If I could give this location zero stars I would. My family loves Jimmy John's, and we like to stop by one at every road trip. This location was TERRIBLE. After we gave our order, we asked to use rewards and the worker told us that we could not because he already skipped that section without asking us. They took 30 minutes to make our sandwiches, gave our sandwiches away to another party and then remade our sandwiches, and gave us smaller versions than we ordered. 45 min and still waiting. No tracking so I had no clue what stage my order is in. Had to call. They were confused and couldn't find the order. Eventually someone figured it out. Then told me the delivery driver has five orders. So basically my already cold sandwich has been just sitting there waiting for enough orders to consolidate and justify a delivery. For 20 bucks a sandwich you would think the least they could give me was phenomenal service but no such luck. Soggy sandwich I need to prepare for if ever they come. Wow. Never again will spend money at this location. The staff is rude, rolling the eyes on you when you are placing an order grabbing the bread with anger and making fun of you as you are placing your order, the orders are usually 85%wrong. Then when you want to give a feedback or make a complaint a manager the age of 18 doesn't even do anything to alleviate the issue. Instead it argues with you. I am a manager for a full department at a hospital and I deal with patients and workers all day and as a manager I won't tolerate the staff's behavior. This was a terrible experience. read more

Not freaky fast. We order from here several times a month and it inevitably takes 45 minutes to an hour to deliver, even thought we live 1.5 miles away. Most recent order has us past an hour since ordering and not food yet. read more

Don't use the Jimmy John's app to order from this location. Apparently they don't check it. I waited from 12:13 until 12:48 for them to make one sandwich. People who showed up in the parking lot and called in a order were served before me. I have used the app at other locations and never had a problem. Great sandwiches however their lack of safety protocols had me concerned. No one who was working there this week when I went to order a sandwich wore a mask. I realize the mask mandate is no longer in effect, but these workers are preparing food. They do wear a mask while delivering your food though. Monday was the last time I will ever eat at this establishment. After eating our sandwiches, my wife and I both ended up getting food poisoning. I just went to get a sandwich and fresh bread at Jimmy Johns Chesterton Indiana, They will not take your cash but only take credit cards and debit cards. Allot of people do not have credit cards or debit cards. They are worried about this virus? OK your telling me all those workers do not handle money for themselves? This is my first time at a Jimmy Johns. Was a bit let down on the basic selection of meals as they advertised themselves as a gourmet deli. I did try ine of the meals though and found it to be damn good. I found the pricing to be comparable to similar chain sandwich shops, but the quality of the food seemed to be better and tastier.
