There appears to be very bad customer service here. The Manager : Demarrus Pritchett poured hot cooking oil on a paying customer. Because the customer wanted a refund. The customer complained about the food being cold. Prior to this incident another employee was threatening customers with a loaded gun. The Sheriffs Department was called. The employee of Wendy's was arrested. The Sheriff's Department found a paper bag with two magazines of bullets . Plus the loaded gun. Plus some marijuana in the bag . The employee was taken to prison. The district manager of this Wendy's location is not doing his or her job. Customer service is priority. Plus the safety of all paying customers is priority . With out paying customers there is no business. They need to place the Manager Demarrus Pritchett in prison for one year. Sadly he posted a $5,000.00 bail. He did not even spend the night in jail . This is after he poured hot cooking oil on a paying customer's arm. All he had to do is give the nice paying customer a refund. Then make sure all the food is cooked properly and hot when given to paying customers. Its really sad when we see employees treat paying customers like this. They need to terminate this bad manager : Demarrus Pritchett and terminate the employee that was verbally threatening paying customers with a loaded gun. Plus the Wendy's corporation needs to terminate the assigned District Manager for turning a blind eye. If one person can't do the job. Some one else can. All employees work for the paying customer. Now days minimum wage is : $13.00 an hour. Or $14.00 an hour . Yet , some lazy employees are not even worth $2.00 an hour. Going in the military for two years should be a requirement . Now days employees have no respect for paying customers. They think the world owes them something . Their piss poor attitude, hurts businesses. Very bad customer service . read more
