be our Go To place to stop at while were are driving North. We stop at this McDonald's to make one last pitch for drinks or food. Usually we go inside. We have also used the drive thru. Each time, it seems that the line moves a little slow. The most recent time, we were in the drive thru for quite a while and the line was NOT moving. By the time we got to the window to pay, I cannot recall what the conversation was but I think that I mentioned to the person at the window that the wait was incredibly long for them to take our order. The cashier mentioned that they were short staffed. I told her that it sucked especially since it was a holiday weekend and more people were probably driving through and eating breakfast in their cars and continuing their drive to wherever. It was surprising that the cashier did not know that it was a holiday weekend. (Memorial Day Weekend) I guess that their manager only scheduled two people to work that morning. And the other person was taking orders in the front of the store. Not sure how staffed up they were in the kitchen. I would give this a one star, but the girl was super friendly. And I do have to admit that when I have been inside the restaurant, the staff was friendly as well. Plus their bathrooms were well kept when I have gone inside to get my food order. They also have a lot of TV's to occupy your attention. And if you have kids they have a play area where the kids can blow off some steam and play before they get back into the vehicles. read more

At the request of a friend, we stopped at this McDonald's location.It was horrible. Expect to wait 20 mins for a burger and not for lack of employees or a long line of customers but because of an overstaffed and disorganized kitchen. This disorganization was evident as some employees were playing with their phones or standing around with a look of boredom on their faces while others frantically scurried about. This was unsurprising as I did not observe a managerial presence. I even overheard what appeared to be regular McDonald's customers, say "this is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to". Tonight, I am have to correct my drink at the window and asked to wait 15mins for my chicken nugget meal. This is the 3rd time I place an mobile order and go to the designated spot to wait for them to deliver to the car and I wait there for ever. You can see the cars in the drive-tru getting the food faster. I saw 15 car drive tru and order and get the food and drive. We waited at the counter and had to call for someone after 3 different employees ignored us. Bathrooms are disgusting! No ketchup or napkins included in our bag. The iced tea was kept behind the counter, and I had to ask a second time for sugar. It was annoying asking two nore times, since ordering was a pain. Empmyees act like you're bothering them. So if I could I'd give them 0 stars. We've been on the rode stopped for 2 hot coffees and a McDouble came out to $9.06! Every McDonald's I've gone to a large hot coffee has always been $1. I asked the manager since he was the one at the window "aren't coffees $1?" And his response was "No they aren't" very rudely and just closed the window and turned around. So I asked for a receipt since he didn't give me my receipt he said ok then came back and told me to pull forward and they'll bring it out. They weren't busy at all inside or the drive through so he was acting like it was super busy and rushing me to move. Never brought it out so I went in and they printed it out but with no name on it so I wish I was able to catch his name but DONT STOP AT THIS MCDONADLS they suck.
