I visited this McDonald's yesterday 2/12/19 for lunch with my husband. We are elderly and don't eat alot. The sign outside advertised pick 2 for $5. We ordered a big Mac and a fish sandwich and ice tea. Paid and received our order. Sat down and looked at the receipt, we were charged full price. I wish I would have paid more attention when we ordered. Or we would have avoided the whole unprofessional, unpleasant experience of this place. I went back up to the counter and told the cashier I believe we were overcharged. She said no I wasn't, it wasn't on sale anymore. I pointed out the sign. She still said nope. I asked to talk to the manager. The manager says no, not on sale anymore. Even tho sign out. Such bad customer service. Over a sandwich that was clearly advertised. read more

For a franchise that's known for it's consistency and relative cleanliness across most locations as a reliable "pit stop" for highway travelers, this one falls into a "worst of" category. The restaurant and restrooms were a complete mess: dirty tables, napkins and old food trash on the floor and seating areas. The service was not good - they seemed to be preoccupied with a more social agenda, and the manager was not around or didn't care. It also took over ten minutes for them to say they couldn't make a Big Mac for one of our travel partners - isn't this their signature burger? How do they run out? And why so long to let us know? While the facility seems new and could be really nice, it's a shame that it's managed so horribly. I definitely recommend stopping at the next McD on the highway, it will save you time. read more

Terrible, terrible service. Every worker was on their phone and not paying attention to customers or orders. Stood ten minutes before i got asked for help, then another 15 waiting on two drinks and 5 apple pies. I mean.. how long does it take for 5 apple pies. If you want your time wasted and a long time for terrible quality food then this is the place for you. McDonalds is pretty good but not when you have employees like that. Where is the management? Customer service sucks at this location. The cashier was very rude. Ordered a orange juice with my breakfast and gave me a dr.pepper.

Food was okay but place smelled like rotten garbage, puke & sour milk. Couldn't have stayed to eat without getting sick from the smell. Bathrooms were nasty too. Rude workers too. Hot & crowded. Been here before & wasn't like this. Will stop in Forrest City next time. Gross!! read more

I have been meeting my parents here for 19 years to pick up my children. The perfect spot between Memphis and Little Rock. If only the service could be perfect too. My order is wrong 4/5 times. Today I ordered a chicken sandwich with ranch and lettuce, large fry and water. How hard can it be? The girl had to get her manager to fix the entry, then when she read it back to me it was wrong. I told her I wanted the crispy chicken, not the grilled. She said it did not come that way. But I showed it to her on the menu board. So we did it again- now placing the order for the 4th time! And SURPRISE!! When I got my food, it was grilled not crispy. 14 people working at one McDonald's and you can't even order a chicken sandwich and fries-for $9.55 since it is the McChef menu. The staff was nice and accommodating but the scanner would not scan my app for mcCafe buy five get sixth free. Associate tried multiple times. Then the mcCafe mocha tasted burnt. They said the machine does it all and they had no explanation for why the drinks tasted off. They remade them and one was ok and the other had the off taste again. I suggested maybe the machine needs a cleaning. They said they will forward the information to the person or co that maintains the machine. Restroom was dirty. Dining room too. This used to be one of the best McDonalds we would stop by on our way to Memphis. It was clean that's about the only good thing I can say. Newly renovated, place looks great! Larger immaculate restrooms are a godsend along the I-40. The crew works well together and communicates well, so our come what complex order (usually screwed up at other McD) came out correct. It was very busy when we were there, and rainy, so they had 2 employees keeping the dining room clean and water mopped up. They do it right here. read more

Bizarre. We ordered 1 drink. No food. The cashier couldn't hand us a cup apparently so we waited in the pick up line as 3 employees stared at the orders on a screen. After a couple minutes finally asked for a cup. Not great when people just getting drinks have to wait for cups until all the food orders are cooked/served. read more

I know some will see this and say she is crazy!! My Hubby and I stopped yesterday to grab a burger. The food is fast food. The service inside this new McDonalds was EXCELLENT!! I saw the staff attending to the elderly and an employee coming around asking if we needed anything. I felt like I needed to leave a tip. Great job was done by all employees!! read more

