Hands down the absolute worst McDonald's I have ever been to. We ordered 5 sandwiches with no altercations and only 1 was made correctly....ONLY ONE! Service was quick but that was because zero effort was put into taking the order or making the food. Don't let the nice interior fool you, this place is awful. Workers want $15/hour but do the work of someone that doesn't deserve more than minimum wage. They literally have a diagram of how to make the sandwiches and still can't manage to make them correctly. They need to take a lesson from chick fil a, food is correct every time and looks identical to the photos no matter how busy they are. That is how all fast food restaurants should be. They take pride in their work, which obviously McDonald's does not. Take my advice and stay hungry because that is better than eating here. read more

This McDonald's in Bowman is a quick and easy stop off of Interstate 26 and works well when you are hungry. They are consistent in their quality and have been throughout the years and it is good to have that from a McDonald's location. The staff here is fun and efficient and does a good job to keep things moving and allow you to be on your way. read more

Very busy McDonald's that is the "restaurant" attached to a truck stop along the Interstate. Extremely busy and I've stopped by here a couple of times because who doesn't need an overdose of sodium and fat? Each time, the wait is not too long but the condiments station is a mess. Napkins out of stock, cup lids scattered, mess on the floor. Just no good. There is a drive through, but every time I'm by here (usually on a Friday at dinner time), it's well backed up. read more

It's newly remodeled and always busy the drive thru is a little tough to get in. Sometimes parking is a challenge but once your inside there's lots of seating and one of the nicest decors I've seen. A usual McDs within shared space of a large truck stop gas station. The restrooms are accessed via the neighboring business and you have to navigate the truck stop and all the usual characters that appear in one. Ordered a Med Coffee piping hot and two orders of the hash browns that came out piping hot as well. Good for a quick fix when on the road. read more

It's a McDonald's at a gas station what can you say but it's been recently remodeled and it's pretty decent enough. As far as McDonald's go I'm not a great big fan of their food but every once in a while I will get some chicken nuggets or some breakfast if really hungry, as far as that goes this one is typical but I only give it three stars because the staff is kind of dopey and slow and the place is usually a bit messy with trays laying around and bits of trash on the floor. read more

Worst McDonald's I have ever been to. I had to ask for napkins along with my drink. Once back on the road I noticed that the chicken nuggets I had ordered were actually a double cheeseburger. The service was slow and I watch as employees walked around instead of helping out. Once I received my order and stepped outside, the line outside was about 5-8 cars long. UNFRIENDLY counter staff; few food workers standing not working or keeping busy; food was not prepared properly. My bagel egg bacon cheese sandwich had bacon that wasn't crisped, just put on sandwich as is (partially cooked). The saddest part is that in both Georgia and SC the two different fast food service by workers was sub-standard. I decided to go through for a quick bite to eat on my way out of town and was actually surprised. The food was all really fresh and the staff was super friendly. I got through the drive through really quick and my special request for "no mustard" was honored instead of met with extreme resistance like most of my experiences at other McDonald's. The location was clean and fairly stocked. The workers seemed friendlier than some places, but boy were they slow! It doesn't really operate like a fast food place. You'd expect fast food to be fast, but after watching the workers for 10 minutes (as I waited for a single sandwich), I witnessed their hands, feet, and overall pace. It wasn't just the fact they were busy. It was 'southern slow' in action. A bit frustrating for a person on a lunch break, but that's Bowman. Very slow, BUT otherwise fine. read more

This review is for the McDonald's. First off I admit this place was seriously busy when we stopped in but the customer service received was horrible. The lady taking our order looked at me and those around me with disgust, never smiled, never repeated back the order, absolutely nothing even close to courtesy. Then the order ended up wrong so my husband informed them when he picked it up and they basically ignored him, so I came up to his side and got their attention. The lady who looked like the supervisor, gave us a sour look and walked away without saying anything then comes back and says $2.02, nothing else. No smile, no I'm sorry, nothing! Now I'm not one to cry racism but I'm going to at this time! The entire staff was black and most of the customers were white and not once did I see or receive true customer service and I feel it was because we all were mostly white. The disgusted looks and sour faces at all of us and lack of care for orders makes it clear this McDonald's doesn't like their customer base. We were there and ordered at 12:21 pm today. read more
