Okay it's McDonald's & their corporate office does not care about details that these people just don't do. On our take out order, we did not get napkins or plastic eating utensils in the bag. Apparently, you have to ask them to put those items in the bag. That's the good part. I ordered a Sausage, egg & cheese Mcgriddle. It was a "custom" order because I wanted the suasage on the side. I was never told about the $1.50 upcharge. Once again, at McDonakd's you have to ask. & I did not get the sausage that I paid extra for. Typical McDonald's, they charge you more to get less. I ordered an Uber eats order. They took too long to get it ready so the first driver left .the second driver came. I called asked manager since it had been an hour already to remake it so it'd be nice and hot when I got it. Everything was ice cold it wasn't made like I told them to make it with onions and extra onions and extra pickles, there wasn't one onion on it. It was sloppy it was overcooked. It was horrible And here I am stuck without a car with the flu. I can't even go down there and get it made decently they should've gotten their damn car and brought it to me properly. This is worst McDonalds Inahve ever been to. I have had every bad experience imaginable, all at this location. Cold food, cheese not even melted!. One time they were out of nuggets. Another time they didn't have any fountain drinks! I can see one of them but all?? The service is so so depending on who you get. Some are very courteous and some act like they are mad at you because they are at work! Based on the other reviews you can see it's consistently terrible. I hope that another location opens soon because it doesn't look like the service and attitude will change.
