I came here after attending a conference at the hotel nearby and I needed something to eat before I return to work. I ordered the three-piece crispy chicken tender meal. I was hoping it was gonna be like their old style buttermilk chicken when they had the wraps years ago. They weren't the same. They were a little overcooked and appeared to have been sitting around for a while because they weren't very warm. I probably would not order them again, but I might try a chicken wrap in hopes that I would get a more fresh of chicken. The girl at the counter was great and she helped me decipher the menu on the board because it was very hard for me to see, and I ultimately went for the three-piece meal. Drove back from Eastern Shore to Prince George. Found this McDonald's quite close to the Exit 13 along US-50 off the intersection to US-301. There was a long line for drive through, so they had an additional staff walked up to some cars to take orders. Changed mind to park and walk in. There were four self order kiosks. Indoor seatings were limited. The restrooms were in fair condition. The food and drinks were as expected. read more

I stopped by here today because the line LOOKED shorter than the Wendys next door. I was wrong. Everyone in the fast food line was being directed to different parking spaces to wait for their food to come out. I don't understand why I, the customer, has to bear the burden of waiting so that this Mcdonalds can lie about its wait times. If your wait times are long, shoving people in the parking spaces and taking on more orders isn't going to make those wait time fasters. Hire more employees or better ones and stop trying to fudge your wait times. read more

Messed up half my order... Arnold Palmer instead of sweet tea, no straws, Sprite instead of Hi-C, pickles and onions on a plain burger, barely any sauce... I can see why it has a 1.4 star average. Ok for when you're in a crunch, but for some reason their fries NEVER taste like McDonald's fries.

The customer service is pretty bad. The drive thru person act like they could not understand what was asked when placing an order, so went inside and the person too didn't pay attention and gave me a sandwich instead of meal. This location has gone down tremendously. read more

I want to call out McDonald's at Crain Highway for a very poor customer service! We only ordered 3 same breakfast meals, with 2 coffee and 1 orange juice, and it took them almost 40 minutes to process and dispense the order. The staff who took the order entered erroneous items, debited more than what was ordered, and the checkout staff dispensed erroneous items multiple times. I was also asked to sign receipts multiple times right on the drive through. I have never seen such a highly disorganized team in a fastfood chain. I hope they consider IQ in hiring employees. If you are a reader who is too sensitive on this feedback, wait till you get your share of their stupidity. This McDonald's store deserves a 1 star rating read more

Wow! So bad. Not only did they not have ice cream even after we ordered and paid but then acted like we were a huge inconvenience for not wanting a stale cookie in its place. Took 10 minutes to get a refund and then had to ask for the cup for our drinks from the original order. Again, such an inconvenience to them. Order ALWAYS wrong. Lids off coffee so food gets soaked. So often, if ordered though a service like Groupon, etc our only recourse is to call the service, request credit, where they put you through a wringer to get the credit then reorder, which by then everyone else has finished eating. 40% of the time food is missing. read more

Claims to be 24hr., definitely is NOT! This isn't the first time that I've had a late night craving (I'm preggo, don't judge me, lol) and the 1-2 staff workers will either not even bother to take your order; or in this instance, tell us that they aren't making any food. They always seem like they don't want to even be there, no matter the time of day. The morning shift SEEMS to be better, but it's still a hit or miss if they get your order right at all. Then, you'd think to try the Gallant Fox location, and they aren't that much too bright either. I really don't expect stellar service, just for them to do the basics of their job. read more

On any other average day I would rate this particular McD a 5. Never had a problem. However today I was extremely disappointed in my meal on a whole. Uswd the mobile app to order. Waites outside for 10 min. There were cars that came thru the drive yhru after we arrived and left with me still waiting. Finally I had my go inside and inquire- and pickes up the food. I ordered 2 of the new Deluxe Chicken sandwiches and a large fry. Drove home 20 min looking forward to savoring my sandwiches and frys and the sandwiches looked like they had been sitting there in the warmer for quiet some time. They were dark brown- indicating overcook and rubbery and very small. I was ao annoyed that not one but both sandwiches were stale-like. I have had these very sandwiches from this same establishment so I knew what I was expecting. That WAS NOT what I received. Had I really investigated my meal before leaving the oarking lot, I would have returned it and asked for another newly made sandwich. Lived worked at fast food and jnow there are timing limits in cooking and in how long the food should be kept after its cooked of the line...these two chicken breast should have been tossed out and fresh checked dropped for service. So figuring it's Thursday at 9pm there should be any traffic right? The drive through was packed but I was committed to get my fix - TOOK 28 MINUTES total. I ordered a double quarter pounder and cheese. I received a single -cold- patty for a quarter pounder, and the frys were cold and old. Also ordered McNuggets for the wife, they too were lukewarm at best. So with the 9-12 cars in front of me, you had enough food pre-made for them, and me, so you have enough pre-made food for 12 orders? Burgers, frys, nuggets etc. because you can not say those 12 cars received the fresh hot food and I got the cold food, right? This is a McDonalds there shouldn't be that much of a difference location to location. This location needs some serious oversight/retraining; although the new business itself looks nice - that doesn't matter when food is cold and you can efficiently make it. read more

This location has poor customer service and urgently needs new management. The food is never fresh, and the wait feels like one you'd have to endure at a sit-down restaurant. Easily the worst McDonalds I've ever been to. There are so many things wrong with this place that it is I abundantly clear whoever owns this location doesn't care a lick about the condition or customer experience. I'll just run through my experience visiting this place since it was one disaster followed by another. I initially went to the drive through on a Friday around 4pm. I waited in the drive through line for 10 minutes with little or no motion in the line. I finally got fed up and went inside and that's when things got worse. I also noticed several other cars in line followed my lead because they got fed up with the wait as well. Inside the whole place was filthy. There was garbage everywhere and every single table had food, garbage or spilled items on them. I went to the counter to order and there was a drip coming down from the ceiling. It was so bad they put a cup on the counter to catch the water as it dripped down. When I got my fries they were cold, limp and soaked with grease. I then went to get ketchup at the condiment counter. As you probably guessed, it was a disgusting filthy mess as well. They were out of condiment cups, but it didn't matter because all 3 ketchup dispensers were empty. I just left the place to eat in my car I was so disgusted. Stay the hell away from this inefficient, disgusting hell hole. You have been warned! read more

Food is usually right and at least warm, drinks are usually not right. I would not recommend ordering drinks from here if you have blood sugar issues (personally I'm not diabetic, but I'm at risk, and excessive sugar does terrible things to me). I always ask for an UNsweet tea, see it confirmed on the screen as unsweet, and more often than not I get handed a sweet tea. As we all know, fast food sweet tea is basically sugar with a little water drizzled on top. I can't drink that. If I forget to check and make it home with the offending drink, it has to go down the sink. I can't tell the difference between diet sodas and regular so I don't try to order soda at all (for fear I'd get regular and not know it), they don't even have Coke Zero, and the one time I asked for water they couldn't figure out how to put it in the system, so it's tea or nothing. I have driven to other locations before just to avoid the drink-related incompetence at this one. I don't expect a lot from any McDonald's in the first place, just give me what I ordered and we'll be good. read more

This has been my worst experience I've had. First the young kept attempting to give me fries with my 6-piece tender meal. After receiving the meal, I still got fries. Once I turned in the fries I got my side salad but, the ranch dressings packet was open. Why it have to come with a large drink? Also, the tenders were not fully cooked. Usually there's a long wait and today,true to form,I waited about 10 to 15 minutes in the parking lot for them to bring me hotcakes and a cookie.
