She got my order quickly but then I sat in line for a long time, for cold food. If you have 20-40 minutes to just sit and wait in line when it's slow, then this place may work for you. Whoever was working at 9pm on 7/31/26 was absolutely atrocious. Our food came out cold like it had been sitting for an hour, my burger came completely wrong. They didn't even call my order out for my ice cream and I ordered table service and didn't get that either. My dirty Dr Pepper was filled about halfway and had no ice despite me ordering it with ice. I went to top it off on the lobby fountain when I realized the Dr Pepper was out of syrup. A fountain Sprite sounded so good! I went to McDonald's to get one. Can't go wrong with a $1 fountain drink. While there I was enticed to get a cinnamon roll. I don't know why my expectations were so high. Maybe because back in the day they had the cinnamon pull apart a that were amazing? It's a cinnamon roll that must be mass produced and thrown into the oven. It's dry. Probably from sitting in a warmer for 4 hours. Even the center of it is dry. I will say that the amount of cinnamon was legit and it doesn't leave a weird film in my mouth like some other fast food type cinnamon rolls do. The icing is just a simple powdered sugar icing. If it were a thick cream cheese one, it would have made the money and calories more worth it. It was actually bad enough that I didn't eat more than three bites. Appalled with how absolutely disgusting this place has gotten. The trash cans are overflowing over, ketchup smeared on the floor, nothing refilled in the self-service station. It used to be fairly decent. But recently they have a whole new staff because everyone else quit. I just sat in the drive-thru for 20 minutes while they took orders from the other line. When I got up to the window to pay he ignored me for a while. Then he just open to the window and said "Are you okay?" I told him that I didn't know. I said that because it was such a hassle ordering in the first place and I wanted for him to come to the window and verify my order and tell me to go ahead. He just said "move forward" in a very rude way without acknowledging me or my order. And I was there the other day to get a Coke and quarter pounder with cheese and they had run out of large cups. How the hell does McDonald's run out of large cups? Another time very recently if I hadn't noticed I would have driven off with the wrong order. This place is definitely hitting rock bottom. I waited over 45 minutes For a coffee and a 4 piece nugget and the order wasn't even right when I received it and when I went to ask them to give me the things they forgot they chuckled at me and said that they were out of stock up front and it was in the back so they weren't able to get it for me even tho I payed for it. This was the best Mcdonald's I have ever had in my life. The food presentation was immaculate. My Bigmac looked like it should have been in a commercial. The sauce to burger to bun to lettuce ratio was amazing and every other Mcdonald's is sub par in comparison. I have a softball tournament today and I know that i will go 6/6 with 2 home runs today alone because of how i was fueled by my meal. Trash everywhere and apparently "all registers are down " so it's kiosk ordering and card only. No cash. A few folks had to leave hungry. I arrived at 8:05pm yesterday for a milk shake... there were 5 to 6 cars in line and it took 20 minutes to receive my order... it took 10 minutes for the 1st associate to collect payment at the first window. I couldn't get out of line to leave because it was bumper-to-bumper. We sat there as each guest received their order. I would rate this higher if they kept the ice filled in the lobby and cleaned the tables in the play area. We come every other weekend and every time we need tables cleaned in the play area. The play structure could use a good hose down too. Other than that the food is normal McDonalds food and the employees have been fine. Some more helpful than others. read more
