Service is terrible on busy days. They never have enough help. Food is very expensive when you don't have comps . Food is very good!

Thurs 12/15/22, 5 PM - I ordered a burger combo and salad wrap to go. 5:20 - order done, went back to hotel room. 5:25 - bit into my burger, it was dry, the French fries were lukewarm + soggy. At least the salad wrap was appetizing. read more

i stood in line on the ramp for over 25 minutes waiting to place a lunch order only to find out i could only get breakfast items, due to some issue with the menu... why not put a sign at the bottom of the ramp, or,better still, have an ee stationed there to inform people of the problem? clearly there is a need for better management control of this venue! read more

I visited at opening on 4/30/22, around 7am. They were short staffed, but the restaurant was nearly empty. They had two breakfast specials not on the menu which were spectacular! I got both for a family of four. The first was a biscuits and gravy special, which was delicious and the second was eggs, choice of sausage or bacon, potatoes and choose toast. This too was delicious. The casino needs to advertise these two breakfast specials as they were way better than the buffet food. Have visited here several times. The menu is large but very over priced for the quality of food. The food tastes much like something you would get from a gas station which is okay for a quick bite. However, on this visit I ordered the chili cheese fries ($7) to go and literally waited 18 minutes to get them. They were brought out in a to go container inside a bag. I didn't see any plastic utensils on the drink station area so I assumed they were in the bag and took off for my hotel room. Of course there were no utensils in the bag and only 2 small napkins and the fries were cold. I normally would leave a bad review based on 1 visit but this is at least my 3rd time here and every single time it takes way too long to get the food and the employees are never friendly or happy. read more

Let me first say that it's a good idea when you order your food first and the person taking your order looks at both of you and asks is that all, you might want to ask more about portion size. I had the pizza and he had the french toast. We had so much food, we didn't know what to do. The food was great though, so we didn't mind having leftovers. Every time I have eaten here there is not a single disappointment with the quality of the food served! I wish the fries you have were obtainable for personal purchase they are good! Actually quick and tasty. Didn't want anything special and thought we would try Timbers rather than buffet or sit down. Wife had a salad which was fresh and tasty, nothing special. I had the burger combo (fries and drink). Burger was better than fast food but not great. Fries were tasty and better than fast food. Overall cheap and painless yet pleasant. Ordering process was confusing due to the cashier. Ordered the Italian sandwhich with no onion. She asked if it was for here or to go. I said for here. The wait didnt take long but thats because it was a slow weeknight past 11. Typicall it takes 20-25 minute s. My order arrived in to go containers, with onions, and wasnt cut in half all the way. The sandwhich was much more greasy that I remember it in the past. When I asked the supervisor on the floor for my sandwhich tobbe cut in half and perhaps get a tray to eat off of she seemed annoyed and brought me a butterknife. By the time I cut through the remaindet of the sandwhich there was grease everywhere and everything had slid around. Although portions are good it takes away from the eating experience when 3 things go wrong for one order... and there is only 1 only customer in the whole joint. Wont be back for a while. read more

fast service restaurant located inside four winds casino floor...they actually have descent american menu selections...good price and good portions...there are never enough seating...the dining area smells like grease and cigarette smoke (the restaurant does not have solid walls separating it from the casino floor)...lines are always super long, expect to wait more than 30 minutes in line and another 30 minutes for your food during meal times...this place is anything but "fast service" read more

You always read about bad reviews so I thought I would take the time to write a good one. Last night I wanted something to eat but I am a restricted diet. The young man Timothy at Timbers took the time to not only run in the back to get answers to my questions he also requested the help of his supervisor. I'm from Illinois, but occasionally take a trip to Four Winds Casino, as it's much bigger and nicer than casinos near me. Whenever I go to Four Winds, I'm sure to eat at Timbers! The wait is never too long, and the pizza is always delicious! The hash browns are also a must! I thought I was getting regular tots, but was pleasantly surprised when a giant plate of tots topped with cheese, sour cream, and bacon bits came out. Yum! Prices are decent considering the fact that you're at a casino,and I typically receive dining credit coupons in the mail. read more

Little eatery inside the Four Winds Casino. Decent variety if food, however nothing comes with fries or chips unless you purchase a combo which the cashier didn't tell us. We had to go back in line for an adjustment as we purchased it all seperate and it was cheaper with the combo. Food was ok. read more

We go here alot- as we live close to the casino and know this place has good burgers. We have only had the burgers and they are great every time. Ample servings. Always hits the spot. There is usually a long wait if you go during prime dinner time, and even up to a few hours after dinner time. They just remodeled and added approx 50% more seating, so hopefully that will help the wait. read more
