I then asked to speak with the manager, hoping the situation could be resolved. Instead, I was simply told that he was sorry, but he couldn't remake or correct my order. Mistakes can happen, and I understand that. What disappointed me most was how the situation was handled. As a paying customer, I expected the restaurant to take responsibility for the mistake and make it right. Instead, I was left without the meal I paid for and without a satisfactory resolution. I hope management will improve communication, ensure orders are checked before customers leave, and provide better customer service when issues arise. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this restaurant.
