I went around 530AM on a Thursday. I got a Sausage, egg and cheese sandwich. The only donuts they had that early were cake, cake glaze and chocolate covered cake. I'm not sure if that's how it normally is that early or if they were running a little late. The sandwich came out pretty quick. It was good. The sausage was smaller than the croissant so until the 3rd bite I thought they forgot it. I'm not a big donut fan, but the cake glazed donut I got was good. read more

Oh my gosh, I am typing this while in a sugar coma! I don't usually eat donuts but we are vacationing and we stopped here because it has egg and bacon biscuits etc too. Once we walked in the door and smelled all the amazing treats we just had to get dessert! I got the bacon, egg and cheese biscuit to start. The biscuit was so soft, different than your usual fluffy biscuits we have been having in the south. My husband and I split a sausage roll, got the spicy one, yum! My husband the ham and cheese on a croissant. We are with another couple and we just split a bunch of the donuts-had a cruller (my friend called it an Old Fashioned), cinnamon roll and donut holes. Everything was light and sweet, made to perfection! Wow! The food is 5 starts. Go for the food. The atmosphere is nothing special, but we came for the food! The owners are so sweet. Stopped by this donut shop simply because there were quite a lot of cars in the drive through. Donuts were exceptional. My wife had a simple glazed donut and said it was soft, melt-in-your-mouth goodness, on par or better than Krispy Kreme. I had a blueberry cake and old fashioned cake, both were light, moist, and flavorful; I think the old fashioned had buttermilk in it, which was fantastic. We are just here for the night, so I start looking for someplace to eat. This is the only place in town that I can find good reviews. This local donut shop is 1/2 mile from interstate I-40. It is a non-franchise local business, which means you are supporting a local business when shop there. I skipping breakfast I was craving for donuts while driving from Memphis to Little Rock. The staff is very friendly. It has a good selection of donuts, sausage kolaches and other pastries.
