This Pilot has about 4 stalls in woman's restroom which I was happy. There is a subway located in the inside I haven't tried them but if you get hungry you can grab a bite. The showers are pretty big it's an open space so it's not enclosed. The shower was clean and so was the store when I walked around. I like the way they made the baby changing area instead of the simple pull open and push up to close. There is also a McDonald's located on the inside. They have a decent amount of parking not a lot but also not that small. Drive early to park early here because it fills up quick! Located just off I-75, this Pilot Travel Center is your classic highway pit stop. It's a small-ish but well-kept travel center that includes a McDonald's and Subway. Clean and well-stocked, offering all the standard items you'd expect on the road. For long-haul travelers, they provide showers and a laundry facility. The service here was standard--neither exceptional nor terrible--just functional and efficient. Overall, it's a typical travel stop along the highway. Truck stop along I-75. Other than being at an easy to access exit, there didn't seem to be much else here. Wide pump area for cars and RV's and a massive truck parking area in the back. For food, they had a combined Burger King - Popeye's - Taco Bell - Pizza Hut on one side and a Country Pride diner on the other. In between, a convenience store with snacks and drinks plus a small shopping area with stuff for truckers. Bathrooms were as clean as you can expect for a busy place. read more

Very busy truck stop/gas station! It is not easy access to get in and out of. If you are turning left, good luck... there are no traffic lights and trucks/cars are constantly coming in and out. The bathrooms are little filthy and staff is not so friendly. read more

Not the best, but not the worst. Doable when there is nowhere else to go. Parking lot not super clean, but someone appears to be trying, if not totally succeeding. Sanitary, maybe not. Restroom smelled vaguely of urine. Definitely could use a good cleaning. Paper litters the floor. QCoffee area passable, but not great. Cashiers put up with you. Conversation between themselves & other coworkers seem to be of more interest than the paying customers. Must prompt them for a receight, a bag, use of your Pilot card. Then they are also sluggish & in no hurry. It seems a thing with most Pilots lately. read more

This Pilot offers a Subway sandwich shop and is attached to a McDonald's. Nice and clean with friendly people behind the registers. I was traveling with my college marching band and we had 8 charter busses. The Subway, the McDonald's, and the gas station itself did a great job handling the rush of people. The restrooms and gas station itself were clean and inviting. On another note, I would like to shout-out a wonderful woman named Shawna (I hope I spelled it right). Don't ask how, but I accidentally threw away my phone into a garbage can at one of the diesel pumps. Once I realized where my lost phone was, it was too late and our buses were leaving and didn't have time to turn around. I called and Shawna answered, and I told here where I thought my phone was. She could've very easily said "not my problem" but she went out to the garbage can, dug my phone out of the trash, got my address, and mailed it to my house all the way back in Iowa! Very busy Pilot...they need a bigger area for fuel and parking but they have a great selection of candy, soda, beer and everything that's unhealthy... ALOT of people buy lottery tickets, scratch offs, at this location...including me. They are usually the cheapest on fuel in town. This is probably the best far as gas prices and service in Bartow county. If you get a have car trouble or need help found your way around the city of Cartersville, Georgia they have maps and all kind of resources. Pilot Flying J was founded as Pilot Travel Centers on November 15, 1993 in a joint venture between Pilot Corporation and Marathon Petroleum Company. This was random that I stopped here twice on one trip, but I guess lightening can strike twice on a trip. My first experience was interesting. As I was leaving I saw two church buses leaving full of teenagers, so I can only assume those were the brats that destroyed the bathroom. Seriously, it is a little handle, FLUSH! Two of the stalls were out of paper too. The second time I stopped in, the line was crazy. It took about 5 minutes to get through the line just to pay for my coffee. I will say, there is a 24 hour subway in the travel center which is nice and if you are just sick and dying, I noticed a clinic next door. However, I think next time I am going to go across the street if I am in Cartersville again. read more

The women's bathroom needs to be upgraded, had no motion sensors, so some part of you (if you wash your hands correctly) was still dirty. One of the locks up was broken in the stall. At the McDonalds they had NO napkins in the dispenser if you got something to go, and didn't put any in your bag. When we asked to replace the fries, they did it no problem because you could tell the first ones were old and it was like they knew it but still served it. Wish I could give zero stars. This gas station was disgusting. Women's restroom had urine all over the toilet and floor and smelled like old urine like it had never been cleaned. Diesel wasn't working, after 15 minutes it only gave 5 gallons and it SPEWED DIESEL all over my fiancé. We have ten more hours of driving and now we're in the truck together and both getting a headache from the smell of diesel all over his pants and shirt. I went inside and told them about it and they said they'll send a guy out to clean the concrete. PLEASE DON'T GO HERE, worst road trip fill up I've ever experienced. read more

I visit this busy busy Pilot at least once a week. Depending on who is working, most of the staff is very pleasant and happy to serve you. Bathrooms and showers are usually decently clean and they are newly updated to be automatic contrary to what a different older review of this location says. A helpful rewards system. A few minor complaints would be the gas prices being really high compared to every other gas station on that road, and the scale prices being so high. Also, in case you're coming for this and don't want to be disappointed.. the only thing this particular Pilot doesn't have is the big kitchen up front with pizza, meatloaf, and all the other foods the Flying J in Resaca has.
