We had a disappointing experience here this morning. We brought our grandchildren to this McDonald's for breakfast. They are still young, so I ordered ahead on the app. When we arrived, there was no hand sanitizer in the restaurant and nobody at the counter. The restrooms were closed for cleaning, but nobody was actively cleaning. When someone eventually appeared, one of our drinks wasn't ready. My husband explained this at the counter. The staff member demanded to see the order on my phone. I had my phone at the table, playing videos for our grandkids to keep them busy. My husband had to retrieve my phone and return to the counter. The staff member told him that 'The Manager wanted us to produce the receipt ' . As it turns out, the 'meal' selection on my order didn't work , and the drink was left off. Then, they proceeded to have my husband pay for a separate transaction for one drink. This is extremely short-sighted, and I have never experienced this at any other McDonald's I've ever been to. We have given this restaurant chain so much money through the years, as it's normally our favorite take- out restaurant. This just felt very punitive and was interrupting our efforts to try to keep our grandkids quiet. I'm not sure if the manager has ever tried to bring a 1 and 3-year-old into a restaurant, but It's not easy. They never get your order right. I order vanilla coffee no cream. First they give me a coffee with a ton of cream. Then they remake it, but just give me plain coffee with no vanilla. Its 2 ingredients and they got it wrong twice! read more

They ran out of grinch socks, but they currently have the Disney 70th anniversary blind box figurines. Each box has 2. Service is very good here. Soda and condiments area is pretty clean and stocked. Bathrooms are also surprisingly spacious and clean. read more

The point of going through a drive thru is so that you don't have to wait as long for your food, AND so you can move on with your day. This McDonald's has never been very efficient, for all the years I've lived in this area. 9 times out of 10, they'll have you park and wait for about 10 to 20 minutes for your order. This coupled with the amount of hair I've found in my food means I try to avoid this location at all costs. Staff is friendly, but usually young and stressed, and inside most of the tables are pretty gross. read more

Stopped here on my way to CA to get a quick breakfast. The drive thru line was crazy long at 10am. I order a Sausage, Egg & Cheese Mcgriddle & a Sausage, Egg & Cheese McMuffin. After a long wait I got on the 10 West & I opened my Sausage McMuffin with egg & it was half thrown together & there WAS NO EGG (I've never had this happen at any McDonald's before.) I then started eating my Mcgriddle & it was not fully cooked, the pancake portions were mushy & tasted like pancake batter. Never coming to this local again. read more

Okay it's McDonald's & their corporate office does not care about details that these people just don't do. On our take out order, we did not get napkins or plastic eating utensils in the bag. Apparently, you have to ask them to put those items in the bag. That's the good part. I ordered a Sausage, egg & cheese Mcgriddle. It was a "custom" order because I wanted the suasage on the side. I was never told about the $1.50 upcharge. Once again, at McDonakd's you have to ask. & I did not get the sausage that I paid extra for. Typical McDonald's, they charge you more to get less. I have ordered from this McDonald's recently and turns out that the beef patty was not cooked all the way returned it to the employees and they gave me another one and it was the same way. Obviously whoever was cooking the patties at that time did not make sure they were cooked all the way through. And they have so many employees there I don't see how they don't do a very good job. I recently ordered McDonald's off of a third party app and turned out beyond disappointed. I ordered a happy meal with a McFlurry. My meal was meant to come with two sides of fry's, I got fry's and an apple. I didn't get any of the sauce I asked for, and I didn't get my drink that I paid extra to upsize. I ordered an Uber eats order. They took too long to get it ready so the first driver left .the second driver came. I called asked manager since it had been an hour already to remake it so it'd be nice and hot when I got it. Everything was ice cold it wasn't made like I told them to make it with onions and extra onions and extra pickles, there wasn't one onion on it. It was sloppy it was overcooked. It was horrible And here I am stuck without a car with the flu. I can't even go down there and get it made decently they should've gotten their damn car and brought it to me properly. The Coke was only half full and they said after it goes down, it's supposed to be whipped. It only gets you only get a half a cup out of it if that I talk to the manager Richard and he's gonna make my meals over if I can figure a way to get there cause my tags are expired and I have no way to drive. That's why I ordered Uber eats. I want a full refund from Uber eats that includes a tip for the joker that drove around in circles laughing when I tried to tell him how to get to my house And I finally just told him to go away cause he didn't listen he went back-and-forth back-and-forth he told me to turn right and turn left. I as well as a family member placed a order using the app, got code for the drive thru, wanted to add a item to each order, told I could not add anything because of promo code, explained that there was two separate orders, then told the codes that were on our phones were invalid, said I wanted to talk to a manager,told to go to first window,get went over both orders no less than 3 times, I said I paid via app,was told that it did not go through because codes given were not valid.Get home,checked my debt card,and was charged, and my other family,was charged twice,called spoke to a manager,and will have to go to see manager tomorrow,tontop things off, I ordered a strawberry banana smoothie,and what I got was most definitely not.Will not be ever returning to any McDonalds again. read more

I placed my order on the mobile app and my food was brought out to me after a short wait. I used a deal to buy 1 Quarter Pounder with cheese and get one free. This is worst McDonalds Inahve ever been to. I have had every bad experience imaginable, all at this location. Cold food, cheese not even melted!. One time they were out of nuggets. Another time they didn't have any fountain drinks! I can see one of them but all?? The service is so so depending on who you get. Some are very courteous and some act like they are mad at you because they are at work! Based on the other reviews you can see it's consistently terrible. I hope that another location opens soon because it doesn't look like the service and attitude will change. And again this isn't regarding all staff as far as service but management has to be terrible. Can't run out of inventory when you are the only one within 20-25 minutes of the next one. read more

I walked up to the counter after using their kiosk to pay and asked to have my receipt printed because the kiosk did not have any paper. I was asked for the order number, which I provided. The cashier then checked with two other employees who proceeded to ask me for the details of my order. I explained and then was told they'd bring my food to my table. So I then reiterated that all I am asking for is a copy of my receipt. The cashier then began looking at her computer and asked for the total amount paid. I gave it, which she then asked another employee to assist in finding it. I gave them the amount again, which I was then asked if I am sure while looking at the charge in my Apple Wallet. I asked if they could just search by order number and they said they do not have that capability. All in all, I was told that they do not have a search option and that my receipt will be made available to me upon receipt of my food. The entire situation was just a bit mind numbing considering I thought I made a simple request. Oh and upon receipt, I was still missing items.
