Very apologetic when it takes a little too long! Kenya and Abby are the best, as well as Tray Lynne!

Restaurant is clean. Service was fast. When did they change their egg on the McMuffins though? Used to be a whole egg and now folded omelet style. Does not taste the same. Not sure I will order again. read more

I went into the restaurant with my wife to eat at 8:00 pm. The place was a mess! Greasy slippery floors and lots of teenagers in the back just standing around talking. Not one of them interested in customer service. I sit down at a table to order through the app. I ordered the free burger with no ketchup and onions, 4 nuggets with bbq sauce and a large coke. My wife ordered a Big Mac, fries and a medium Diet Coke. We didn't get the burger for whatever reason so I approached a young lady who was busy tending to the drive through. She had them make the burger and another teenager put the bag in a pick up counter and didn't say a word. The drive through girl noticed and hands me the bag with the burger. I open the burger and it had ketchup and onions. I approached the counter for the third time and asked loudly if I could get a burger right because behind the counter were teenagers too busy talking and no customer service in mind. The drive through girl asked me to leave and that I could go somewhere else if I didn't like it. I told her the fries were raw, burger was made wrong despite the specific instructions and all she could say was go somewhere else if you don't like it. I will spend my money somewhere else because I live in Brownfield and trust me screw McDonalds. read more

By far the WORSE Customer service of any McDonald's that I've ever been too. They not only took long with my dine in order, but when I Asked them about my order they they were waiting on the QP pattie. Not one employee was on the service line or grill. All of them were just walking around the back not flipping burgers. Smh. I suggest a new Manger and a more mature crew. read more

I've never had a good experience eating at this particular McDonalds. Orders have been incorrect, the line takes forever inside and out. The staff has just always been sub par underachievers that do not care for the customer. I literally signed up for yelp to write this review. read more

So I came to get a kids meal and two meals.. we get to the window and they take forever just to give us our change. They hand out the kids meal not saying a word. I always check to make sure the order is right, I noticed no toy was included so we ask if we can have it.. they have the nerve to tell us "oh we are out of toys" like if it's something we are supposed to just know. didn't appreciate the attitude or the customer service. Food was cold too. It wasn't even busy to say that it was because of the wait. read more

The service was ok. The girl that took our order looked like she was still in training but I understand how overwhelming it can be. What I had issues with my food. I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich. I don't think I've ever had a sandwich so old and hard as this one was. It seemed like it was from the day before. And they had to have known because it not only tasted old but it looked old too. Whoever made the sandwich had to have known what they were doing. read more

This place is so disgusting. Everything was so gross. Bathrooms were so dirty my daughter did not want to go in. They messed up our order as well. read more

I got the double biscuits and gravy and the only used one and just cut it in half on top of that they are rude what kind of shit is that

It's okay, I mean it is a fast food restaurant. Sometimes the drive thru is a hassle. Long lines and the wait can be very difficult to go through. I've seen people in line and just decide to drive off, which I don't blame them. Especially if you just wanted a small meal for yourself. They have always gotten my food right though. At least so far. The prices are cheap, and on the inside it's decent with the color changing tables and most of the time it's clean. read more

My kids love it an grandkids an my mither loved her coffee and there prices.. Fun to have lunch

Newly renovated however the bathroom is ridiculous! No seat covers NO toilet paper and blood on the seat?!? Wtf?!? NO THANK YOU! Can't imagine what the kitchen looks like! Also the drive thru ALWAYS takes forever!! NOT HAPPY!! read more

Worst McDonald's I have ever been to. They are all standing around. Lady taking our order knows we are looking to see what we and and has the nerve to say "can I help you?" In a rude way. Also stares at me the whole time like I'm stupid. And McDonald's workers want $15 an hour. They can't even be in correct uniform. Lovely place honestly. Can I rate no stars? read more

Food and service still great. They need to do something about the flies and other customers playing music on their phones very loudly.

Ok, this place sucks.. The staff don't even wait on the customers when they approach the counter. Everyone looks around and talks with each other. I travel for a living and this place is the worst place to come to for breakfast. I would have went to the BK but they were closed. I stood there 40 mins for 2 egg mcmuffins. I was standing inside because the drive thru was busy. I could understand the slow service if the staff were slammed but come on. I walk in, place my order, wait and watch. There are a lot of regulars that come to this location to get coffee and sit in the dining room and talk. One of these gentleman walked up to the counter, placed his change for a hot cup of coffee, and he stood there to wait for 10 mins. I observed this and walk up to tell one of the girls, she is walking around with her head in the clouds, that this man has basically thrown his money on the counter and she hasn't even acknowledged him. She turns to say that they are out of coffee. I reply back saying that she could at least tell him that and she could bring it out when it was ready instead of him standing up at the counter not knowing if they served coffee that day. The worst thing about this day was that the manager was there!!!!!! She was standing up front and let this happen. McDonalds corp needs to look into this location and many others to see what really goes on in their restaurants. I would start this place over with a new manager and let them shape up a new staff!!! read more
