I'd say 5-10 minutes just to order: annoying, but not too bad. Mostly there was four people seemingly busy, but they kept making eye contact and not saying anything. Major issue: I watched someone walk out the main entrance with food prep gloves on and get an open bag of chips from their car. They walked right back in while eating from them and continued work. Open, outside food brought inside carried around in the kitchen while you're eating - kind of shocking. Typing this out made me change my review to a 1.
