I am absolutely shocked at possibly the rudest interaction I've ever had with a business. And as…read moreI've been there several times, I know it was the OWNER who answered my call. All I wanted to know: 1) what the hours were and if he expected them to change 2) if they had unfiltered sake. Before I could finish asking about possible hour changes or closures, he aggressively said "your guess is as good as mine", then hung up. I called back and asked if we were disconnected or if he actually hung up on me. He says, "ma'am, I have no time to answer your questions. I don't know. Right now we are open". I said I actually did have a question about sake but wouldn't take up any more of his time. He hung up on me again. After years of spending a lot of money on scotch and champagne there, I will Never go back, and will always remember this exquisitely abrasive conversation. My family and friends will share this experience too. I suggest no one ever call this business if they want to keep going there.
