I mean it's a McDonalds, not a 5 star restaurant. You at least expect when you place an order that you receive exactly what you pay for. Regularly this location forgets to bag the drinks when you order. Normally we will catch this but being that we had it delivered today there was no chance. Its honestly not that hard to check the slip and see what needs to be bagged but they manage to regularly forget the drinks. OVERHYPED, FADDISH CHICKEN SANDWICH REVIEW: So, the "sandwich wars" of 2020 Carry over into 2021. Insert hackneyed "2020 sucks" follow-up quip here. Getting to the point: the latest chicken sandwich from McDonald's doesn't hold a candle to the superior offerings from Popeyes, Chick-fil-a, et al. Its bun smelled nice in the bag, but tasted the usual "McDonald's stale" and lacked flavor. The chicken patty wasn't as large as advertised, and didn't taste any different from their previous iteration, the "southern style chicken sandwich." Photos of that failure were previously posted here by me. There was no butter on the bun. Even the pickles had no snap, as if they too were over the hill before making it to their coming out ball. Perhaps the spicy iteration is somehow different? I doubt it. Cost was $3.89 for the sandwich only. I'd pony up the extra 10 cents and find a Popeyes if you want a palatable, even tasty chicken sandwich. Otherwise, settle for a different McDonald's staple that they execute with more experience and precision. For some of us, every dime counts. The disappointment rendered by McDonald's failing to fulfill the potential within this latest menu item cannot be given a price. Amazing staff!! Stopped in here Friday night to grab a quick dinner for myself and my daughter. Was greeted by a lovely girl named Alexsis, she was very kind and welcoming. I ordered at the kiosk and paid there. I sat down with my daughter and while waiting for our food Alexsis just made nice small talk to pass the time. So I figured I would start my review with some of the statements from the employees I hear while eating my afternoon late lunch. "It's no my problem" "I am tired and ready to go home" "don't yell at me" and "it's not my job"... All of these statements permeating from behind the counter from different employees. There was no service with a smile here today. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME I NOTIcED THiS HERe!!!! Poor attitudes, bad management, lack of leadership and low expectations of employees are what you get from this McDonald's. The food is good and it was fresh and hot today, however it is very inconsistent. The drive through is efficient and that may be the way to go if you want to avoid the people inside. I can't believe I'm writing a review for McDonald's but this place is the worst. I asked if they can make my French fries well done. I always get them like this and they come out amazing. Literally every McDonald's location I ever been to. The "manager" comes up to me and goes what do you mean well done? What does that mean? I cooked them for the right amount of time. Some people would say, "What can be gained by yelping a McDonalds? You know what it is; you get what you pay for." well, here's the deal. We rarely go to this location, even though it is closest to home. But it was early Sunday, we were heading home, and stopped at the drive through for breakfast. Here is my takeaway: CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING THE WINDOW. CHECK IT THOROUGHLY. We ordered two big breakfasts, an extra breakfast sandwich, and a drink. I told hubby when ONE bag was given to us -- Check it. I could say see chaos through the drive through window. I saw a million kids in there working, but there appeared to be an air of chaos. That is the only word for it. When the bag was handed, we could see right off the sandwich was missing. I handed our receipt back to the guy at the window saying our sandwich was missing, which seemed to cause a real problem on the floor in there. As he left the window open, we could hear a female manager and the head manager, a gentleman, having shouted words about it. And it seemed to take forever to rectify. Finally we got the sandwich, handed unceremoniously and not in a bag,through the window, and we left, thinking this was the only problem. It was not. KNOW THIS: hash browns, which are supposed to be included in a big breakfast, are not put on the domed plate; they are put in separately in their little sleeve. and they were not there. neither was utensils, napkin, condiments (butter, syrup, salt, pepper) and a straw for the drink. what's going on, managers ? you had a bunch of kids on duty at 8 a.m. Sunday morning, July 28. Yet you did not seem to have a system in place to check orders before they went out to customers. we were certainly not going to go back up there (3 miles) to get our condiments and hash browns. but we will not be returning. I'm sure the loss of our patronage will not be wept over, but if you could get your act together, a lot of people would appreciate it. read more

My goodness don't know where to start SMH! This local McDonald's is notorious for poor customer service. On January 02, 21 while watching TV they advertised a 2 for $4.00 breakfast sandwiches deal. Knowing how our McDonald's operates we jumped online to confirm the special. Upon arrival via drive-thru I ordered the two desired sandwiches. The young lady gave me a total of $7.50. I pulled up to the window and told her that we saw a commercial 2 for $4.00. She told me that the manager has not approved the special. I pulled up the special on my phone and she insisted that she was not going to honor that price!!! I asked to speak with the manager, and she tells me she's the manager!?!?!?! Puzzled she got another young lady involved because I pointed out that if she was a manager how could she not know about the special. So as we proceed the young lady actually told to call customer service. I called customer service and they told me that the manager can override it if she wanted to. So here I am holding up the line in drive-thru. At this point its not about the price its more about the principle. I told the young lady what customer service told me. She comented that she was going to honor the price, however since I called customer service she will not give me the special. She then slammed the window shut and came back with a white cordless phone and told me she was going to call the cops. I told her ill be parked on the side and she can call them while I call customer service back. As I was waiting I called customer service again, and they took down the complaint. So while I was parked and waiting for "the police" I told myself I was not going to start my New Years dealing with McDonald's. I decided I will order a nice bagel with cream cheese and lox with tomatoes, and onions for $7.00 @ Bordentown Bagels. Anyone reading this do your self a good service and order a real breakfast from Bordentown Bagels located 5min. Up the road located on Mission Road across from Shoprite. Or if you still want fastfood drive up route 206 pass shoprite and take the third exit at the round about and go to Wendy's. They are also having a 2 for $4.00 breakfast deal. read more

This McDonald's is convenient only because I seem to pass by this intersection along US-130 a lot. You can enter from US-130 northbound or from Farnsworth Avenue. There's a parking area with tree shade near the Farnsworth entrance. Anyway, this McDonald's is pretty average as far as this chain goes. I didn't encounter any problems with the service, the food, or the restroom. read more

This is a great spot to stop for a quick bite if you are on Route 295 and hungry. Everytime i visit here i get a quality meal and it has clean restrooms and a playground onsite, if the kids need to stretch their legs. And burn off some energy. It has been here since the mid 70's and it has always been a bright spot in the area ever since. I am lovin' this location. read more

Ya know it wasnt that bad at first until my brother and I walked in and instantly heard the workers complaining about each other and their jobs. Next my brother who doesnt like cheese simply asks for a quarter punder with no cheese and said it a few times. The cashier a young kid was the only one who was nice and actually got the order right on the reciept. When he had recieved the burger of course it had cheese... So if i had to rate this McDonalds I would say it is terrible. So now thinking back on it it wasnt going okay at first the whole experience was a train wreck. read more
