I go to this Wendy's almost every Saturday morning. I get the same thing 90% of the time. #1 is my favorite. Most times I have to wait do to lack of employees, I get it, but I have had some issues there in the past and not said anything due to employee shortages, but I'm tired of overlooking the problems. I went there this morning and though I appreciate they gave me the correct size of what I ordered, after I had to come back to get it, There were no apologies, no sorry for the inconvenience of driving back, no manager insight to handle the situation, and then getting only what they messed up on for the inconvenience of it all. I wasn't expecting to get anymore than what I ordered, I get food cost, but it was totally unexpected of non complacency of the situation. "Here you go,". Is what was said. No sorries, no compassion was given, I'm like "thanks??" I'll keep going there because it's the only Wendy's around me. But a little compassion goes a long way, especially when it's not the customers fault and just wanted what was paid for. Dirty stinky restrooms. Both the ladies and the men's rooms smell horrible. Dining room/ order area: Tile floors are sticky. Tables and chairs could use a good scrubbing. Zachary is very kind and gave us service with a smile. He got our order correct. Employees are very nice. Located about a half mile off I-94. Not a lot of people come to this location for lunch on a Friday. Almost had the dining room to ourselves. Constant flow of people getting food to go. This is the only Wendy's that we've been to recently that does NOT have a self serve drink machine. Convenience and location, oh, and friendly employees are the only thing in their favor. The only reason we would ever return to this location. Our half order of Harvest Chicken Salad, Southwest Salad was delicious! Teenager ordered Son of Baconator Combo and devoured it all. read more

Messed up my entire order, talked to Taylor the manager in the morning about the previous night and how we wernt from here and just wanted a refund. She then agrees and said how she's been having ppl call all morning about how terrible the food was the previous night. Lady at the window said it will be a two to three minute wait on fries, i said that would be fine, we paid, then she asked me to pull forward to wait (not a single car behind me), I pull forward and wait. About three minutes later they bring me my food, my two cheeseburgers I can immediately tell they are not fresh just by looking at them, touching them they are definitely old and only warm to the touch, not hot. Two containers of fries one was fresh and hot while the other is old and slightly warm. Now what was the point of telling me there will be a wait on fries if they are not going to give me fresh fries for the entire order. The service here was terrible and the employees have no idea how to use the Wendy's app (which is also garbage)! My wife and I both just downloaded the app to try out at Wendy's Restaurant #4185 and we couldn't use guest checkout without adding my credit card to the app(so now Wendy's has my info on file... BS!). Then I couldn't "check-in" once in the restaurant (kept getting a "failed to check in" error). The employees could see our orders on their screens but refused to make our food without us checking in or "proving that I paid for my food". I showed them our pending orders in the app but apparently that wasn't good enough. I had to show them my online bank statement (very invasive!) to prove that I bought the food. Then I saw that there were 7 separate charges and 5 voids on my account. The "manager" at this Wendy's told me straight up "this is why we don't like mobile orders" and that "it's not our system, it's some system in a different state". All while they have HUGE mobile order banners hanging up around their store... Then while I was waiting for my food, I could hear her (manager) loudly talking trash about us to her coworkers.
