Although there's always a good amount of customers in the store on the weekend, it never feels packed or tight. There is plenty of parking and it's convenient to the Cordova/Lakeland area. The employees at this location is what makes this place stand out from other stores. There's always a number of people at the register, therefore there's never a long wait. There's also employees walking the floor on a regular basis and they won't hesitate to come up to you and ask if there is anything that they can assist you with. I love the fact that this store has nice gift selections as well! One of the employees helped me locate some really neat "Dirty Santa/White Elephant" gifts this year and they were a hit. (see pics) When picking up wine, there is one employee at the register that always offers helpful suggestions and recommendations.

Seconds later another employee walked up and asked if we needed help I replied no to them as well that we where okay and would find them if we needed help. They're did this the whole time we where shopping and it made us uncomfortable so I pointed it out what they where doing. The reply I got from the female employee was that she was just in training. But instead of leaving us alone to shop in piece they stood behind us still. A minute or so later we decided it was just rude so we left. I wouldn't recommend this place. I've been here before on occasion and had no issues, but being treated like this for no reason was just rude.

I also came here before for a very specific champagne that my family would always buy in NYC for bringing in the New Year each year and they're one of two liquor stores in the entire city to have it. The store is always clean, organized and looks like it has a lot of different inventory. When I've purchased congratulatory bottles of whiskey here, our friends have always been overjoyed with them. Prices seem pretty good as well although I don't have too much to compare it to, but they are very comparable to the stores in NYC. Overall, great place if you're looking for liquor.

If you're thinking about coming here, be prepared for some... interesting customer service…read more Lindsey, one of the staff members, seems to think the workplace is more of a bar crawl than a job. She's often visibly intoxicated and spends more time flirting with customers--especially the married ones--than actually working. It's uncomfortable, unprofessional, and honestly kind of sad to watch. This place could be decent, but the management seriously needs to take a closer look at who they're hiring (and apparently enabling). Until then, I'll take my business somewhere with a little more class and a lot less drama.
