Not my first visit here, others have been pretty much average. Pros: figured out diablo sauce mixed with sour cream is an amazing combo. I'd say 5-10 minutes just to order: annoying, but not too bad. Mostly there was four people seemingly busy, but they kept making eye contact and not saying anything. Major issue: I watched someone walk out the main entrance with food prep gloves on and get an open bag of chips from their car. They walked right back in while eating from them and continued work. I've never looked up how to report a restaurant food safety violation, but I've worked in fast food and that is fireable. Even if the employee changed gloves prior to touching food, that's a hard no. As a Door Dash delivery driver, I'd like to let the people know the way their local Taco Bell operates. They are supposed to begin preparing the order when they receive it, and the restaurants get the orders before us drivers are assigned. Instead, they wait until the delivery driver comes in and tells them the Dasher is here before they start the order. This is very unprofessional and not considerate of the customer who ordered quite a while ago or the delivery driver, who now has to wait in the store and may have other orders in the car getting cold in the meantime. After 20x of this happening, I stopped picking up from there. I reluctantly gave them the benefit of the doubt hoping something had changed but had the same experience again. I don't recommend ordering Taco Bell with Door Dash, as they refuse to follow usual protocol. At every other Door Dash participating restaurant in town, they have the orders ready when the dasher arrives and the pick-up is hassle-free...but not at Camden Taco Bell. On a personal note, I'll add that last year, Camden Taco Bell made my order wrong four times in a row. I'm not sure how that can even happen unless it was on purpose. It was a simple order. Can you imagine them bringing it back out to you wrong 3 more times? It was ridiculous. I do recommend ordering in the app. They tend to get it right when you type it in yourself. I ordered a mini taco salad & asked if sour cream came on it & she said no it comes with chipotle sauce & I asked if she could the chipotle sauce as I don't like spicy things and replace it with sour cream. She said yes whenever we got home and got food taco salad had chipotle on it and no sour my fiesta potatoes we had asked for extra nacho cheese. It had no nacho cheese on it so I called up to speak to the manager, and the manager yelled at told me that he made exactly what was on his screen and I said well your register person rang it up wrong, which made you make it wrong, and he proceeded to yell at me and then hung up on me!! Absolutely & TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!! you really need to get you an adult mature manager in there that knows how to handle customers because that is not it!! I will NEVER be back to Camden Taco Bell as this was one of those, "Let's try Taco Bell one more time maybe they'll get it right," once again we're sadly disappointed. We won't be back!! read more

To the owner: Do you ever visit your store? Why do you think it's so hard for you to keep employees and make real money? Why is the parking lot lights always out? Why does the parking look like a warzone? Why does the landscaping look like it's cared for by a herd of goats? Why did I pay $13 for a tsp of meat and three taco shells? And why can I not buy food if I don't have the correct change or a card? I would eat at Taco Bell more often if these things were corrected. I would like to give this place a good review but not gonna happen. The staff is incredibly rude. There was no sign on the door saying drive thru only. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes and no one asked to help or told me that they were drive thru or call in only. Funny thing is I called an order in 30 minutes earlier and was told they did not take call ins. Yet one more on my never again list. read more

Usually we have a great experience when we eat at the Taco Bell in Camden. That wasn't the case this time. Our orders were wrong. We got hard shell tacos with our meal instead of soft shell tacos. And the whole time we were there, we had to listen to the cashier flirty up with one of the customers. And I do mean the whole time. The cashier and the customer got pretty loud at times and they weren't having a conversation that my son and I wanted to hear. It was very unprofessional and tacky. No one wants to hear about tattoos and where they may or may not be located while eating. It will be a while before we choose to eat here again. read more

From out of town......took almost 40mins to get a taco pizza and 2mini quesadillas....this wouldn't happen up North where I live. I think they were short staffed, but no offense, gotta say it, the staff wasn't under the age 60? I will say they were busier than norm according to a local.
