Meh, it's exactly how you think it is. Some days quick, some days slow. Staff mostly friendly. It's a decent place to stop when you need a coffee fix. read more

Happy to say my husband and I swung back by this location and had a wonderful experience this time. We mobile ordered and decided to swing through the drive through to pick up. The ladies at the window were so sweet to us and very kind. It was a great experience and the drinks were delicious! read more

Bad coffee experience ever. Dirty interior. Disgusting washrooms. Never coming back on this location read more

Mannnnn they messed my order up. The young lady was nice but misunderstood what I said I guess. Anyway, I contacted Starbucks and they gave me my money back. I just went through the drive-through so I'm not sure how the other staff was or if the place was well taken care of or not. I don't know... I asked for a regular cold brew with extra vanilla foam. They gave me extra vanilla cream shots with NO vanilla cream foam at all. U see my drink. And wow to myself for not checking it until I got to the hotel room like a clown. read more

Staff had no personality, place was dirty, no napkins.... Coffee was good. Also had a croissant roll up which was pretty good. read more

First time at this location. It wasn't crowded, which was a plus. I attribute that to being a stand alone business instead of a store within a strip. This allots for plentiful parking as well. The inside was huge. Seating was plentiful. The staff greeted me and others as we entered. For a young staff, they were very professional. No one was dilly-dallying around. Everyone was busy completing a task. Someone was restocking the shelves, one person was the cashier, another person handling drive thru, while someone else prepared the orders. Very well managed and well done. read more

The coffee was great....but we went through the drive thru...paid then had to tell the girl who jumped in to take the window what we had actually ordered.... Stepped away then literally came back with my coffee, twisting her hair and handed the cup through the window NEVER looking out way much less making eye contact or uttering any kind of thanks or anything! PEOPLE! What's happening ? read more

If I could give it a score of zero I would! Worst Starbucks I have ever been to! Awful service and attention to detail. Ordered a cold brew and a frappaccino..."we don't have those today...we are out of the resources to make frappaccinos"! After I handed the barista my personal cups she forgot to give the discount and was ready send me on my way with an "I'm sorry". I reminded her I would also miss out on double stars. Her explanation "I didn't know what those were for when you showed them to me!" Really?!? Had to refund the transaction and start all over. She forgot the cups AGAIN. I was ready to walk out and go somewhere else but she insisted she had to correct it and placed my order. My drinks came out in plastic cups! She never gave the barista making my drinks the cups! Poorly trained staff!! Requested no ice in my drink...got ice! Unbelievable!then turned around to see the store so dirty and unclean and the restrooms were disgusting! Stay clear of this one!! read more

Worst service I have ever had in a Starbucks. Corporate should close this location due to the staffing.

I have never in my life been to a rude Starbucks before! The employees here were rude, slow and definitely did not want to be working. They were walking around complaining and not waiting on anyone. Not a typical Starbucks experience! read more

One word to sum up this Starbucks location - DIRTY. The restroom was disgusting, the worst I've seen outside of a truck stop.

TERRIBLE! Soooo slow and drinks don't taste right. Someone needs to train the staff, please. We spent about $15 on 2 drinks and tipped (before hand $2). People are nice enough but that's not good enough when you are traveling and looking for your typical Starbucks refreshments. Don't waste your time (30+ mins and/or $). Sorry but it's not good. read more

I do like Starbucks and often travel back and forth to Columbia. I've stopped here twice and both times have been a unusually long wait for a coffee. Waiting in line for 5-10 minutes for an ice coffee. Today the young lady rung me up wrong and didn't even ask me if it was ok. I would suggest you be prepared to wait and check your order a few times. read more

Starbucks - Iced coffee tall instead of small - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Orangeburg, South Carolina

By far the most nasty garbage filled business I have seen in many years. At 6pm on Saturday there is trash everywhere. All tables dirty. Trash on tables, floors, counters. Does not seem to have any leadership or desire to be clean. Our drinks were not fit for consumption. My drink was filled with approximately 1/2 cup of cinnamon. The best thing to do here is fire everyone and close this store. The outside grounds were much worse than inside but inside you could not take step without stepping in or on something. Behind the counter on the register were 4 four rolls of trash bags. No food was in the display. Random lids and cups were scattered on every surface behind the counter. When our drinks were ready and I went to pick up the counter had not been cleaned in days and there was a black sticky gooey substance covering about 5 sq inches. Disgusting read more

Products are fine, expected, just plan to wait... it's a bit busy and workers seem stressed. I went around 11:30 on a Sunday and opted inside to avoid the long drive through line. While the line inside was shorter it still took about 20-25 minutes to grab a plain coffee and a breakfast wrap to go. read more

I would not recommend waited for over 20 minutes in the drive thru and received the wrong order.