Nastiest Mc Donald's I have ever been in. Flies every where in the entrance, dining area and bathroom. Sticky floor and men's bathroom had poop all over the toilet and pee on the floor by every urinal. I didn't eat here and never would. read more

Went through the drive thru and ordered 2 hamburgers and a drink. I was the second car in line. Ordered fast and paid fast but then sat for over 40 minutes behind the car in front of me. The lady at the pickup window asked for my receipt because she said she didn't see my order on the screen but my drink was ready? Then asked to pull up behind the car in front of me waiting. They brought their food about 30 minutes later but forgot their drinks and had to wait another 10 minutes on that. I then saw an employee bring another bag and sit it on the table inside by the door I was parked by then they walked back to the counter without bringing the food out to me so I had to get out of my truck to go inside and retrieve my food off of the table before I could leave. There was atleast 6 other cars parked behind me waiting when I finally left. The restaurant appeared clean and my food order was right but it was cold from sitting. read more

Recommend checking the dining room before ordering. Drink station was dirty and they were out of tea and ketchup. The windows were full of flies. If I had paid attention to the dining room, I never would have ordered food. read more

This is one of the worst McDonald's stores I have ever been to. The food was cold, order was incorrect, place was filthy, and wait time was horrible. It took us 19 minutes to receive two combo meals. And then, when we did receive them, the orders were made incorrectly. Total waste of money and time. Will never go back again!!! read more

Slowest McDonald's I have experienced. It took about 20 minutes to get two combos and a happy meal. At one point there were 16 orders waiting to be filled for walk in customers. The interior is okay, but not super clean. Floors are a little dirty, but I have seen one person walk through and wipe down two table tops. The bathrooms need cleaned, but are still better than most truck stops. No changing table in the men's room. The women's room has one, but it's in the handicapped stall, so you may have to wait. Overall, it's been updated, but not kept up. If you can wait to stop somewhere else, you probably should, especially if you're watching the clock. read more

This McDonald took out a drink from our order and said to reorder it instead of giving us our drink. Their bathrooms were also dirty and nasty. I wouldn't come again instead would wait until another McDonald. read more

VERY slow service. When we finally got our order, it was good except my Big Mac had no cheese on it. Rather than wait 10 more minutes, I ate it and it was okay. They were doing some refurbishing and it looked nice. Restrooms were clean. They really need to pick up the pace. read more

I am totally floored at the service here! We waited patiently while three other orders that were taken AFTER us were served BEFORE us, With our two little ones hungry but patiently waiting as well. They never once offered an apology for there obvious overlook of us. We felt there was also too much unprofessional conduct from those working behind the counter. "Stopped on a Sunday 3pm. Filthy inside and out. This is the first dirty McD I've ever encountered. Had to clean toilet before using. Of course no paper towels, just a hand dryer so had to use wadded toilet tissue to wash with. Nasty floor in ladies room. Likewise nasty under order counter and around drink machine. Odd stale and sweet odor. Total time to receive order with a couple things missing was over 8 minutes. No unsweet tea the whole time we were there. Out of 4 orders, 3 were wrong. Premium chicken sandwich came out meat & bread - nothing else. They took order for iced latte but were unable to produce one, then they didn't want to refund the cost of unavailable drink. My Southwest chicken salad (an order which I've gotten at many, many McDs) caused the waitress to ask me 3 times what kind of dressing I wanted - a-DUH, Southwestern dressing. But she could not understand that. I asked if they had the two-cheeseburger meal & she said yes, but we were given a double cheeseburger which the child didn't want instead of the ordered meal. My salad had the strangest piece of chicken I've ever seen in a McD, with yellow gristle and a very thick texture, different from anything I've seen in any other store. It tasted wet and greasy and the whole salad was swimming in brownish liquid. The cherry tomatoes were sour and the lime buried in the very bottom of bowl. One child threw up that evening and my lower intestine wasn't normal for 24 hrs. Not stating we got food poisoning, but does make me wonder. Avoid this dump. " read more
