After road tripping extensively through all 50 states and stopping at countless gas stations, this fuel stop and convenient store is one of the best I've ever visited! It's conveniently just a few feet north of I-40 in Brinkley, Arkansas. And despite being in a rural area, if you're expecting a dirty, run-down gas station with paltry snacks that are common in the countryside, think again! This store is an oasis in the middle of nothing, a store full of unique goodies, technological gadgets, and it's even attached to a Wendy's. One of the distinct highlights would be the numerous goods made by The Amish--Buggy company, everything from unbelievable homemade caramels to giant, triple-layer malted milk balls. They also sell Killer Brownies, arguably the world's best brownie but something I rarely see for sale outside of Ohio! I also found several of my favorite potato chip flavors I don't often see in quickie marts and found a recharger for my phone that I'd left at home. Big parking area for trucks. We went during the day, and there were plenty of spots. This place is like the newer Pilots. There's a Wendy's, and it was busy. The store was busy too. They have hot food up front, like entrees and fried items. Lots of grab-and-go stuff. They also had beer and 15-packs of soda. The ladies' room was clean. No laundry. Didn't check out the showers. Very reasonable gas prices here! I was very happy to find the price of Supreme gas $3.15. I had previously filled up with Supreme in Macon Georgia and Birmingham Alabama for $3.99 a gallon. Bathrooms were fairly clean. You'll find Coca Cola products here, the typical snack foods that you'll find at a convenience store, and a Subway and Wendy's attached to Road Rangers. read more

It's a travel center I didn't have any issues at this location. So there's not much to tell, got gas got a few items bought a couple Lottery tickets. You're looking for some Arby's and this is your place to be. Hot coffee and other refreshments. I'm pretty sure you know what a travel center consists of. read more

I stopped at the Brinkley exit (Arkansas I-40) on Monday (9-8-2025) at approximately 4:00 P.M. for fuel and a cup of coffee. After fueling up I went into the store to get a cup of coffee. I went to the counter and paid the clerk for the coffee and asked her if there was a lottery ticket checking machine. She pointed down to the checker which was on the counter. Without moving I reached down and checked my ticket. When "sorry not a winner" screened up I asked the clerk for two more Powerball tickets. She immediately said "are you going to cut into the line", and I was very surprised as I had not moved my feet while at the counter and was simply continuing my transaction. This clerk had a very nasty, ugly and anti-customer attitude/demeanor. I will share my experience with all family, friends and congregation members who frequently make the trip from Little Rock to Memphis. Unfortunately I would never frequent a Road Ranger again (on I-40 in Arkansas or throughout Illinois/other locations). As a former convenience store owner I would have fired any customer service clerk who acted in such a manner and who had such a vile, disgusting attitude towards paying customers.This clerk should be fired immediately. No more Road Rangers stops for me. read more

The store is filthy and the manager was sloppy and rude. I stopped around 11 on a Tuesday morning. Only one person, nice guy, was working the register and the Subway. I asked the rude manager why she wouldn't help being that the manager picks up the slack for not having enough staff. She just went outside and got on her phone. The ice machine is broken and the cooler with bags of ice was gross and disgusting. As an avid traveler, this has been the worst experience in my 40+ years of traveling. I will not event mention the Wendy's. Just nasty all around. Shout out to the gentlemen that helped me despite being under the weather. read more

I really like that this is still one of the better fueling stops in the area. Cars and tractor trailer trucks have their own, dedicated, parking areas. This place is usually kept pretty clean, but the restrooms aren't nearly as immaculate as they once were kept. The floors were a bit nasty, and in need of a good, thorough scrubbing. read more

20 soda flavors, coffee, cappuccinos, cold brew, hot dogs, Wendy's, subway, hot food counter. When their food/beverage options are in stock, they have a large assortment. Typical convenience mart. Restroom is clean. I'd stop there again. Would be 4-stars to me if hot dog buns were stocked and cold brew, and 2 of 3 creamer flavors weren't empty. read more

I don't know why I liked this place so much, but I do! Maybe it's the name... "Road Ranger!" Anyway, very clean place with super friendly employees. While taveling along Interstate 40, stopped here for gas, libations, and post cards. Cool spot. read more
