I ordered the $7 meal deal in the drive-through. I had to…read morerepeat my order two times, not just because i wasn't heard. I was halfway through my order and the guy taking the order asked me to start over. He stopped me a second time and I restarted the order. I completely understand that at times, food service can get a rush. on the order was a burger, a drink, fries and a strawberry shake. I got back on I-40 and started towards Memphis, I look in the bag and I did not get my strawberry sundae. And while I should have double-checked in the bag. if you've ever been on I-40 in Tennessee, you know the next exits are 12 miles either way. it wasn't until I got 4 miles east of Parkers Crossroads I realized I hadn't gotten my strawberry sundae. The kid who handed me my order said "Here's the rest of your order." and NOT in a Customer Service manner. Yes, it was on me to double-check my order, but the kid wasn't in the greatest of moods and instead of making his day worse...I continued driving even after I knew my order was incomplete. During the order, the ordertaker was pretty abrupt and for some reason when he handed me my order his voice was raised. I didn't do anything but try to commiserate with his long day. it seemed to irritate him more, being nice to him. I waited at least 15 minutes behind 2 other cars. No one inside smiled nor thanked me for my business. I will be coming back through Parkers Crossroads. I love Dairy Queen. However, I won't be visiting this location again, even if it's the last business open. I'll drive 15 minutes to Lexington instead, rather than wait to get an incomplete order.

The young man came to the door and said they're closed (the close at 9pm). I told him I had an Uber order. He checked the register and then I saw my order had been cancelled. I asked for the store phone number so I can call back in the morning. They didn't know the store number and have me the manager's personal phone number. I asked to verify if it was a work number or the manager's personal number. This is a joke of a store. I would comment on the food but my order was cancelled and the restaurant was "closed" 30 mins early.

YOU DON'T GET MUCH - the tenders are smaller than tenders at other chicken places, and if you get a salad or wrap you will barely have a few bites of chicken. Years ago their salads used to be awesome. Over time the amount has gotten smaller and smaller, and forget thinking you'll have much chicken on it. If you want chicken, you'll need to order chicken on the side. THEY THROW IT TOGETHER - if you get a wrap, be prepared for a skimpy bit of food thrown in the middle with just a little bit of cheese. They never spread it out. See pictures I'm adding of the wrap from last night. THEY ARE SLOW - last night we stood inside and waited 21 minutes for 2 wraps and fries, while we could clearly see in the kitchen three young men who weren't hustling at all, and one was doing nothing and goofing around. Also, there was a manager and 4 people in the front. Really? And we waited 21 minutes for just a handful of cold food? THEY DON'T UNDERSTAND CUSTOMER SERVICE - the people just stand there with a blank face and take your order after you initiate it. Never do they say hello, welcome, hi, glad to have you, what can I get you... NEVER. THE RESTAURANT FEELS LIKE A FREEZER - Take a jacket and wear long pants and closed-toe shoes. I'm not kidding. People come in there and move around trying to find a warmer place or get away from a vent, but they can't. We've learned to dress warmly. So... the food has an average taste, but don't expect a good dining experience.

The store was out of receipt paper which upset another customer, they were out of two of the sodas in the machine, and they were also out of ketchup. Honestly, you could cut the tension in the store with a knife and we couldn't wait to get our food and get out.
