I stopped at Burger King for breakfast for my family this morning after being in the ER with my husband most of the night. First I ordered 2 croissant sandwich meals that I had coupon for. No other option but coffee. But my husband is diabetic and only drinks sugar in his coffee. So when I got to the window to pick up I asked if I could add a medium diet coke to the order. Which the girl told me 2.51. I went to pay while she was pouring the drink and the manager of all people said very loudly, "Well she couldn't have figured that out back there." Needless tp say I told the girl never mind and drove off. But the more I thought about it the more upset that I got. So I did go back around and go into the restaurant to ask for the receipt to call corporate and found that she was verh proud of being the manager till I told her directly to her face that she rude and a jerk and that I didn't appreciate being treated that way. I know I was wrong too. But I have been in retail, fast food, general manager over restaurants and even worked in Nascar catering for awhile. If one of my employees would have done that in front of a customer they would not be working there any longer. Not a good example to set for your workers. As it is we used to frequent this Burger King a lot. But yhat will no longer happen. I will take my money and my business elsewhere. I know they won't care. But I do. Thanks read more
