If I could give a zero I would. If you have a Facebook search Forrest City Sonic and you'll see everything you need. They're infested with roaches and rats. They're not just on the floor but all in the food and slush machines as well. I wish I could tell you very customer every time I pass by and see someone there because not only is that nasty to be working in that type of environment but to be selling food out of a place like that I wouldn't even advise the homeless to eat from there. read more

My drink had a booger in it I'm disgusted and will not be returning. This sonic has always been slow and a hit or miss but sucking a booger up the straw of my drink is unacceptable to me do better. read more

The Sonic in Forrest City, Arkansas is just terrible sometimes and great other times. Tonight, my wife wanted something to eat quickly so that she could take her medicine that the doctor had just given her. We ordered our food on the Sonic app and sent my daughter-in-law after it, thinking it might be faster that way. We only live 6 miles from Sonic. Once she arrived, she sat there for an hour waiting on the food. She spoke to a worker that had a bad attitude and was talked to like she was inconveniencing them. Finally, someone brought food out. But, they only had some of the order. So they had to go back in and find the rest of it. When she finally got our food home, it was cold, the cheeseburger I ordered was not as i ordered it and everything was mashed. My daughter called the Sonic, but got no answer. She text the manager on duty (she knows her because she works there too) and the manager still would not answer. This place is a poor excuse for a Sonic Drive In. I rate it at ZERO! I just went and ordered a large blue raspberry cherry slush that tasted like colored frozen water with one grain of sugar added with a hint of burnt popcorn after taste. How? I do not know.The only reason I went was because I didn't want to drive to the Wynne location and I wanted to give it another try. Never again!!!! On the plus side the workers were nice. read more

Terrible customer service. Workers taking your order are very rude. Very slow getting food out as well

What is going on here? Went through the drive through in pouring rain and nobody answered the intercom so we pulled into a parking spot. Placed our orders and noticed on the intercom that one was wrong. They hung up before verifying our order so we called back and asked them to fix the error before the food was delivered . Then someone came to our car to change out the error (as we just told them, we hadn't received it yet). We explained what we wanted a third time. Then the food came out and it was wrong. So, now we had to wait for it to be replaced. As we left we realized that the other order was wrong too but at this point, who cares. We were ready to get far away. This place must be run by muppets. I arrived at 7:37 p.m. for my sonic order , the lights were turned out at approximately 7:45 p.m. , we waited until 8:10 until our order was brought out by Mariah, the order was a completely different order , she took the food back and we waited until 8:32 waiting on our correct order to be brought back , finally we had to go up to the building and ask about our food. When the carhop Mariah was asked about the order being brought to us wrong, she completely denied bringing out a wrong order and said she didn't take any orders out that were wrong , needless to say we didn't get it order and when we asked about getting our money back one of the workers had the audacity to tell us to come back in the morning to get it , i went into the building only to see most of the employees standing around eating pizza and Mariah had the nerve when asked about the order again to say oh well after again denying have brought the wrong order to my vehicle. Finally a so called manager came out to finally give me a refund on my order after waisting an hour of my time waiting for food that I never received. Will not be returning. read more
