We stopped at Bridgeport McDonald's on our way to Maryland for our hiking adventure at the Waterfalls. It was so cold inside, the air conditioning at 6am was so uncomfortable in the dining room. I literally sit there shaking and teeth chattering We ordered our morning protein, Sausage McMuffin (one each) he goes for the white milk and a pie to go with his and I chose a large coca cola but I was so cold I wish I had chosen hot cocoa. I never thought I'd be giving a review of a McDonald's since the only thing I eat there is breakfast food. That said, this McDonald's is by far the best McDonald's on the planet. Efficient, polite. Okay. This McDonald's is normally great BUT the last time I went, I order a strawberry cream pie and they didn't have any made. They had asked me to pull over and wait ten minutes, sure. An hour goes by and I went through the drive again and told them I was forgotten about and they gave me and extra pie for my troubles. TODAY I went through the drive again and got a snack wrap. Girl at second window said nothing and handed me my food. Get home, open wrap, took a bite and it was like taking a bit out of leather. The chicken is old and shriveled up. Why McDonald's, why. 3 times there this week. 1st time.Ordered a chicken bacon ranch salad. Bacon is in the TITLE of the salad. No bacon. Not even a crumb. 2nd time. Ordered a breakfast burrito, asked for hot sauce. No hot sauce. 3rd time. With my daughter on way to work. She wanted pancakes. Got pancakes. No syrup. Personally, I think she's better off without their high fructose corn syrup crappy syrup, but try explaining that to an 8 year old. Then I'm stuck at work with hotcakes my daughter won't eat. They're cold and hard now, 2 hours later, and my brother came to get her to take her to her grandma's, where maybe she can eat some breakfast now because we can't count on this McDonalds to get orders right. Three times, three strikes, they're out. If you call them, you get empty apologies, and promises to take care of 1 order for you. They don't care how many times they've ruined your meal, they'll just smile and give you a freebie. read more

I ordered coffee and the woman did not put the lid on tight. It spilled all over me and my car and got on the passenger. She heard and saw and didn't offer napkins, did not ask if i was ok, was very rude, didn't apologize after she saw what happened. I burnt my hand because of her being careless and reckless. This morning my wife and I spent 28 minutes of our lives trapped in the drive thru. Tried to exit the madness but found ourselves trapped within the inside lane. Noticed at least 10 drive offs from the outside lane. Then to make matters even worse - if such were even possible - after we were "here you go" served with our order, parked & unpacked, we found the oatmeal did not include the bag of diced apples or napkins. Zero. Had to exit the car in pouring rain to get the apples and napkins. We have heard through the grapevine that employees are discouraged from including napkins with the order. I guess they have been relegated to the condiment status where one must ask for them. Perhaps Ebert should refrain from his involvement in the 10K and go back to the business of running his business. read more

We started going to this location soon after we moved to Bridgeport. Someone who attends the church where we go was selling discount cards and so we bought one and went there to try it out. The staff is always courteous the store is always clean and I have yet to have a bad experience there with anyone. I appreciate the fact that when it gets near closing time that they don't stop serving the items on the menu. Some locations try to close so early that the customer doesn't get the service that they need help until closing. The management staff is always friendly! In the day we live in its difficult to find places like this one! read more

This was at one time the quickest and easiest McDonald's in the area. Today we went there after church, not quick and bad service. Ordered 3 sandwiches, basket of fries and 3 drinks. Double quarter pounder was requested as a new made. It came out old and with so much salt. This McDonalds needs to add more employees for church mornings. The poor cashier was also cleaning the tables. I thought the Fairmont Ave, Fairmont WV McDonalds was bad but this one had fallen close to their caliber. read more

This is just your basic Mcdonalds. The biggest special thing about our Mcdonalds is that they serve cheese sauce (In a bag, can't even dip unless you get a kiddie cup). Grease bombs real cheap. read more

I am by know way an expert on how the fast food industry should be ran however i am an expert on common sense. Every time i go through the drive thru in the evening my order is always wrong and when i try to explain the issue the employees look at me dumbfounded especially the employees in the back window. Something needs to be done about the intelligence level there. read more
