Checked the bottom of the can, and the date had 4/25/2025 on it. She went back to the store to let the owner know, but the cashier had to call & text a picture of the beer to the owner. My friend never asked for a refund or a replacement. It was not offered by the owner either. Today my friend went back to this same store and bought another beer, and the same thing happened. She took it back and talked to 2 guys which i assumed were owners, and they basically shrugged her off. I hope today she has learned not to buy anything from this establishment. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!! I also came here before for a very specific champagne that my family would always buy in NYC for bringing in the New Year each year and they're one of two liquor stores in the entire city to have it. The store is always clean, organized and looks like it has a lot of different inventory. When I've purchased congratulatory bottles of whiskey here, our friends have always been overjoyed with them. Prices seem pretty good as well although I don't have too much to compare it to, but they are very comparable to the stores in NYC. Overall, great place if you're looking for liquor.

If you're thinking about coming here, be prepared for some... interesting customer service…read more Lindsey, one of the staff members, seems to think the workplace is more of a bar crawl than a job. She's often visibly intoxicated and spends more time flirting with customers--especially the married ones--than actually working. It's uncomfortable, unprofessional, and honestly kind of sad to watch. This place could be decent, but the management seriously needs to take a closer look at who they're hiring (and apparently enabling). Until then, I'll take my business somewhere with a little more class and a lot less drama.

The cashier who worked tonight deserves a bonus or raise, both even. Not kidding, he deserves and I'd even buy him lunch if I could. I praise the owner for hiring such a smart and aware cashier. Along with my experience tonight, I noticed that they have a great selection of spirits, and this cashier was friendly and approachable to other customers. Dear Owner, please keep this cashier! He is a very valuable asset to your company and consumers. I wish I caught his name, but it's October 27th 2019. The cashier closing tonight, him, he is exactly who you need in your store! I love meeting someone who has the shop's best interest at heart. Great job you guys!

All I wanted to know: 1) what the hours were and if he expected them to change 2) if they had unfiltered sake. Before I could finish asking about possible hour changes or closures, he aggressively said "your guess is as good as mine", then hung up. I called back and asked if we were disconnected or if he actually hung up on me. He says, "ma'am, I have no time to answer your questions. I don't know. Right now we are open". I said I actually did have a question about sake but wouldn't take up any more of his time. He hung up on me again. After years of spending a lot of money on scotch and champagne there, I will Never go back, and will always remember this exquisitely abrasive conversation. My family and friends will share this experience too. I suggest no one ever call this business if they want to keep going there.
