It seemed like everyone this year was fighting the war on thanksgiving for employees. The absolute worst thing ever to work on a Thursday. Thanksgiving is a pretty crazy time for traveling, so most gas stations are always open. No one cares about those poor gas station attendants. This McDonald's is attached to a Pilot or some gas station. It was open 24 hours on Thanksgiving. It was the perfect spot for me to grab some apple slices to tide me over til I could eat some apple pie in Michigan. I would give zero stars if they let me. The staff is not just rude but hostile. They actively steal from online customers and will do anything to increase their revenue including double charging you knowing that you won't get any response from corporate. read more

Went through the drive through at 4am sunday. The young man taking orders and money must have thought we were idiots be Austin he asked if we wanted to add on a tip to our bill... I asked him when McDonald's started doing that and he said he was just joking... But then when we paid he short changed us $5 and when we said he did that he said "oh oops". Just very unprofessional. And I get it.. this is your first job as a high schooler, but it's these first jobs that teach you integrity, work ethic and hard work. read more

Went here while we were on a road trip around 11pm on a Friday. Ordered 2 coffees and an apple pie. We got to the window and they handed us our pie, but made us wait literally 30 MINUTES....for two damn coffees. We were traveling through town and needed to stop for a bite and saw the dining room was actually open. We haven't been to McDonald's in at least a year because of the pandemic and this one was a great place to stop. Everyone always just complains about places like this but everything was wonderful. The food came out fast and tasted good and there was a super sweet woman working in the dining room asking if we needed anything and was so helpful and nice that I wanted to make sure I left a review for this place. I just waited over 20min with 0 cars in-front of me at the damn drive through speaker talk about annoying there was a line behind me but none in-front!! The one girl with short red hair should honestly learn some manners. When dealing with one customer, you shouldn't be worried about the next. They were out of frappes apparently, and she wanted to give me a $1 pop or a chocolate shake that's been sitting on their counter for at least 10 mins to reimburse it and then forgot the fries for our meal and ignored us to get that. This evening my fiancé and I visited this McDonald's solely because we had a coupon he received at work for a FREE dinner sandwich. Being locals to the area, we tend frequent this McDonald's location and even prefer it over the Ameriplex location and really haven't had many issues. With that being said, this coupon has no expiration date and no price limit or rules for that matter regarding the type of sandwich it could be used for (picture of coupon attached). After waiting in the drive-thru line for 10 minutes we finally made our order of a Big Mac ($4.19), a cheeseburger ($1.49) and a large drink ($1). It was at this time that we let them know we had a coupon for a free sandwich we would like to use. The lady advised that we show it to the person when we arrive at the window. Because we had ordered other items, my fiancé had given the lady at the window the coupon as well as his credit card. In a hurried fashion, we were handed both our food and credit card/receipt at the same time. Trusting that the employee read and understood the terms of the coupon, my fiancé did not check the receipt. However, upon leaving I realized that they had charged us for the Big Mac and used the FREE dinner sandwich coupon on the $1 cheeseburger. I don't feel like this is an acceptable way to handle business and is flat out lazy and rude to do that to the customer. Hats off to management or just the ethics of the people who all work here or possibly both!! It's McDonald's Same stuff for decades but at least when I was here this place was running like a well oiled machine Again McDonald's. But everyone was doing their job. Place was clean and being cleaned constantly while I was here Along with that. 3x someone walked by and asked how everything was and if I needed anything You hardly get that at a sit down restaurant anymore What appeared to be a manager walked to dining area inspecting and complimenting the person doing the cleaning Same goes for the Pilot truck stop. Bro, this was the absolute worst McDonalds experience I have EVER HAD. They were slammed with an order for two dozen or so hockey players which is understandable but I my girlfriend waited for an hour! Were only acknowledged by one employee and straight snubbed by the Manager (Ann) then Ann got on an employee for not taking our order like she was suppose to know they were ready. Then another customer asked Ann how she was doing then proceeded to publicly announce she was doing awful and threw her staff under the bus. I've never been more immediately infuriated by a manager that I didn't work for. I'm a millennial and we let stuff like this roll off our backs but I felt some incredibly compelled to draft this. 4/15/2020 what I witnessed at this location should make any1 sick, a gentleman who thought he had received his order actually received some1 else's order but bare handedly went threw the bag once realizing it was not his order he returned the bag to the McDonald's employee in which case the employee gave him his bag of food & that customer walked away, at which point the other customer approached the counter & the McDonald's employee went to hand him the bag, I quickly said "are you serious!?" your going to give him that after another customer was digging in that bag!? At which point he claimed he didn't know....had myself not said anything this innocent customer would've taken the bag and eaten the food someone else had gone threw bare handed. Stopped by at 12:30pm on a Tuesday for lunch. Hit the drive-thru cuz I was in a hurry. Ordered 6 piece nugget and a double cheeseburger. Drive-thru line was short and fast, staff were nice and pleasant, food was good, hot and fresh. The best fast food experience I've had at a restaurant which is attached to a gas station - usually, they're pretty mediocre. I wouldn't hesitate to eat here again. Thanks, y'all. read more

Probably the absolute worst McDonalds I have ever been to! The girl at the register just stared around when I walked up, and didn't even acknowledge I was there. So I walked over to the self serve kiosk. They bring me my order where it was dropped on the table and walked away. Didn't bring my OJ, so I walk to the counter to ask for it and I get a dirty look from another girl who doesn't want to be there, and tells me the cups are over there, I asked if they installed an orange juice machine and she rolls her eyes and gets it. So I sit down to finally start breakfast and the cinna-stix were way over done and rubbery, took a drink of my oj and it tasted like semi orange flavored water! So I took it back up there and asked to get another one, I was told it's the same thing that's our orange juice! This was the 2nd time here, first time was disasterous to say the least, but I thought I would give it another try.... yeah, not making that mistake again!
