The employee working the drive-thru told me that she could not give me an extra sauce simply because I did not receive one the previous day. I asked to speak with a manager because I felt this was poor customer service, especially over something as small as a 25-cent sauce packet. Unfortunately, my interaction with the manager was even more concerning. I felt that he was rude, condescending, dismissive, and unprofessional in the way he spoke to me.
