The employees here were great. Malik was helpful especially when I needed an outlet and when his boss called to tell me this ain't a rest area. Malik was understanding when I advised him I was awaiting in a tow. The store including the bathrooms ware clean and smell fine. Chester chicken is good eats. read more

They changed ownership, but they carry most of the same things. They still have Chester Fried chicken and Baskin Robbins ice cream. The pumps are about a year old. A few of the employees are long time from a couple owners back! Restroom fair, latches broken in all stalls, but you can secure the doors. read more

There was a roach crawling across the floor. This establishment also sells ice cream and on site cooked chicken. It was 3 in morning when I stopped at the store. I purchased a honey bun for $1.59 and a refill of soda. I asked him how much the refill was and he responded with normally it's $2 but I charged only $1.19. The total amount did not add up so I asked him what the sales tax was in Arkansas. He said why do you ask this. I responded with I'm just wondering as this is the first thing I have purchased in Arkansas. He then said well which one. The sales tax I asked. He said why does it matter I responded with never mind I don't want my items. Which of course he said what about the drink. I said what about you being rude as hell and walked out. read more

Seems to be a growing trend where gas stations have deep fryers in them. I am a fan of additional fried food options as I travel, but having a vent hood. Correction, a WORKING vent hood, would be great. I was inside for the amount of time it takes to grab a Monster, water, corn nuts, and pay. In that time my clothes absorbed enough fryer grease stench that I changed at the next rest area. Seriously, fix your vents. 2 stars, because you had a new flavor of corn nuts. Jalapeno/cheddar. Each mosquito hanging out outside of this establishment is roughly the size of a human child. I can't imagine the amount of time, money, testing and research that went into bringing to the public such a brilliant creatu--- I mean, torture mechanism.
