Worst experience in a long time! Manager yelling in the pits at her employee! Manager got eye contact with us several times while running the window, my husband finally called her over to see if she was going to wait on us. She started screaming how shorthanded she was and her cashier was on break. She also stated I am the Manager here... we told her we would go somewhere else and she was ok with that. Our indecisive group of 8 stopped here for lunch on our 12 hour road trip. Im not sure if there has been a change in management since all the bad reviews but that was not our experience. The customer service was some of the best i think i have had at a fast food place. Food was fresh and hot. I have no complaints. Completely disgusting. Ordered breakfast and coffee. Made us pull forward to wait on eggs for the breakfast sandwiches and they were holding on coffee. The sandwiches came out already cold and the coffee wasn't even tea colored. Don't waste your time or money. read more

When we found out that Burger Kings were starting to carry the Impossible Burger, we wanted to stop in and try it out. Despite the horrible reviews for this location, we took our chances because we were on a long road trip and were very hungry. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we found that the reviews were fairly accurate. Though there were only two customers in front of me, it took forever to get through the line. I watched as people waited 15+ minutes for orders, and saw how rude the staff was to the customers. When I approached the counter, I placed my order and asked if it was possible to get my fries without salt because I don't like too much salt in my food. Instead of explaining to me that this location does not salt their fries (which I would not know since I am not from the area), the lady at the register said "I haven't salted the fries all day". I laughed it off, but was utterly astonished that an employee would treat a customer in such a way. Later, I watched as customers were ignored at the counter. The ice machine did not have ice in it, and when a customer asked if the ice machine was broken, he was simply told "yes". He was not offered ice from behind the counter, which I know they had because my cups were pre-filled with ice without me asking for it. The drink area was a bit of a mess and no unsweetened tea was available for customers coming through the dining room. When I asked if they had any behind the counter, it took forever for me to get someone to get me some, not to mention the fact that it was an obvious inconvenience to the employees. Next time we travel through Forrest City, we will avoid this restaurant at all costs!!! read more

I was on my way to lady gaga'a artrave concert and got hungry and decide to stop at the travelers of America Burger King The burgers are ok soda is great but me and a friend of mine who is a little monster order large meal and i have regular meal we both order onion rings with meal. Only diference between the meal was the cup. And soda is free if i knew i was going to be getting same amount of onion rings i would have got the regular meal. Refills are free. Not worth paying 10dollars . Also Taco Bell suck i was going to eat there first but they didn't have beans,sour cream and lettuce and they wont give us any discount. read more

This place is horrible. Always out of condiments, menu items, etc. Burger was cold and service was lacking. Nasty restrooms that had broken soap dispenser so it was evident they employees could not wash hands after using the restroom. The filthy drink station was disgusting. This business is supposed to be open 24 hrs but the workers turn off all the lights including the big sign outside and find them a table to lay there head on to go to sleep. I was greeted in a friendly manner as soon as I walked into the store. My order was taken and filled promptly. My fries were hot and fresh with the perfect amount of salt. I ordered a Whopper with cheese, add heavy pickle. That was the best Whopper I have had in YEARS. It was fresh and flavorful with crispy vegetables on it, specifically the onions and lettuce. The pickles were heavy like I wanted and they were so crunchy and crisp. I live in the DC metro area and may never come back to this establishment again because of that but I will always remember the best Whopper that I have ever had. Didn't suspect anything when we first walked in. We waited in line and they took our order but after that, everything went to rock bottom. The ketchup machine was out of ketchup so we had told them that it was out but they refused to restock it. Had to talk with higher manger to get ketchup packets. My entire family was sick that night with diarrhea. My mother had seen them coughing and sneezing on peoples food. Guess it's our own fault we continued to eat it after seeing that. The nastiest Burger King I've ever been too! Floor had spilled drink over it and they just put a cone by it. The fountain machine looked like a bomb blew up and hasn't been cleaned in weeks. Then the people making my food screwed up twice on my orderer and when they finally got it right it was just nasty meat was burned buns where dried out I didn't bother waisting my time to tell them cause they wouldn't care they just wanna hurry and finish so they can talk to there friends. While passing through, we stopped at this Burger King. I have not seen a store this clean, nor had a whopper this good in years! The whopper wasn't slopped together. It was picture perfect, plenty of lettuce and tomatoes that were not paper thin. Very, very good. Will definitely stop here if I pass through this way again. read more

Really grimy, I found a hair in my food. The play area was filthy. The soles of my kids feet were black after playing here.

There are not that many eating places in Forrest City, Arkansas and we think this is an exceptional Burger King, thus our reason for the 5 stars. We ordered Whoppers, french fire and a drink.Those were the newly introduced french fries. The meat was very good and the bun fresh as were the condiments. The restaurant was very clean and was full of customers. One of the reason was the musical group SHARE & FAITH which was performing for the noon time customers. I can never recall stopping at a hamburger stand and hearing musical entertainment at lunch. We met the group, took pictures and the next thing we knew we were being joined at our table by people from the town wanting to know where we were from and where we were traveling to. This was a neat and positive experience. This group advised they perform hear Monday at this location after they visit the residents of a local nursing home where they perform. Thus if you are passing through Forrest City and would like to have a different kind of lunch we recommend stopping at this Burger King for food and entertainment. read more
