Mannnnn they messed my order up. The young lady was nice but misunderstood what I said I guess. Anyway, I contacted Starbucks and they gave me my money back. I just went through the drive-through so I'm not sure how the other staff was or if the place was well taken care of or not. I don't know... I asked for a regular cold brew with extra vanilla foam. They gave me extra vanilla cream shots with NO vanilla cream foam at all. U see my drink. And wow to myself for not checking it until I got to the hotel room like a clown. read more

First time at this location. It wasn't crowded, which was a plus. I attribute that to being a stand alone business instead of a store within a strip. This allots for plentiful parking as well. The inside was huge. Seating was plentiful. The staff greeted me and others as we entered. For a young staff, they were very professional. No one was dilly-dallying around. Everyone was busy completing a task. Someone was restocking the shelves, one person was the cashier, another person handling drive thru, while someone else prepared the orders. If I could give it a score of zero I would! Worst Starbucks I have ever been to! Awful service and attention to detail. Ordered a cold brew and a frappaccino..."we don't have those today...we are out of the resources to make frappaccinos"! After I handed the barista my personal cups she forgot to give the discount and was ready send me on my way with an "I'm sorry". I reminded her I would also miss out on double stars. Her explanation "I didn't know what those were for when you showed them to me!" Really?!? Had to refund the transaction and start all over. She forgot the cups AGAIN. I was ready to walk out and go somewhere else but she insisted she had to correct it and placed my order. My drinks came out in plastic cups! She never gave the barista making my drinks the cups! Poorly trained staff!! Requested no ice in my drink...got ice! Unbelievable!then turned around to see the store so dirty and unclean and the restrooms were disgusting! By far the most nasty garbage filled business I have seen in many years. At 6pm on Saturday there is trash everywhere. All tables dirty. Trash on tables, floors, counters. Does not seem to have any leadership or desire to be clean. Our drinks were not fit for consumption. My drink was filled with approximately 1/2 cup of cinnamon. The best thing to do here is fire everyone and close this store. The outside grounds were much worse than inside but inside you could not take step without stepping in or on something. Behind the counter on the register were 4 four rolls of trash bags. No food was in the display. Random lids and cups were scattered on every surface behind the counter. When our drinks were ready and I went to pick up the counter had not been cleaned in days and there was a black sticky gooey substance covering about 5 sq inches. Disgusting read more

I do like Starbucks and often travel back and forth to Columbia. I've stopped here twice and both times have been a unusually long wait for a coffee. Waiting in line for 5-10 minutes for an ice coffee. Today the young lady rung me up wrong and didn't even ask me if it was ok. Products are fine, expected, just plan to wait... it's a bit busy and workers seem stressed. I went around 11:30 on a Sunday and opted inside to avoid the long drive through line. Pretty standard Starbucks in appearance however the wait is crazy. Went in on a Sunday morning and i literally waited 20 minutes for 3 drinks. When I first got here there were 4 young ladies ahead of me and 4 cars in the drive through. With 3 workers it should not have taken this long. They need training or help. read more

Went for a coffee and double chocolate brownie @ 5 pm on a Saturday afternoon, inside the waiting area was very messy & dirty. There were napkins strewn on the floor & floor looked dirty. Inside the food & dessert display case a fly was flying all around. I mentioned this to staff member and she said it didn't matter because nothing in the case was edible. I don't know what is going on with this Starbucks but it not good! Stop by here a couple of weeks ago and saw a sign that the store would be closing at 2PM. Didn't think anything of it, may be they had training. Went on Wednesday (9/29) after 4PM and they were closed! Wife wanted Starbucks on 9/30 and she called the store and told her they close at 2PM. Today (10/1,) Wife placed a mobile order a little after 530AM. I get to the store at 544AM and it is dark inside with two other cars waiting in the parking lot. I parked and waited nearly an hour and no employee, no manager, no one showed up. Just more customers, a couple stayed a few minutes, most left automatically. Went in here during lunch and bought a packaged sandwich with a bottled water. It was gone to buy a Crumbcake but when I looked in the cabinet that had the food there were flies in there. I thought why don't they just close the sliding glass door and keep the flies out. Then I looked around the store as I was waiting for my food to be heated up and there was trash everywhere. Then I noticed flies everywhere and I thought why aren't they cleaning up why don't they just clean the tables. After 20 minutes I left because my packaged food was not even ready. This place needs to close and retrain all their baristas properly. I absolutely hate leaving bad reviews but this one 100% deserves it. I was so excited when a Starbucks open close to my house. I probably been there about 20 times honestly because I keep hoping that it'll get better every single time. I'm a Starbucks kind of sore and always hit one of those around. I have never been to a worse Starbucks. They've never once got my drink right. I will start by saying it was an hour before closing. This was the worst Starbucks I have ever stepped foot in. The trash can was filled to the top and overflowing in both the men's and women bathrooms. The floor was covered with what appeared to be a leaking trash bag that went from the side door all the way around to the front door. There was trash in the white liquid mesh and no effort was presented in someone cleaning it before someone slipped. No one greeted you as you walked in as they do in every Starbucks I have been in.
