My experience with this location went without a hitch! Customer service was great using Curbside. Our order didn't take too long to be brought out and the food was fresh/hot. They were out of the special garlic dipping sauce but not a dealbreaker. I'm not deducting for the bathrooms needing a quick cleaning because they did have ample toiletry items (paper, soap and hand dryer/sinks all worked). Great job team! read more

Soon as walked in and placed order. The lady went to the back and the whole crew back there loud and no concern but stated talking about "ass to mouth" specifically and sexual preferences, and things like that. Definitely something to consider if you take your kids there at 830 in the mornin cause this was heard when we sat at the front of the store near the road and heard the rest of how nasty they wanna lick a butthole....but what can you expect from a bunch of 30 and 40yr old fast food professionals? read more

My husband and I just popped in here to grab some quick breakfast while we're on the road traveling from texas to indiana. It's just now 715, but the staff is hard at work cleaning the inside of the store and was very friendly for us. We used the kiosk to order, and the process was very simple. We both used the restrooms, and they were clean and not unpleasant but not overly luxurious as one might expect. When we got our food, it was hot, which was nice. You could tell it was freshly made, and it tasted how it usually does. located here in the farming town of Brinkley Arkansas McDonald's with truck parking next door. this is a fairly remodeled one that has the new look to it but it doesn't just have the counter where you have to order from the thing it has two standard cashier and menu. I had parked here to go to sleep cuz I was tired. I came in the doors were open during covid19 for takeout only but the bathroom was open. bathroom was very clean nicely sanitized which surprised me by some of the reviews that I seen different places for this facility. I wasn't hungry but I just had to get a cup of coffee for the road it was nice hot and fresh cashiers were very pleasant I had no trouble at all nice quick stop but definitely would stop here again knowing can park a truck and sleep. read more

Last time we were here, their kiosk and staff were not on the same page and we waited for 10 minutes for an order that was sitting there ready the entire time. This time, their credit card machine was broken. And the bathrooms - just don't. It was the most disgusting place ever. I felt like I needed a shower from just being in there. Not all McDonalds are the same. Sad, but true. We need to check Yelp before stopping at one while traveling. If we had done so today, we would not have spent 15 minutes or more sitting behind one car at the drive-thru waiting to get 2 cups of coffee. When we drove in there was only one car there so we ordered our coffee and pulled up. Little did we know that the occupants of the car ahead of us would be dissatisfied with the contents if their Happy Meals and send them back. Then when it was our turn at the window to get our coffee, the server said they had to brew more. Couldn't they have known when we ordered and paid for our coffee that we might have wanted it 15 minutes later when the Happy Meal fiasco ahead of us was in progress? In times of covid19 you would think that the manager would be on top of his employees to respectfully clean the restroom where you can wash your hands in safely use the facilities in respects to the restroom. My husband says McDonalds is always consistent. So it's the only place for us to eat on the road. So wrong about this one. Floors dirty, table tops dirty, smelly and woman came out saying bathroom stalls disgusting. I told my husband we need to go but we all know a hungry man's stomach. We walk in starving from our long day and the place is freezing and dirty, every bathroom stall was without toilet paper. We go to order a fish sandwich, guess what they're out of! We ordered a parfait, guess what else they're out of! We finally receive our food and its cold, the fries I swear to you have to be at least 2 hours old! There was a hair in the burger! We approached the manager with all of this information where he tried fighting with us and saying the hair was ours. My father informed him that his hair and his grandsons hair was both blonde and his wife and daughter (that's me!) Had brown hair, the hair was short and black! Then we were being too picky because we thought they should have the food we ordered and it should be, wait for it, warm! After much arguing we finally got our money back and enjoyed a delicious dinner down the road at KFC! read more

This has to be the slowest McDonalds I've ever been to and it was after 2:30 we spent an hour there waiting 5min to place and then 45min get our order only to discover there was cheese on my hamburger (to be fair they fixed that rather quickly). It seems priority is given to drive thru at the expense of those who have gone inside. The food was bland and lacked the normal flavor and our fries were lukewarm at best. Parking was a disaster as many were trying to get out and couldn't due to drive thru traffic. Luckily we parked in the overflow parking and were not impacted by drive thru.
