Food was good not much complaining on that part as it tasted like Subway should. Service was horrible as they are extremely slow and move like they could care less if someone needs to be in and out. The owner is a real jerk. Stopped late to get something to eat. We parked in front of subway because I wanted a meatball sandwich and my husband wanted tacos from next door. I was going to go in to subway but decided to walk to the taco place with my husband. When we walked up to the taco place the guy asked if we could move our car from subway parking lot over to where he is located. I told him I was going to get a meatball sandwich at subway and that was why we parked there. My husband said no problem and went to move the car. As my husband proceeded to walk over the owner of the subway came out and yelled at my husband and then he yelled at the poor owner of the taco truck. He yelled at the taco truck guy saying stop pointing at me. Then he yelled at my husband that he can't park there and my husband said, " well my wife was coming here to get a meatball sandwich and I was going there to get tacos but now we are both going to get tacos." My husband moved the car. What an idiot this guy was. He lost my business. I should have recorded the whole exchange so people could watch the video of this owner screaming at my husband and the owner of the business next door. He was complete rude and irate for no reason at all toward a customer. This would have been my second trip to this subway. I was going to give it a second chance because I believe that everyone gets a second chance. The first time I went there last year I had a coupon and after I ordered and went to pay they refused to take the coupon. There were no signs on the door it was just him saying he won't accept it and that they don't take coupons there. Well 2nd time is the charm for me. When he yelled at my husband for parking there I was done. I was ready to call the cops and let them settle the issues between the business owners. I don't go somewhere where there is bad behavior and I will NOT condone this at a business. Here is some advice for the Subway owner, if you are going to be a business owner in this country please have common courtesy and post signs that says, "subway parking only". This is a decent enough place to stop for a sandwich or a salad bowl. I got the meatball sub one time and the second time I got a tuna salad bowl. The guy that works there is nice enough. The prices are somewhat higher than I would have expected. It is pretty clean. read more

Right off HW 49. The parking lot is a weird shape and I can see that if they were busy, parking could be a problem. Clean place. The man there, blocked the ice machine putting 6 bags of ice in the machine, and wasn't interested in moving. I read other reviews about his attitude, that isn't very businesslike. Beside that, the woman, probably his wife, provided fast service and a good sandwich. Their little girl was there and she was pretty cute. The ingredients looked fresh. The woman working here should get an award for how well she does her job. She's extremely quick and offers great customer service. my team and I came here to eat and she got all of us out of there so quickly. if you just walked in you couldn't even tell she was the only person working there from how quick she got the line moving. read more

Stopped here on a long drive home to grab a bite to eat. I eat at Subway on a pretty regular basis and this is one of the worst I've experienced. The veggies were starting to brown and the guy who made my sandwich was unfriendly. In addition there were signs all over the restaurant. Bathrooms are for customers only! We don't accept $100 dollar bills! Cups for ice water are no longer available! When I asked him to wrap up the two halves of my sandwich separately so I could save one for later, he refused to. I would have done an online survey for Subway to report this store, but lo and behold, he didn't provide a receipt. read more

Travelling back from Branson to Baton Rouge. We stopped here to eat. I didn't want to eat here, but I was out numbered. As we stepped in the door we were first greeted by a sign "Cash only. No credit/debit cards". Then they were out of mozzarella cheese and provolone wasn't even an option. Then at the check out there was another sign that said "We no longer supply water cups". I was soooo mad!! It was obvious these Indian people were more worried about saving $$$$ than customer service. Their business practices are back firing on them! I just want to be compensated for the poor food/service I received. Obviously, re-visiting that same Subway isn't happening. And, I think Subway Corporate need to send in a "secret shopper" or someone from corporate to experience it for themselves. Then I went on Yelp and found similar negative posts. read more

I just want to post that Subway in Brinkley AR next to the liquor store, is under new management now and it is WAY much better!! I have eaten there several times and spoken with the new owner many times and discussed issues concerning the previous owners and how bad it was. And he is very concerned with bringing our Subway back up to par, and serving his customers with fresh sandwiches and salads, and friendly service. He is still having to bring in new equipment, and do some upgrading, so he asks that we all bear with him. But I will definitely be eating there again really soon!! I love Subway and really glad to see that the new owner loves what he does!! So please stop by and have a sandwich or two or three!! :) read more