I love Starbucks, especially the Frappuccinos. One of my favorite combos is you buy the cookies and cream cakepop the vanilla bean creme frapp and you dip the cakepop into the Frappuccino. It tastes so good read more

Pretty standard Starbucks in appearance however the wait is crazy. Went in on a Sunday morning and i literally waited 20 minutes for 3 drinks. When I first got here there were 4 young ladies ahead of me and 4 cars in the drive through. With 3 workers it should not have taken this long. They need training or help. read more

Staff is incredibly rude . They had to close due to issues with the AC and one girl in particular was extremely rude about it, no apologies. Very short with the customers coming in. read more

Went for a coffee and double chocolate brownie @ 5 pm on a Saturday afternoon, inside the waiting area was very messy & dirty. There were napkins strewn on the floor & floor looked dirty. Inside the food & dessert display case a fly was flying all around. I mentioned this to staff member and she said it didn't matter because nothing in the case was edible. A fly in a coffee/food establishment looks very unappetizing. Staff member handed me my coffee without a sleeve, which cup was very hot. Staff member had a very "sour" attitude (didn't appear to care about customer or her job). read more

I don't know what is going on with this Starbucks but it not good! Stop by here a couple of weeks ago and saw a sign that the store would be closing at 2PM. Didn't think anything of it, may be they had training. Went on Wednesday (9/29) after 4PM and they were closed! Wife wanted Starbucks on 9/30 and she called the store and told her they close at 2PM. Today (10/1,) Wife placed a mobile order a little after 530AM. I get to the store at 544AM and it is dark inside with two other cars waiting in the parking lot. I parked and waited nearly an hour and no employee, no manager, no one showed up. Just more customers, a couple stayed a few minutes, most left automatically. Don't know what's going on but I'm pretty sure, it can't be good!!! read more

Starbucks - A Closed Starbucks taken at 610AM! - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Orangeburg, South Carolina

Went in here during lunch and bought a packaged sandwich with a bottled water. It was gone to buy a Crumbcake but when I looked in the cabinet that had the food there were flies in there. I thought why don't they just close the sliding glass door and keep the flies out. Then I looked around the store as I was waiting for my food to be heated up and there was trash everywhere. Then I noticed flies everywhere and I thought why aren't they cleaning up why don't they just clean the tables. After 20 minutes I left because my packaged food was not even ready. All they had to do was heat up my food nothing more. If you can't keep your store clean then how can you get quality Starbucks read more

I got a small cup instead of medium as ordered. Coffee was too milky. Didn't taste like any other drink I've had before. (Not in a good way). She knocked one of the coffees over spilling and didn't even offer to clean up cup. read more

This place needs to close and retrain all their baristas properly. I absolutely hate leaving bad reviews but this one 100% deserves it. I was so excited when a Starbucks open close to my house. I probably been there about 20 times honestly because I keep hoping that it'll get better every single time. I'm a Starbucks kind of sore and always hit one of those around. I have never been to a worse Starbucks. They've never once got my drink right. You have to wait forever even when you order through the mobile app. They always seem to be out of everything and I always always leave disappointed read more

Spent 30 mins here and both times my drink came out wrong. 30 mins!!!! Don't waste your time. Staff don't care.

We stopped here on our way back to Atlanta. It seems all they do is make a drink with milk and throw in a bunch of syrup and a tad bit of coffee. I have never had so little espresso in my drinks. And not to mention this stop took over 30 minutes. The bad reviews seem to be true. Don't stop at this one. read more

To be transparent, I didn't eat or drink anything here, but I did come inside a few minutes before closing to buy a couple of the state mugs, and they could not have been more kind! Usually when walking into a closing establishment, employees are in an awful mood, but all of the ladies working here were sweet and helpful! Would definitely visit again. read more

I will start by saying it was an hour before closing. This was the worst Starbucks I have ever stepped foot in. The trash can was filled to the top and overflowing in both the men's and women bathrooms. The floor was covered with what appeared to be a leaking trash bag that went from the side door all the way around to the front door. There was trash in the white liquid mesh and no effort was presented in someone cleaning it before someone slipped. No one greeted you as you walked in as they do in every Starbucks I have been in. There were no treats in the case, nothing but crumbs. read more

As I write this, it is 10:19 on a Sunday morning and I am just now leaving this Starbucks. According to the app, I placed my order at 9:31. Yup, 3 drinks and 2 warmed pastries took over 45 minutes. Horrible service! Waited a while to get our drinks. After one drink came out and not the iced tea, I let an employee know. Waited longer and still no tea. This Starbucks is the dirtiest and slowest I've ever seen. Consistently wrong food orders. Will never return.

I stood standing for 5 minutes before being acknowledged I was there. Then I asked for one cup of already made drip coffee and one cookie. She gave me the coffee and not the cookie. Then immediately started taking the order of the next and only other person in line. Once she took their order I said, "excuse me you forgot the cookie". She then referenced that the person preparing food had a food line up and it was in line. She literally stood there. So I asked for my money back. The person was white with long dark hair. The other employees working hard preparing food and the drive through were African American. Bizarre. read more
