My husband and I came to eat here (just currently moved to the city) and we were so disappointed with the food. We will NOT be going back. We both ordered Quarter Pounders with cheese meals. The burgers were horrible! They were definitely NOT quarter pounders. They were cooked where the outside of the burger was crunchy, was not juicy like they should have been. Moved from another city, ate at the Conway location and the food was same as always, delicious. Then came here and will never eat at McDonald's again. They have downsized their food and upsized the prices. It cost us $26 for two meals. The food was absolutely tasteless. They have lost my business after being one of my favorite burger places since I was a kid. I'm now 68 and will longer give away my money for food like this again. read more

This location has not had a working Milk Shake machine in 7 months. Notified McDonalds customer support and still no results. What a poor management team and owner to allow this especially during the hottest months of the year. I do not recommend this location and don't know why it is in operation. Swung by this McDonald's drive thru to grab dinner for our kids on our road trip. I ordered 4 cheeseburgers with only ketchup ($1.99 each), a large fry ($1 using the app), large water (.39) and 4 small waters (free). Cost-wise, the cheeseburgers were DOUBLE the price we pay in Houston, TX. Ours are only $1! This is our "usual" meal and it's half the price. Dang! But the large water was cheaper than another location who charged me .75. Not really consistent with their pricing. As for accuracy... they got 3/4 of the burgers correct. One was made with everything BUT ketchup. Checked the receipt and ticket on the burger and for some reason one of our burgers was rung up "no ketchup" so unfortunately, our kids who hate onions, pickles and mustard had to scrape off as much as they could. (Sigh) I mean, the burger was made as it was rung in... I just didn't order it that way. We didn't want to have to run back inside to exchange it. As for the staff, they were ok. Not overly friendly but not bad either. I thanked the lady who handed me our food and she didn't say anything back. My initial thought was, "Ok then." But after a delay, she said "Thank you." Pit stop from Mississippi to Texas for gas and decided to grab a Shamrock Shake, no whip and large French fries. McDonalds usually, almost ALWAYS, over salts their fries so I usually as k for no salt. I didn't want to wait for no salt fries so I took them as they were....YUMMY! Early Saturday morning the McDonald's parking lot was full, & the Drive-Thru backed up to the street. I really needed a Breakfast Biscuit to tide me over as I drove several hours through the rainstorm that was about to begin. Looooong time to get around to the Pay Window, where I was asked twice more what I ordered. Then twice more @ the Pickup Window. They were really behind & confused & orders were scrambled. I could see deep lines inside @ the Counter but few leaving. I guess there's no way to keep up with the demand on a rainy Saturday morning, with only 1 or 2 other Restaurants open for Breakfast. It's not like we will take our business elsewhere. Thankful for McDonald's & a few other fast-food chains that serve small towns. read more

We travel to California twice a year and we always go to McDonald's because of coarse got to have the fries but this location was really one of the dirtiest we've ever seen. The bathrooms were 75% OK but the eating area itself and when you're even coming to the doors it made you think twice if you should really go in. The laziest and most incompetent employees! $15hr ? Not actually deserving of it ! Not at all . I stop in the drive thru because whataburger was to busy because it doesn't suck . McDonald's had about 8 cars in line ahead of me so I assumed I would get hot fresh food but no ! I got just the opposite, a cold not room temperature but a cold quarter pounder and fries they were as cold as my over carbonated drink. Let put it this was as you'll see in the pic my burger meat was so old and cold that it looked like a chunk of dry hard dark chocolate! This meat patty was definitely made hours before I placed my order , so cold that the cheese didn't melt so cold that it made the pickles feel warm in comparison. I do really feel that all of the worthless employees should be fired because if you can't make a simple hot hamburger what can you do because it doesn't get any easier! McDonalds isn't a fine dining establishment. I don't expect fine dining. I think restaraunts should be rated for what they are. So here a few things that this particular location STINKS at: 1. Speed of food delivery - horrible, at least in the lobby. 2. Bathrooms - terrible. I was in a few weeks ago after they had been "cleaned". They stank of urine as if someone had just hit walls and turned on the heat. My wife complained about the women's bathroom. She said there were bugs all over the floor. 3. Service. I'm southern and I speak southern. I don't know what the people here speak. 4. Good delivery accuracy - well, two guys ahead of me ordered ten minutes ago and are arguing about their food and what they ordered. I ordered 8 minutes ago and don't have my did yet. No one is making my Frappe yet. So, if a McDonalds should be clean, fast, and reliable... I don't know what they have here. I will be avoiding this exit for another McDonalds. Got on the road early and hit the Mickey D's to fill up our coffee thermos. Have not done that one before at a McDonald's so was unsure of how to do. Luckily Carolyn was my "go to" and she estimated the size of the thermos and charged me for 2 large coffees. She was pretty close but didn't quite take it all. What did she do.....amazing...she filled up the cup and handed it to me. Wow! Such service! I was super tired from being on the road for 3 days but her smile and generousity, most certainly, made me day! I now understand that McDonalds wont fill up your thermos, staff has to estimate and hand you their best estimate. Carolyn went above to help me out and her smile made my day! We arrived from out of state and ordered our food from the inside kiosk. We waited longer than normal time for our food. We didn't realize there was no inside dining. Incredibly slow and filthy Upon entering it took over five minutes to be greeted although the order counter was empty. It seemed as though the staff was more involved in telling jokes and talking amongst themselves than waiting on customers. Once the order was taken it took over sixteen minutes to receive the order because they gave it away twice to drive through customers while I waited at the counter!! When I spoke to the shift manager she laughed off the situation and told me I would get my food shortly. No apology was offered. I had to demand a refund which was begrudgingly given to me. Do not come here! This is by far the worst McDonald's I have ever been to! The bathrooms were absolutely ridiculous! It is like five-year-olds went in there and destroyed it! There were flies all over the place and when I got to the front counter the crew members were too busy working on the drive-thru, then on the line of people waiting up at the counter!
