Terrible service, super slow and they didnt see what they did wrong, took 30 minutes for food

Very dirty place.. Lobby had trash all over it. Ladies bathroom was nasty. I will never come back here.

We stood in line for breakfast for over 10minutes for breakfast & when we got our turn to order, all they had was 1 egg mcmuffin. It was close to 10:30, so I guess they just wanted to switch the menu..not very friendly or helpful....don't recommend! read more

I can't even begin to explain how terrible this McDonald's location is. I will never be eating here ever again. For starters we walked in the door and immediately noticed how filthy the place was. Trash and mud covered the floors and don't even get me started about the bathrooms. To their defense it was pretty busy but they only had one cashier working the register and the workers sure took their time delivering orders. After waiting 10 minutes for them to get me my PREMADE salad they forgot to get me my smoothie and also messed up my buddies order several times and were getting irritated when we tried to get everything we ordered. The workers in the back were just standing around and the manager was openly yelling at other workers and nothing seemed to be changing. End of story don't go here! read more

So I went to McDonalds at 7:40 yesterday morning 9 1 2021 when I got up to the window I told the lady I needed 5 McGriddles however you make them I don't know how you make them the 245 and then I needed to add on to bacon we had an issue with the bacon sandwiches for some reason getting them right it was hard to hear the lady through the speaker as well I got up to the window I inform the lady that it was already hard to hear her she goes I know our speakers are bad so I get my children's food in my food before I have to be to work at 8 by this time it's 7:56 cuz I had to wait a minute and 47 seconds for hash browns I get home I grab my food out of the bag I opened it up and I noticed that the McGriddles have absolutely nothing on it but sausage I look at my oldest daughter I go Autumn is this what I ordered she was know they're supposed to have egg and cheese on them okay I called the restaurant I tell him that this is not what I ordered I'll bring it back and I need you know what I ordered the McGriddles on the sign that have the egg and cheese on them Dot. At this point you managers who I am speaking with her exact words to me is you got what you ordered next time make sure your sign is correct well is there a no-sew your employer's job to make sure that they have the correct order and then the manager goes we read your order to you twice I go know you read the bacon part to me three times the people in front of you me you redid their order twice she goes no we read it back to you know you did not she goes well do you have your receipt I don't know she didn't give it to me at the window you guys never do but it's on my debit card she goes you got what you paid for we're not doing anything about it are you serious right now that 245 sign says it comes with cheese and egg so what did I order point being super super rude I quit going there last year because of the way that it was ran I finally went back for the first time and I promise you I will never go back and if you ever walk inside you should see all the stagnant water right under your ice cream machine so absolutely disgusting read more

I would not even give this place one star. Waited 20 minutes in drive through because they are so slow and dont know how to park people. My ice in my drink was almost completely melted by the time i got it.. 20 minutes for a large fry and two trinks. Employee taking cash was rude also. I went inside after going through the drive thru. I ordered a LG Carmel nonfat Machado. I got a nonfat iced caramel drink. When I took it in I was told by a young man who claimed to be a manger that there isn't supposed to be any Expresso in the drink. I started to second guess myself and asked the lady next to me. 2 people standing next to me agreed that it did come with Expresso. 2 shots to be exact they said. I asked him why nobody else knew this. The other 3 workers said they didn't know what was in it either. He said we are short handed blame the fucken government lady.... I couldn't believe it. I said what did you say? What does the government have to do with my drink? It was made wrong. He said you can blame the fucken government and your FUCKEN crazy. I asked for the phone number to call the main office.. He said I will get it. Then he said fuck that it's me. He refused to give me a number. Rosa the supervisor came to the counter and took over the situation. She said she would handle him and she knew he was out of hand. I asked her for a number to call and she said she would take care of it. I have never posted on this site before, however I do feel the public needs to know about this. It's unacceptable. read more

This is an example of what fast food is not. Took about 20 minutes to go through the drive thru. Over 5 minutes at the window waiting for just drinks. I ate my entire sandwich while we were waiting for two large drinks! I get it that they were busy but this was ridiculous. read more

The girl got our order wrong three times. How can you screw up three times in a row?! For our drinks they gave us no straws. But after the third time of messing up our order it was past 11 so they were no longer serving breakfast. To which the girl told us we would have to order something else even though we had already paid. read more

This is the single slowest McDonald's I've ever been to. There have been times (not once--literally dozens of times) where the wait for my order has exceeded 15 minutes (both inside and in the drive thru), and several times where it's gone over 20! (Enough time to go to a full-service restaurant, and the food is better!) The last straw came last weekend when they kicked me out of the restaurant. It was about two hours before closing time (according to the hours posted on the door; I try never to go into a restaurant that's about to close, simply because that's an awful thing to do to people working in a restaurant). Placed my order, waited, waited, finally received my order in a to-go bag. I asked for a tray because I wanted to eat there and was told they were locking up for the night. "I'm already violating security" is what the manager told me, whatever that means. So not wanting my car to reek of french fries for a week, I ate my dinner outside. It was 41 degrees out. Also turned a dozen people away at the door by telling them it was closed and they kicked me out. Suggested the BK just along the road. (BTW, I put all of this information into their survey and asked for a response. I got standard form response 42-J as a reply. You'd think "Hey, you kicked me out of your restaurant and into the cold" would warrant more than "We appreciate your comments and strive for customer satisfaction".) Trust me, avoid this place like the plague! read more

This is the absolute worst McDonald's I have ever been to. I've made the mistake of stopping here three times over the last 4 years because it's the only McDonald's on the way home from Crystal Mountain. Each time I go in thinking that the service would be quicker. I'm a slow learner but this will be my last time at the restaurant. Stopped there on a Friday night at 9:45 PM. Only two other patrons in the restaurant. Between the seven of us we ordered three cheeseburgers, three fries and one double. It took 25 minutes to get our food. Nobody else came in the restaurant while we were waiting, either. At one point, one of the employees from the back came from behind the counter and another one of the employees rang her up for a meal. Employees were just standing around in the back talking. After 20 minutes I finally got someone's attention and told him how ridiculous the wait was. Fortunately, he walked to the back, proceeded to make our last cheeseburger and we were on our way. Two employees punched out and hit the road while we were waiting for our food. You're lucky that enough vacationers from out of town come through there. You better hope that new people keep coming because those that have already stopped at your restaurant once will not be returning. read more

Their customer service was horrible they forgot to give me my chicken nugget meal they only gave me the chicken nuggets they forgot the large fry and a large drink. Mike the manager couldn't do anything to help us out every time we try to make a compromise he would say oh I can't do that. If I could I would rate them a -9 stars. If you're looking for a place to eat don't pick McDonald's in Cadillac. and their food tasted like dog poop. My mom got a salad and the chicken was so hard she couldn't bite into. They charge just for the meals and they didn't even give us to give it to us. They told us that they were going to give us a boneless fruit it all parfaits those scumbags need some milk read more

This location is often very busy, especially on weekends with tourist traffic headed home. That being said, their food is often very fresh. Dining rom is smallish, this is not a giant Mcdonalds, but it's kept clean and it's easy in and out as far as the parking lot. 2 windows for drive-up, lines seems to move along well enough. read more
