Standard McDonald's location attached to a travel center just off of 75. Got gas from the Pilot and then pulled in to he drive thru before hitting the highway. Service was ok at the screen, and just fine at the window. The drive thru was empty, so timing was no issue. I waited for a few moments, but it was due to them cooking fresh fries, which I appreciate. Burger was solid, fries were hot and tea was sweet. No complaints about the order. Happy to swing back through here when on the road. read more

I came to this store to purchase lunch from the counter. When I walked up to order, I noticed that there were french fries all over the floor and the trash cans were filled to brim like they haven't been emptied at all. None of the employees were doing their jobs. They were just standing around on their phones like it was a hang out spot and not a fast-food establishment. NO gloves were worn while making my sandwich or preparing my fries which were semi warm. When I went to take a bite of my hamburger, I noticed a really bad smell from it and it was still pink. I had to throw it away because it was inedible. As I was walking out of the store, I smelled a strong scent of marijuana and noticed employees smoking weed as well as other drugs. It seemed like the managers didn't even care because nothing was done to rectify the problem. Running past my feet on the way out, were about 3 or 4 roaches. I could not get out of there fast enough. Needless to say, I will NO longer be eating at this McDonalds because of the nastiness and will be passing word around to other customers as well. You should be ashamed of what a disgrace this store is. read more

Did my order at the Kiosk and a young lady holler out,OMG people still ordering. She was very unprofessional, and in my opinion, she shouldn't be working the front counter or window. My husband and I have been in the trucking business a long time and I can honestly say, this was the most disgusting horrible cluster f**k of a McDonald's I have ever seen. In fact it should probably be shut down. Food on the floor, 35 mins I waited for my food, a what I believed to be a Manger (heavy set shorter Africa American man with braids) yelling at employees, and I heard him call one young lady a dumb f**king bitch behind the counter. Waited in line for 40 minutes and when I finally got to the speaker I spent another 10 minutes before leaving. Nobody said anything to me at all. All the other cars around me drove off also. Mind you, there was nobody even waiting to get their food. Drove 9 min. down the road to another McDonald's and got my food quickly. This is the slowest McDonald's ever, and the management doesn't even seem to care. Ive been here twice just to get a coffee. If you go inside they ring you up fast and then you stand off to the side forgotten for 20 minutes waiting for a coffee...... This location as well as most other "wack Arnolds" places an emphasis on drive thru and a big fuck you to the people inside. This rating is for the McDonald's in Adairsville Ga. absolutely the worst food, I've ever been served, everytime I make the mistake and go back. And then when you inform the employees the order is incorrect they act like you are wrong. I ordered 2 Qp with cheese deluxe combos, the inside of the burger was completely pink! If I could give zero stars I would. Employees were very lazy. We sat in line waiting for 15 minutes, window worker just sat there joking around and with the car at the window while 10 cars sat waiting in line. They wouldn't even take anyones order. It's corporate's fault, not this location's, that the chocolate chip frappe is still on the overhead menu despite the fact that they don't offer that item anymore...poor form. But, the inordinate number of flies in the place, the fact that a clean table top could not be found, that the listless fellow who finally came out to clean tables before we finished eating ignored one at which the people got up and left while he was cleaning the table next to it... leaving the trash they left there for...I dunno... tomorrow, perhaps? The one bright spot... the middle-aged, brunette lady that took our order was as pleasant and charming and competent as anyone could ever wish! Sorry that I didn't get her name to share here, but hey...she'll surely leave soon for more suitable employment, anyway. I'm really fed up with this place, I made a online order and went in and they tried to tell me they couldn't find it I even showed them all the confirmation numbers on my phone and had to re order the whole thing and didn't get the discounts that I would have gotten on the app. So frustrating, took even longer for them to take my order AGAIN and make all the food.
